Dee Koestering Park

Small park with quite a bit of highway noise. It basically sits in some peoples backyards so you dont really get the in nature feels. Surprising amount of wildlife though, and the little trail is nice and has some opportunities for climbing large rocks left over from the quarry days. Worth going once.

Not very big, but a very nice history to it. Walk to the overlook and take a look at the writings about the old quarry.

Good for a short quick trail. Didnt go to the off-trail areas down my the creek which could be fun to explore.

Sad to day but this is one of the worst trails Ive ever been on. The trail was completely neglected and overgrown. And the scenic overlook didnt have much of a view. The only redeeming factor to this park was the convenient location.

If the trails were better maintained, this park would get five stars. If you need to climb some rocks and change your elevation, but dont want to leave the city, this is the place.

Recommended for those who I see eventually on Watson.

A beautiful out of the way park!

No playground, a very steep walk hard to push a stroller

Quite a hike, with steep hills, its a lovely oasis in the city of kirkwood.

Quick little historical hike. Lots of shade and quaint creek.
