The park is beautiful, but I know that the city does not allow anybody over the age of 11 to play on a playground. This is stupid. There are teens and young adults who want to play on the playground, but instead they do stuff that is dangerous because the city wont let them play on the playground. Either designate a time where only teens and young adults can go on the playground or just give them their own playground if you are worried about them messing with the young kids.

A lovely park. The grass was nicely mowed, the pavilion was great for our family barbecue. The weather was perfect, with a nice cool breeze...not bad for the first week of August!

The heart of Kirksville in my opinion. Lots of history at this park, a beautiful pool and slide, very lovely and peaceful place to walk.

It was fun to have a place to swim in the middle of winter. Honestly thought itd be a little nicer of an inside pool though.

This is a great, well kept park. They mow the grass regularly. It has someexcellent BBQ spots as well as a great intermediate level 9 hole disc golf course.

Decent park. No shade from hot sun though. Wish the swings were closer and the sand volleyball pit was farther away

You cant leave your stuff in a rented pavilion or a local will steal everything.

They really need to put some time and money into the play ground. And maybe plant a tree or two on the south and west side of it.

Multiple areas with covered picnic tables, parking spaces inside the park, playground, volleyball, aquatic center, frisbee golf, and enough grassy area to almost completely escape from the busy highway on the edge of the park.
