The owners of this place are wonderful people. I have been in several of the trailers and havent seen a problem with bed bugs. That is usually a problem of the tenant. If there is a problem that needs to be fixed, they fix it and fix it right. If you want a landlord that you can trust, this would be a good option for you.

In response to the bed bug review, as owner, I can report that we are exterminating the entire park now as we have partnered with Barnes Exterminating and Pest Control. We have gone to extensive measures over the last few years to enhance Rock Springs Manor in many aspects.

This people that is over this trailer park they are slumlords their trailers are invested in bed bugs you cant go in without them jumping on you and biting you so if I were you people I wouldnt rent from them
