Kings meadow was a good place to live but since they changed owners its definately went down . The rent was 152 about a yr ago and now its 222 and at the beginning of the yr it goes to 250. Every time they decide to do anything in the park they up the rent. You have no privacy the manager rides around all the time looking for something to fuss about. This is a group review

Nice mobile home park......typical issues....but overall nice place

Its horrible they keep raising the lot rent and alot of their residents are already poor and on a fixed income...and dont have any choice but to stay and pay because they dont have the money to move

Nice and quiet mobile home community. I only wish the way in and the road were a little bit more friendly to the underside of the car.

Would be a Great place to live if not for rent going up and up every year .I have lived here going.on m 3 years and lot rent has went drom 1 50 to.220 now in July 250 100 dollars . In 2 years thats a bit much for such short time
