Management changed around 2015 or so and she is AWFUL! She berates those that are on a fixed income even though KNOW she receives a SS disability check too! She issues laws and rules on the fly when they are convenient for her and then treats us like trailer trash if we cannot comply. She should be removed from this role as she is a terrible discredit to the park owners!

I went to get a sofa for sale. Didnt really observe the place.

Ive lived here for more than 6 yrs. It is the cleanest nicest place around. The yards are spacious. The managers are great. They will help you in any way possible. Love this place.I highly recommend it.

The management is very hands on, nice and polite, wont just let anyone in which is good for this is a friendly neighborhood with children that are always outside. Pets are allowed. Very reasonable prices. Its like a child safety zone. Very good!!

Its a nice place to live.

Manager is a tyrant and rude. The rent goes up every few months for arbitrary reasons. Was told that if a member of my household or even a visitor was caught speeding I would have to pay a fine or run the risk of eviction. She also tries to regulate who lives with you -in other words it has to be immediate family and you cant rent out a room in your own home. Was given an eviction warning because husband was changing the air filter in our car and another for making sure his 4 wheeler would start. Save yourself the trouble there are better places.

Its a quiet place .the managers r very friendly, they keep up with there yards always clean and cut...only thing is on selective Sundays u can hear music from a rodeo park up the street.

Management is terrible. Lazy, spends unnecessary amounts of money causing increases in rent, and since they dont do anything all day, they hound people over everything. Tries to write you tickets for not following their laws.
