Dont do it!!! This place is trash constantly battling roaches and ants. There sewers bleed into the bottom of the showers and maintenance not once came the entire year I lived there I have never been more dissatisfied with a house. They mounted the cabinets into sheet rock which fell and busted all my dishes then charged me my 500 hundred dollar deposit for their mess up. Trust me save your self the trouble and live in a tent before going there.

This used to be a good place to live but the management has gone downhill. The roads are horrible and have been that way for a good while. They nit pick and pick on only certain residents which has me believe they are racist

Awful. Wake up to no water. Owner doesn’t pay the electric bill. Park is not maintained. There is no one to call if there is a problem. The main office number is no longer in service. Roads have huge pit holes which are never fixed. Lucky if the trash bids get emptied. The grass is high through out the park, never mowed by the owners but expect the tenants to maintain their yards. Do not move here. Do not rent from these folks. They only want your money!!

This place was terrible to live in its infested with insects and their maintenance man is terrible he was suppose to come cut down a tree that was going to fall soon on my sons room and it took him at least two weeks to get to it. They were suppose to come spray for bugs and rodents and only did once and it didnt work at all our outside light wasnt working and it took them a good three months to get it fixed! And when we decided to move out because they wouldnt do anything about the pests they didnt even evict us they just went in and threw all of our things away theyre way too expensive for the tiny trailers I would not recommend this place to anyone ever!!!!

This place is awful. Rent is too expensive for the tiny trailers they rent out. They constantly try to tack on extra fees each month. Anytime weve needed something fixed it took days for the maintenance man to come out. (even though it left us without a light in one room and a leaking toilet for hours and once he never even showed back up to repair our shower head)We were told that the maintenance man would be out to change our air filters and spray our house for bugs and rodents, that was never done the whole year we lived there. Now its been two months since Ive moved out and everytime I call questioning my $400 deposit, I get a run a round about how no one is in the office and a message was left and theyll get back to me when they can. Completely ridiculous. I could pay rent on time every month but when it comes time to give me back my money, no one can even answer a simple question about whats going on. Then after a week, I finally get the number for the main office and Im told that I left behind a shower curtain and there was writing on a door and the cost to paint it exceeded $400! Dont move here. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Selling trailers for too much in their broken down conditions.

Owners, dont want to spend the money to fix floors that are falling in. Replace cabnit doors that fell off due to a water leak.
