Khei Boat Ramp

This is a good place for happy hour drinks. $7 for beer, $8 for wine and $10 for cocktail. Appetizers are also very tasty. The restaurant has ocean view. If you want to seat outside, you have to book in advance. Worth to try.

Just make a little stop to enjoy a view. When the waves are big, it makes view unconditionally pretty. So many boats! A parking is huge, so dont worry to be left without a parking space. Its a hiking trail, that you can enjoy

Youll find a few picnic tables here with a nice view. And if its not morning, youll find plenty of parking.

I cant really say much about this place, its just a boat ramp, but it seems well maintained, small amounts of trash, and its attached beach had turtles, and the boat we went to put in went well with no issues on the dock side.

We took a diving trip to Molokini from here. Beautiful place! You cant swim here.

Small beach nearby that’s very calm most times. Small cave also on the north side that’s cool when it isn’t full of trash

Great ramp!Its a gentle paved slope.The top of the slope is dry, the bottom end is wet.Great place to put a boat into the ocean.Plenty of parking for trailers, not too much for cars.Great place to launch kayaks too, and theres a nice pocket beach just North of the ramp.10/10 will launch again!

Best place to catch dive boats or snorkel trips on the west side near Kihei. Much nicer now then used to be. Showers to hose off and the boat cleaning area is much improved. Youre going to Molokini this is the place to start from.

The overflow parking lot to the right is perfect for watching sunset and not that many people are around. There are nature paths between the boat ramp and Kam III beach park. Benches along the way perfect for watching whales or sunset. This area is also the nesting grounds for several species of protected indigenous birds. If you have your dog with you make sure its on leash and dont bug the birds.

I took a snorkeling with Blue Water Rafting. Our guides were Stephanie and Tim. They were absolutely great. They took us to 2 spots, to an area where dolphins were swimming (they came right up to the boat!), stopped on the way back to check out a sea turtle...just a great day.

Rented a boat and went to Molokini. Worth doing but know there is no beach at Molokini.

Saw it in the dark. Silver fingerlings as our boat passed by. Quick entry and exit. Busy place. Saw it after diving site visits with mike severns. Good place. Great service with MSD. Thanks Andy, Warren, Poki.

Boat ramp was amazing, hung out and had a terrific time. lololbut seriously - took the blue rafting boats, had a blast w my beaches.

Kihei boat ramp provides a wonderful site to launch and retrieve your boat. There is plenty of trailer parking and public parking on site. Bathroom facilities are also available.Just to the north of the launch is a great site for snorkeling with many sea turtles and some reef sharks.

Great little cove. Cute little sand crabs to watch. Even a little cave for the kids to play in. Boats going in and out on the other side, be careful!

Its Maui, no place nicer on this earth. Hippie live and let live attitude, no pressure sales people, stunning shores to sunsets.

Great place with cool tours and nice views

Locals park here and turn up the ghetto music...spoiling the natural ambience for everybody else within 500yards. Very trashy unfortunately. Oddly..its locals..not tourists.

Easy access and free parking

Very little parking if youre going on a boat for charter. Get there early or youll be walking a while from parking in Kihei Blvd. Otherwise decent boat ramp..

This is a meeting place for the dive boats etc. Parking was limited because of construction. Lots of boat parking though.

Mens bathroom is a disaster. The shower outside the lavatory is a good plus.

Best pickup point for boat trips on West Maui, but beware journey times from Lahaina area.

Sailing weekly outta Kihei Boat ramp w CAPTN Don aboard his new double paddle kayak sailboat w amas, Malolo. Glad they r dredging the harbor. Sorry we take no passengers: Its our own personal watercraft. But u can board many boats there via Blue Water Rafting, Red Line, Seafire, Pineapple Express, Ed Severins Dive Boat, Hogans Makena Dive Boat, B&B SCUBA Shack.

Um its a boat ramp. but us does have a nice parking area, bathrooms and benches to sit on.

Great location, but really busy early in the morning when all the boats go out. It gets windy here starting late morning when the tradewinds start blowing. Restrooms are OK

We came here to take our Blue Water Rafting 2 hour express tour to Molokini crater for snorkeling. The boat ramp has ample parking, real (not portable) bathrooms, and free ice cold fresh water outdoor showers to rinse of the salt.

Great boat dock small but everyones efficient in and out

Super close to our accommodation so really easy to get there for our diving. Went with Mike Severns and had a great day even though we couldnt go to Molokini as hoped.

Went sailing with friends. Large ramp. Silted on one side.

New concrete ramp is great, I wish they would have put rubber bumpers on the dock too
