Excellent company! Staff takes their time going over all the pertinent information needed and makes sure everyone is comfortable before heading out. Josh did a great job as point man leading the group around and allowing the riders to open them up! BJ was our tail gunner and he made sure the slower riders were doing ok in the back when they got a bit separated. Great tour that runs a good 90 minutes, I definitely recommend them if you are looking to do wave runners. You wont be disappointed.

We had a fantastic time. Max and Conor were great guides. So professional, funny and knowledgeable of the area. You learn a bit about Key West, while having a total blast.

We had a blast. Niko is very funny, and its so fabulous that he went the extra mile after the tour to mark a map of sandbars to beach a sailboat. Jessie is the definition of cool. Heres a hint: you cant drive a jetski like a motorcycle. I had trouble breaking the habit of leaning and nearly wiped out a whole bunch of times. It was still mega fun!

It’s fabulous to see this incredible area from the water. Could never of seen all this without a guide. They stopped to gather us at times to explain certain points. Highlight was getting off to swim and wade a bit on a mangrove island in crystal clear water! Great running wave runners. The 4 rating is only for the fact that they need to clean up their dock area a bit (unprofessional looking) and that even my husband said the speed we were led at (in a single file line for safety and so as to not disrupt other boaters in area) was a bit too fast, that leading a group of mostly beginner jet skiers and moms with a kid on back etc. at speeds that often maxed out at 50 mph in many areas of open water was unnecessary (although the guides were safe about spacing everyone). Also, the guides strongly hinted they rely on tips - but the cost for this for a family is a lot already to then be pressured to add a 15-20% tip on top. All else good. Glad we took the tour. Book early, they fill fast! Thanks.

We had a great time! We had a guided jetski tour, and were able to see so much of Key West! The waves were choppy at times, but it was beautiful and so much fun to be on the ocean. Our tour guide was Scott, and he was personable, kind, and engaging. He made the tour unique and special, sharing little bits here and there about jetskis, the nearby islands, and the nearby airbases. This company has two locations, one for smaller tours, and one for larger tours.

An excellent experience. Safety and fun are the priorities. The tour guides are friendly and make sure everyone is enjoying their time. The jet skis ran perfectly and were fast. Bring yourself a bottled water. Theres a place for it on the jet ski. Bouncing around on the ocean salt water makes you thirsty.

We did the Jet Ski tour, and this was definitely highlight of our Key West trip!! This was 110% worth the money- we were on Jet skis for over an hour and got to see all around the island. Our guides, Connor and Scott, were amazing!! They explained how to operate the jet skis thoroughly and ensured everyone felt safe & comfortable. Not only that, but they were extremely personable and funny! We‘ll definitely be doing this (or the sunset tour) again if we’re ever back in Key West.

Booked this last minute and so glad they had a spot open! The jetskis were top of the line as well as our guide, Connor. He did a fantastic job showing us an amazing time. 10/10 would recommend!

Connor was our tour guide and we had a blast. The trip was as described and he really opened up and was very accommodating. We had the tour to ourselves as we rented all the skis. It was a blast and best thing we did on our vacation. Would highly recommend.

Showed up 3:20 for the 4:00 tour without appointment, got a spot, Can top them out for a while, 45 mph ish. Had a blast, guides were great, was windy and chopping my day, still wasnt bad and enjoyable, cool scenery and knowledge, get ya sum!

The guides were friendly and educated us of the sites and surroundings. The 1.5 hrs went by like a flash. They are accommodating to all levels of wave runner expertise. My family had a great time and will go back again.

Jake was a great guide. The tour was amazing the views of the other islands from the open water perfect.

Derrick and Connor did an awesome job getting us out on our tour!!! Good tidbit pieces of information along the way. The Gulf side was fairly smooth and fast, the Atlantic side was also a blast bouncing in the swells.Thanks for a great time!!

Niko was an excellent tour guide!! Saw some great points around the keys and did golf and ocean jet skiing!! A little difficult to find, coming from route one, turn where it says Parrott Key and park in Walgreens. Walk past the valet and up on the left there is a sidewalk that will take you back to the rental.

Scott and Gavin were great! My husband and I greatly enjoyed the jet ski tour! Such amazing scenery and so much fun catching airtime while we rode. We each rented wet suits... so glad we did because it made our ride more enjoyable and kept us from getting cold. Next time we’re in Key West we’ll be coming back for another tour. Thanks so much for the awesome experience!

Great fun and so worth it! We loved parasailing, snorkeling a ship wreck, jet skiing, the boat ride, and swimming in the ocean. The staff was cool and fun to hang out with.

This review is beyond long overdue. I finally found my pamphlet and never wanted to leave the review on the wrong company. This place is the best ! My bf took me here for my birthday and everything about it was great. It was my first time in the keys. The tour was amazing, the things I got to see and experience were something I’ll always remember. My tour guides (I forget who they are and if I could find out I would name them!) were the best I could have asked for. We live in philly and when we go to the keys again I’m going to this place, hands down.

If you get a chance to go on one of the Sunset Waverunner tours I highly recommended it. Connor and Devin showed us around the islands on one of the tours and it was best experience I had down here. We own WaveRunnewars back home but when youre riding one on the ocean and then on the gulf on crystal clear water its something youll need to see for yourself.

We ended up having our own private jet ski tour! It was amazing and we were able to see some sting rays. The tour guide was very informative.

This place is beyond Fun and professional from walking into the office to checking in with the jet ski rental guys until the very end of our trip we had so much fun on our tour ! Very nice experience overall. Nico was our main guide and he was amazing! Gavin was also great! He fully disclosed that there was 30 mph winds and offered a refund if we didn’t go threw with it but we decided to go anyway. We were still able to go wide open throttle for much of the tour but at times was pretty choppy and had to go slower (as we were warned). They even picked us up from our hotel! Even with the choppy waters we had a great time! The employees are all fabulous

Had an amazing experience. Friendly staff, with Matty as the shuttle driver from the hotel. Scott as our guide was tremendous. Very knowledgeable, and patient with first timers. Kept us out of some bad weather too!! Will certainly return!!

Everything was good untill they cancel because the weather, then we went to the hotel and it didnt rain at all. Very disappointing

Our family was there two weeks ago and we had an awesome time. The kids got to go on jet skis for the first time. It did get a little choppy but, it was beautiful and exciting. Jesse and his team were so friendly, knowledgable and laid back. I was so slow it kept the rest of the group waiting but, everyone was so nice and patient about it. Sunset water sports Jet Ski tour out of Key West was a fantastic time, what a great way to start or end any vacation. The staff was great from the drives to the instructor Matt who did an excellent job teaching and being patient with all patrons. Him and the other instructor provided us with a safe and fun tour, can’t wait to do this again. I highly recommend this tour on any visit.

Was down there last week and all I can say is for 1st timers me my wife my 2 kids had a fantastic time the guide that we had was the best and he is from Illinois just like us lol they allowed us to go as fast as we wanted to and they warned us about rough waters but we continue to go will be back in May and again to you this is only spot we will go from here on out

Had a great tour around Key West with Jesse, Conner and Mattey. They grouped boats by comfort of speed allowing all to have a blast. Very friendly team, great customer service. Nice new boats too.

Very friendly staff, our Jetski instructor (Jessi) was amazing. He spent over 2 hours with us touring around the entire island. I would definitely recommend going. The price was decent and well worth it at $167, 20% tip included. These guys work very hard and I admire the effort put in every day by them.

This is an amazing experience! We already came here before, and will keep coming every single time we visit Key West to take the Jetski tour! We were so glad to see Devin again, because hes been our tour guy since our first time doing the Jet Ski tour with Sunset watersports. Today, there was Jesse as our main tour guide, Devin was kind of behind and on the sides, and took care of the few people who fell from their Jet Ski, and was always around to guide us while boats were crossing our way. Jake and Gavin did our paper work and helped us board on the Jet Skis. A hell of a great team! You can go somewhere else, but will definitely not have the same experience like this team offers!

It was an awesome experience! 90 minutes of adrenaline! We took a whole circle of KeyWest (yes! a better way to see the island) make sure you ask for GAVIN, he was our guide and he was really great!

Jesse was our tour guide. I told him I was also a tour guide back home. He let me be up front. Full throttle I reached 49mph. The wave runners are not governed. This made for a real full throttle experience . He is very knowledgeable about the mangroves as well as I am. I paid $129 after taxes for 1 ski. Had such a blast i tipped him $50. Well worth it. If you go you need to ask for Jesse. Thanks Jesse and everyone else that made it happen

This was the highlight of my vacation! 10/10 recommend the Jet ski tour! It was an absolute blast to be out on the ocean. Our tour guide, Jesse did an amazing job of sharing facts about the island with us in a fun & engaging way! He was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the tour a truly amazing experience!

0ur guides name was jesse(sp) and he was so fun and informative. He gave excellent guidance and kept up with the group. Made us newbies feel very comfortable and made sure we stayed aware of every step of the way. We ended up hitting some choppy water and we split the group. Devon(sp) lead our group for the split. We got back together towards the end and everything about the trip was worth while. Thanks again guys!

Scott was a great guide!! We had a lot of fun. We purchased our tickets on line and there were not clear direction as to which of the 3 locations we were suppose to report to.

Great experience! Jesse was our guide and he was perfect. We chose this one because of good reviews and it held true. Be ready to go fast and some choppy waters if you hit Atlantic side but skis are solid and well kept. Our goup chose to take smoother waters, which riding double we were fine with. Enjoyable on all parts, wildlife, speed, fun!!

The ride was great! They even split the tour into two groups one for the less adventurous and one for the thrill seekers. We had Matt... He was awesome and very knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend them over any other jet ski tours!

We booked a tour in the evening and enjoyed it so much I came back in the morning, Gavin and the whole crew were great! You will not get a better value for your dollar in Key West!My advice for the best experience is to book a private ride and remember these guys work hard! Tip them!!

I had a really great experience with these guys.The staff was amazing. equipment was either new or very much like new. they were very accommodating. I will definitely be back the next time Im in key west and recommend them to my friends and everyone I know who is headed down there.

We were there right at the time that they recommended which was 30 minutes before to get all of our paperwork filled out. After we were signed in we waited in the hot sun while more and more people kept showing up last minute - which meant they had to fill out the paperwork, which made us even later. And they they kept having to repeat instructions for the late arrivals. I specifically asked whether or not this would reduce our ride time and was assured it would not. However, we left nearly 45 minutes late and sure enough our ride was cut by at least 30 minutes. Additionally, we were told we would have 3 stops but only had 1 official stop unless you count the mid water break where they asked for tips and good reviews. The tour guides were very nice so I am guessing this was not their fault but it was quite expensive and i can not help but feel that we got ripped off. They prioritized more riders ($) over us getting our experience

This place is awesome!! My husband and I were on our honeymoon and had a great time. You are riding on a jet ski for roughly 1.5-2 hours and stop to swim in the middle of the ocean. You get to see the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. It was truly an amazing experience, can’t wait to go back again!
