Today was the first sunny day we had in a week in the keys. We were trying to soak in all the sun we could. On a whim we called Caribbean watersports to see if they had a hobie cat to rent for a couple hours. Lucky us! We scored big. They had availability and everyone was such a pleasure to work with. Thank you guys for ending our trip with a beautiful sail. We loved it!

We had a very terrific time on a Hobie Cat with Captain Seth, who is an excellent sailor, and an interesting guy who has lots of great stories. Highly recommended to use Caribbean Watersports in Key Largo. Fun and exciting.

Great place to rent a Hobie Cat for a few hours. We rented 2 Hobie Waves and had a wonderful morning sail around the Kay Largo bay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the equipment was in excellent condition, and the sailing area was large, safe, and great wind and weather conditions. Will charter again from this company!

These are the friendliest and best communicators Ive experienced in all my travels. You talk with any of them and its like youve been friends for years. I first called a week ahead, the phone rang twice then Victoria texted me that the office was closed that morning due to high winds but we texted back and forth with me asking questions. Since arriving in Key Largo, with the weather being cold and windy I waited until Tuesday AM, Jan 29th. Captain Darrell answered the phone and was so excited since this was going to be a great day for the Sunset Cruise and they hadnt had their boats out for a few days. He did take a credit card to hold our spot. The four of us arrived and their was another great couple from Ohio that was going with us. Victoria got us all registered then Captain Lolly and Captain Ginny took us out. It was a beautiful evening, very relaxed, both captains were super friendly. Captain Lolly took photos and sent them to us. We couldnt have asked for a better experience!! Alert, when pay with credit card, if you do not want to add the tip up front then say so. We paid cash for the tip after the ride then saw that the tip was charged on the credit card. This was both my and Victorias mistake since we were talking and I was not paying attention. I contacted Victoria and she credited my card for the tip amount. Again love this company!!!

First time parasailing and it was amazong and our guides angel and Jordan were fantastic great energy and made the experience that much better I recommend having them as your boat drivers. It was 65 the same price for key largo water sports but the duration of time spent in the air is doubled. Way worth it

Used the paddle boards ... first time experience and totally loved it. Even had a manatee swim with us a bit. Thanks Alejandro for the training! Also sailed with Capt Lolly and Ginny for the sunset cruise. Very experienced sailors and super fun. The cruise was just over 2 hrs and finished with a champagne toast to a beautiful sunset.

Great for the family!! Most jet ski rental places, let you roam within a bounded area. This rental experience is different. There is no bounding box, and it is a guided experience over the complete bay. It is 1.5 hours which is longer then the standard 1 hour. It does have a higher cost, but well worth the experience. This makes an excellent safe guided experience for any family with kids. The bay is also a calmer ocean side for a jet ski. They have many other activities as well, cant wait to return.

I only write reviews after many good experiences from a business. So let me tell you this place is awesome. They have the best location and customer service. The parasailing the other day was the highlight of my weekend. There are many places to choose from but I choose Caribbean Watersports.

This place is awesome. We did a two and a half hour day trip and my daughter had lots of fun. We saw maybe a dozen friendly dolphins and even a precocious manatee. Very professional and great for kids. Easy parking and the restaurant is a nice treat too.

Loved this sunset cruise! We had a full boat and it still wasn’t crowded. We had a blast and met some nice people! Captain Lolly and Ginny made the experience wonderful!

Great assortment of activities offered, fair pricing and what seemed to be a kind and knowledgeable staff. I felt like they took safety seriously and the equipment all looked to be in great working order. I took out the kayak a few times and had a wonderful experience. Also took a sunset cruise and had an amazing time. Great staff, great gear, defiantly pleased with the services.

Good staff, knowledgeable, and no-nonsense. We went on their parasailing adventure - a first for both of us - and never once felt concerned for our safety. We had a good time, got exactly the deal advertised, and Nick, the crewman on the boat we went on, took pictures with his own phone and will be sending them to us when he gets home (the signal is better there). Go do this! You wont regret it.

Enjoyed a Hobie cat sail rental one day, and jet ski another. Both went well and our visitors really enjoyed both. Equipment is clean and well maintained and lots of emphasis on safety, highly valued. Limited on the range you can go, so that in view of the dock. Also understand this is due to safety and security. Nice beach bar to have a drink after the adventures, and lol around in the swimming area to cool off. Excellent.

What an amazing adventure! Jordan, Jenna and Nick are incredible. A must for the keys! Make sure you ask for these three! They are super cool and definitely make the trip. Super awesome excursion and even better company!

We went there as off property guests and the experience was “uncomfortable “ to say the least. We went with the purpose of renting equipment and snorkel in the area -we have small kids and first time snorkeling for them . I had called and the phone service was excellent. The gentleman was able to answer all my questions politely and knowledgeably. The staff was awesome and we had a great time with the kiddos at the beach. Their services earn a 5. We also ordered the famous mojitos from the hotel bar upstairs. The horrible service was at the front gate of the Playa lago hotel where Caribean Watersports operates. We were not allowed to park onsite despite telling them we were there as Caribeean Watersports customers. We had to park across the street at shell world and cross the very busy 1 highway with kids and bags! I feel both establishments need to relook at how Caribbean Watersports guests should be treated.

Great place to grab some water sports fun!

The team at Caribbean water sports at the plya largo resort really went above and beyond to make my first parasailing experience amazing! Jenna, who talked me into taking the leap, was knowledgeable and just a delightful human being. Jordan, who strapped me into the harness aboard the boat was excellent, informative, and very gentle with both me and the nervous high school girls who were going up as well. He let us know exactly what to expect and some sea creatures to look out for. Jordan even took pictures and video of each of us in flight for those who were to cautious to dangle a camera over the ocean. Getting to play a kite over the incredibly clear key largo waters was a treat in itself but captain Darrel who drove the boat was so friendly and talkative and even let us know, if we were going to take pictures, to do a slow motion video of the parachute opening up behind the boat which was a spectacular sight. I will be forever grateful to Jenna for talking me into taking this leap and hopefully will be floating serenely over the water with the Caribbean water sports team again soon!

Great experience!first time parasalling and would recommend for any age group. Well worth the money. Crew was very nice and experience. Saw a hammerhead shark and tons of fish. Would love to do it again!

My wife and I enjoyed a nice sunset cruise with Lolly and Ginny. They went overboard (not literally) to ensure everyone had an enjoyable sunset.

This is the best place for all your watersports adventures, Very professional and down to earth people. I highly recommend it....also very affordable.

We had a great time parasailing!! Lady checking us in was nice and the two guys on the boat were great!! May have been a little more expensive than other places, but a huge bonus to be able to hang out on the soft sand beach while using the beach chairs and swim in the ocean. Tiki bar and food was a plus! Definitely recommend!!

Horrible..horrible. They are on site at our hotel. They didnt seem to busy. Thought I would book a parasailing trip. It was a no go. They could not even give me an appointment for the whole week I was there. I was told the weather conditions were bad. 85° with a ten mile an hour wind. It was horrible weather. (Sarcasm) I called others locally and was not turned away. Had a great time there. The one we chose was All In Watersports. They were great. The next day I wanted to rent a jet ski. Figured it was convenient since they were right down stairs. I was told it was to windy once again. Called other businesses that were willing to take my money. But I waited. Two hours later I called them again and they said they would be renting for the next hour. I ask if a two hour rental was out of the question. She ask me why would I do that? And stated most people only do 1/2-1hr. I said an hour would be fine and walked downstairs to their booth. Took maybe 5-10 minutes tops. I was then told all 6 of their jet skis were tore apart for service. Absolutely rediculous. I have a strong mechanics background. The mechanic was working on only one jet ski and had the spark plug out. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Very unprofessional. I would suggest to them not to advertise if they cant sell.

Spoke with Victoria regarding an upcoming visit of a friend... she went above and beyond to make I was taken care of for my Keys Experience - even though I hadnt even made a commitment to them! All my watersport activities in the area will be with Carribean Watersports!

This is a great place for various water sports as well parasailing . Price seemed little expensive considering other options available in keywest. Beach is very beautiful and shallow water safe for kids. I will definitely visit this place again.

I dont know what these other peoples problem is may they are the problem. The blonde hair woman at the both was nothing but polite and helpful. The parrasail capt and deck hand were really great and professional. I had a very nervous wife and the captains jokes really help her calm down. She loved it and wants to do it again. So really good job caribbean watersports.

I found out they were stealing MY room charge tips from my checks as well as shorting my hours. When I confronted the owner about it they saw it as a liability and said they would have to let me go. I dont recommend supporting this business at all. They steal from the very people that make them money.

The staff member (Jack) was very condescending and rude as he told us we were out of bounds after being out less than 10 minutes. However, the boundaries were very small, and it was very difficult to discern where you were in relation to the hotel once you got out on the water with the jet ski. When we tried to explain this to Jack, he talked to us very snotty, very disrespectful and with a poor attitude for someone in customer service. The lady at the registration was polite, but Jack was definitely not a good representative for this company, as we will not use them again. We complained to the resort management and got our fee refunded.Parasailing: We had to go to a different resort to parasail because the boat was broken. Again, we reported to management at the resort, who was unaware of the situation but apologized.Clearly, CW needs to work on its communication skills with both customers and its business partners.

The blond lady at the water front reception is rude stupid and not smart. Such an attitude for customers . Shame on you ugly lady!!! Hope you will get fired..if not.. may you choke with your lousy ass jet ski
