A wonderful place for both adults and children. With two playgrounds windmont can accommodate many children and with a lake nearby adults or children could fish. A bridge crossing o er the lake makes a great place for event photos and more. A path surrounding the lake and fitness equipment let exercise be a part of your experience. There are also both a baseball field and tennis courts for even more fun. Windmont is an exceptional park and is a very well maintained place.

This was an absolutely wonderful park. Loved the water fountain in the middle of the lake. The swing that holds a toddler and a parent is wonderful. There is so much to do there. Baseball, tennis, two playgrounds, swings at both playgrounds.

This is simply a great park! I have enjoyed using the park during the past few months to take a nice walk around the lagoon. Of course, there are also many other things to do at this park. There is two playgrounds for the kids, an enclosed shelter and two open shelters. There is also tennis courts and a baseball/softball diamond.I would have given this review 5 stars if lights around the park were replaced. I’m usually a night walker and the last time I visited, I counted at least 7 lights that were burned out on the property.

Well maintained. Lots of adult swings along the walking path. Childrens equipment. Restrooms. Really nice little gem in Kewanee. Good place to relax, walk or take the dog.

This is an awesome place to take your children to. Its a great place for fishing, playing, family picnic, gatherings. We met up with one of my youngest grandsons teachers and had a get together since they havent seen each other in over 4 months. We made it a surprise (its one of his favorite teachers), she brought her children and doggy and we all had a blast.

Its a great place for the kids to play. Its a peaceful place to visit with friends. It has a great walking sidewalk.

Loads of bluegill, but also great Catfishing! Caught 4 this past month! (Aug-Sept)

Great place for fishing and family. We have our annual family reunion in the shelter.

Would be alot better if the play ground equipment was taken care or a little better but overall good time!!!

Really nice park by the baseball diamond ... concession stand also here is a little warning dont park your car in the first 6 or 7 spots that look down on the feild its foul ball territory... we were there less than 5 mins and got a cracked windshield! Otherwise enjoyed our time there .

Love this park. They have recently made some necessary and nice updates to the park. Definitely one of the nicest parks of Kewanee, they really take care of it there.

I love it here! Between the play areas for the kids, the bench swings, and the exercise equipment we never know what do to. Also their Xmas lights are a must see

Drinking fountains would be a nice touch for 2020 and color changing lights in the fountain. And Ill give it 5 Stars.

Its very fun there. You could play at the baby park/kid park, you could have partys there, you can walk around the pond, and its very relaxing.

Attended a benefit for a friend. The pavilion is a great addition to the park. Excellent location in the park. It is capable of serving large crowds. Had a great time.

Grew up here and I recall the park as a little ratty and rundown. Wow, what a difference time, money and people who care can make! Park was clean and neat and lawn, shrubbery and flowers were well-tended.
