Quite place to relax and live your life. There are a few people that sun homes should remove out of our park but other then that after 19 years of living here on and off I enjoyed living here with my mom

Most definitely not the prettiest mobile home park Ive ever scene... but yet not the worst either.

Always fuxkin you with all kinds of hidden fees. Wont recommend for nobody. Cant wait to move out of this lot.

We love our place. Jennifer from leasing is very kind and helpful. She is also very cheerful.Edit: after living here 6mo I feel like my family is always being targeted. The new maintenance man is VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL . He is also Petty and childish . Sad cause I thought this was a good place.

Its a fairly quiet community but they like to nit pick certain things but but will ignore other rules. No pool on site is a bummer as well as lot rent is ridiculously high for what you get.

Nice place to visit, wouldnt want to live there, outrageous what they want for a tin box. Sun homes really take advantage of the poor. Sad

I wouldnt recommend it for anyone. I was lied to about referral money after getting my parents to buy a mobile home there. Kept getting the run around whenever I would ask why I have not yet received my check. Its been 5 months and i still have not received anything!!!! What can be done about this community? I...They cant keep getting away with ripping people off

They get 0 stars from me but you have to select a start to post...grrrr! We have had several issues and they dont answer the phone and they are never in the office. But if your grass is too long they come with a quickness to give you a notice. The new property manager is horrible. I am pretty sure after one year...I will move! I would NEVER buy a mobile home from them. If this is the type of customer service you get for renting...I can only imagine what you get if you buy. Very discouraged!!!!

Crappy trailer park, they dont take care of stuff, the light by my girlfriends trailer has been out for three years have asked them to replace it, they did not. Then on top of that my car has been broken into twice, plus her room mates car has been stolen, they dont care about nothing besides raising there lot rent prices

Boring! Next! Just kiding this places has not a lot of things to do. There is a park you have to pay to go in. Otherwise there is a movie theatre that is really great.

Looks like lots are bigger than some of the other parks in the area.

Horrible management, EXTREMELY overpriced ($500 a month for a single wide lot rent ONLY, and $50 to $60 a month water bills... A MONTH), management doesnt care and is rarely ever there, most of the parks plumbing is in disrepair, and since they fired the old management and put the new one in crime has skyrocketed. Kids come around at 4 to 5am and rifle your car if you dont lock it and if you do lock it theyll scratch your paint up. Management doesnt care. This is the same with all Sun Homes/Sun Communities owned properties. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

I was able to attend the National Night Out event and met some great families.

Over priced by a long shot. No pool, just a crappy little playground that kids wont play in because a couple years ago a little boy was murdered there. Its safe 99% of the time. But the great manager was fired and the lady they have now treats everyone with contempt! Haughty and works with no one. 750 a month is outrageous for lot rent! Sun Homes doesnt care about its tenants even a littlebit. When she cant handle the job she calls Wade a Hitleresque type from Southfield. He comes up here in his big truck and intimidates tenants with his loud obnoxious voice. He makes it quite clear that Sun Homes, not the customer, is always right. No leeway, inconsiderate, strict, harsh management style. Dont rent from these people. They will rip you off any chance they get!

Someone in the office named Jody refuses to return our phone calls. We have a large sum of cash to purchase any trailer we want and they could care less. The guy on the phone said they are a family owned business and that Jody would call us back. We have tried 4 times--I guess they dont want to make any money. The park is a bit wild anyway, with uncontrolled teenagers walking around.

This is a root of Sun Homes. Its a big corporation who is NOT family friendly. If you have toys in youre yard they make you take them down or take them in for the night.They only provide trash pickup and you are responsible for everything else. We get charged a substantial lot rent to live here. They claim its a very nice park. I will say it is a well maintained park but the people who live here maintain it....not the park itself. We mow our lawns.The only thing they do is patrol the streets in their golfcarts and make you feel you are being watched all the time. They do plow the streets in the winter. That does not justify the lot rent.When you complain to Sun Homes, they tell you you dont have to live in their community.The water is pd by the renter which is very high.We even have to pay property taxes.Dont know what my rent goes for other than the small lot on which I maintain. I own my home so I dont pay an extra payment. SO...I do know that Pinebrook put a new office in..hmm is that why the lot rent is so high? I lived here not even a yr and my lot rent went up $16/mo. What am I getting this charge for? They can not tell you. I tried. .My advice....dont rent a mobile home for SUn Communities..they rip you off!!

My experience has been horrible. We sold our home last july 2016 with the impression everything was out of our name. We havent got a security deposit back and it turns out that it is because the park manager nicole is incompetent and a liar and had told us numerous times that we are off the lease and shes just waiting on a paper from corporate. She seldomly returns phone calls. Is rarely at the office and has awful customer service skills. I went in today to resolve this in person she screamed at me in front of my child, called me a liar and was super rude. I will never have anything to do with sun homes again.

SCAM!!! Greedy and money hungry scam artists! Dont answer the phone, dont return phone calls, dont fix anything, dont care about residents. All they care about is $$$. Do NOT live here. Its a DUMP!!!

Pooly ran, there have been inches of snow this weekend and the roads were not maintained. Multiple times peole have been stuck. This issue make the community unsafe as the snow could cause injury to its members.
