Brentwood Village

I love my new home! There were minor repairs I had to fix, other than that everything is great! A new entry sign would be a great curb appeal, our current one is outdated and easy to miss when driving.I wanted to update this review, Nancy has done a wonderful job at our community. Speed bumps have been added and a new sign to our front entry it’s beautiful and bright you cannot miss our community at night. Thank you and Sun Community for giving my family and I a beautiful place we love to call home!

When I bought my home I was very pleased with how well they accommodated me unlike my previous apartment was horrible but here they helped management even came in on their day off so I could move into my home I purchased. Nice place to live quiet, and clean.

This park likes to keep your deposit also they like to charge you for months that your not there. They want to charge me for July when I was moved out June 8th... If I dont get my deposit I will be turning them in to the business bureau....Also these people dont like getting back to you its been going on for 6 months and still they never contacted me back...

I wanted to see a model but person in the office wasnt very helpful. It appears to be a decent community. My grandson best friend lives there.

They keep raising the lot rent every year with no improvements no amenities soon it will be cheaper to live in a apartment witch is funny because I take care off everything and bought my trialed manager is quick to try to kick you or send eviction notices out not impressed

Seems to be nice and quite place to live

I should have ran from the beginning. Promises never kept from the beginning. Can move in right away, nope, finally 2 months later. Have to pay extra here, blamed on having a new manager. Most of the issues I had could have been solved with some minor fore thought and without setting up the customer for failure.After moving in the place was still bad. Was told numerous times that keys would be replaced to standard locks and they never were. No blind for bathroom after numerous contacts to office. Screen doors never shut right. Thier fix was a hammer, never did fix.Brought up numerous safety issues with windows not opening properly.This was a brand new home. So the extra time to move in might have been acceptable, but after moving in they still had various reapirs to complete. Plumbing backed up, windows not operating, blinds not on, stove not properly working, and many more.Was told I could park work trailer off street if I put down pavers via request form, after approved and installed. Then corporate drove thru and told me it had to be removed.When moving out they decided to charge for paint after telling me they always paint when a tenant moves out and please dont paint. No interest paid on security deposit. Gift cards promised never to arrive.The lies and misdirects from Sun Home and Edward Kape were to numerous to list.Renter/buyer beware! The lease rates are high. The customer service is deplorable. The communication is non existent.I am not sure if this is true of all Sun Homes properties but it is not a good sign for the company.

I love this place its clean,friendly and a Super Park Manager and Shes very kind and friendly person to know, and our maintenance guy is just as friendly and kind and willing to go the extra mile to do something for you! I should know this you guessed it We have lived in this park going on 6 years!!

The management leaves much to be desired as their is a stress on what Sun homes gets out of everything. A lot has changed since we moved in 3 years ago. Rent has sky rocketed and all because son homes thinks they can ask this much. Umm not sure who is making policies in the parks, I just know if you want something dont hold your breath. Feral cats, wild animals under your home all the time and neighbors who trash the place. Make sure you know what the history of the property you consider buying with these guys Ive seen so many move in and then a year later theyre moving out.

Very quiet place to live. Would definately recommend over most mobile home areas. Traffic isnt a problem so walk as you please. And the river upfront is fun to sit and watch.

I live here and love it.

I was hired as a maintenance person, ended up being the entire parks outside janitor. Was given two left gloves to do the work. TWO LEFT GLOVES? I left after an hour.

The park really sucks..they charge way to much for lot rent and you pay for all utilities..their lawn company will say they serviced your lawn even when they didnt and YOU get charged for doing it yourself...i would NOT recommend this park!!!!!!!
