This place was truly unknown to me since my move to Wisc. In 2017. I had real fun even at 63 yrs of age. The staff was extremely helpful in getting me and my date out of the go carts. Abit pricey but there is no other place like this around. Besides, what other state can u go to have fun AND order a drink of TOP shelf booze. One of a kind.

Was an awesome place to travel to. On these times of the new world. The employees were friendly and courteous. They all had masks and required them. They kept the rides and games clean and sanitized. Was a nice place to visit.Would absolutely recommend.

I went miniature golfing and they had three different courses to choose from easy medium and hard. I did the hardest one but there was a few holes that were impossible because of the sloppy way they were built. Especially whole number 9. Then I went to exit to leave and was told I had to go back inside to exit. I go back in came out and was right in front of the gate where they didnt let me exit. I would think with covid-19 you would prefer people to exit while theyre Outdoors not go back in a building.

Great kid entertainment place. Not wallet friendly, carnival pricing, and long wait times for go carts.... if you get a vip pass (unlimited wrist band) it will be difficult to get a good value for the wrist band unless your there 3 or more hours

Place was pretty cool. Dont get your cards from the person at the front, get it from the card stations. The front desk only gives you an extra $10 when the machine gives you an extra $20. If youve been there you know what Im saying. Other then that the place was cool! Pizza was pretty good too

Fun amusement park for kids of all ages. We last visited during the winter months and enjoyed the indoor arcade, laser tag, and bumper cars. The games and indoor activities were geared towards a pretty wide ahe range, with offerings starting at beginner levels to advanced for the older kids. At the time of our visit they had an excellent promo which was to spend $20 on the arcade and get $ 20 added on ! We enjoyed that bonus! The indoor play areas is spacious, well lit and very clean. Restroom were well maintained as well. Pricing was overall very affordable.

This is a great place definitely better when warmer. Went Saturday and it was close to being 50 degrees out did miniature golf ️ and was told that if it reached 50 they would open the go karts but that never happened when asked they said it was to cold and no one would stand out there. Even stated that when it’s warm no one wants to stand out there. For that they get 4 stars ️

Always a fun place for kids and they seem to be taking precautions for COVID, which I appreciate. Ballocity is currently closed, which stinks, but I understand why. Theyve added some new games and an attraction. They now have Virtual Reality.

Great place to take your kids for indoor family fun!

Great fun for younger kids! They have lots of food options and adult drinks too. There is a jungle gym area that the kids love, but it does have a height limit and my daughter being 6 and a half and average height was getting close to being too tall. Laser tag and bumper cars last a lot longer than expected for young ones. They also had great customer service. We will definitely be coming back soon!!

Great place! Planning on going for about an hour, but stayed for almost 4 hours... and didnt spend more than I planned on spending!! The wristbands are a great deal and cover everything. Laser tag, the vault, most games, bumper cars, bumper boats, mini golf, go karts, and batting cages. It was a blast and perfect for Mommy/son time for my sons 13th birthday .

Fun and Cheap if you take it for what it is. The staff is great. Highly recommended for a few hours

We went here with a cousin for her birthday and she loved it! From laser tag to mini golf, this place has it all for every age group! We had such a fun time and we were able to create a lot of memories! The food was good, but a little pricey for what you got. This is common though with most places like this. I would recommend to anyone looking to go out or stay in to have a fun day!

The arcade is a big scam some of the machine dont give tickets that are supposed to.I play a game were you have to pop the balloon to get the prize. I hit the balloon two times in the middle and still didnt pop and the the arrow that was supposed to pop it was metal and it was very sharp.still the balloon didnt popI could have won 250 dollars but I not the only person that had this problem 5 other people had this problem

Fun for the entire family from the laser tag, mini golf, batting cages, go carts to the arcade. Definitely could spend an entire day here order a pizza and enjoy. Staff is always friendly, celebrated a few birthdays here as well with no complaints.Staff are very kind and nice, and very spacious place. Very reasonable price games. Outdoor activities are fun as well. Kids enjoyed it.

My son had a birthday party here, and the kids had a blast they dont worry about all the adult stuff. But me on the other hand, I was pretty stressed out. If I am paying someone hundreds of dollars to have a party I should not be stressed at all. They should be on top of what they originally said they were going to provide or do. The cake and ice cream was super late, then we had to wait for the server to serve so instead, my family and I ended up serving most of the stuff. The server was hosting 2 parties so I do not believe she was very on point or could handle both. And the other coworkers kept making excuses for her saying she is new. When the manager said shes been there a year and a half. There were just a lot of things that happened I was not impressed with. Thankfully the kids had fun, all that in the end mattered to me.

Brought my Cub Scouts here for a fun night out. They didnt disappoint. We got $20 unlimited wristbands and had a great time with all of the attractions. The pizza, breadsticks & pitcher of soda combo was perfect for our group. The staff was really friendly too. Great night out.

Was having a good day of mini golf until a fight broke out in front of us. I had to run to the front and get someone. As the girl that was at the clubhouse didnt have a walkie and couldnt get help. I think that every employee should have a walkie on them as you never know what will happen.

There are a ton of things to do here! From Arcade games to Go Carts there is something for everyone! You can come and have fun as a family or you can plan a party. They have a nice selection of snacks and drinks as well. From ages 1 to 100 there is something here for every age. There is no reason for anyone to be bored here!

My son had a blast at this place. He was invited for his friends birthday party. Only thing I did not like was how small the party rooms are.

This place is fun to go to. Played mini golf and the go-karts. The oldest mini golf course is in bad shape, could use some repair, but the other two were cool, except for there being almost no shade.GO-karts were enjoyable, sometimes they break down but are extremely fun to use; biggest suggestion, while waiting in line look for the best go kart, although depending on the attendant for the day you may not get to choose the one you want.100% reccomend if you havent been!

Had great family fun! Buy the unlimited well worth the money. Only suggestion is when buying arcade game card purchase from machine it gives you a $10 bonus when you purchase $20.. Where as, when I purchased $20 from the counter they only got $5 bonus .

The little one we babysit loves the play area with the foam balls. Its a nice atmosphere.

Lots of Fun, food was fairly cheap. Not the greatest. But alot of fun for the whole family and wont break the bank.

We visited for the miniature golf only. The courses all had exciting names but were pretty boring in scope. The landscaping was beautiful, but thats not what I was looking for. I was looking for a challenge and I found one, how to hit the ball without it hugging one of the rock borders that the slope always guides your ball to. No windmills, no other structures to hit a ball through. BORING! Not my favorite place.

Excellent service for a great price. Had my son and daughters birthday party here and the host makes the event perfect. All the kids have a blast. I recommend getting the all inclusive package with unlimited laser tag and bumper cars. All the kids that attend get a wrist band to enjoy until close. They also get $5 on a game card to play the arcade games. Pizza is great for the price. Perfect all the way around. I highly recommend them for parties or just to get the kids out of the house.

They have everything!! Its very reasonably priced. Food is good. The service is a little lacking, but the fun makes up for it.

The mini golf course was pretty big, laser tag was awesome and intense, there is a really large arcade that I didnt get to and probably more. But overall I had a good time there and would recommend it to other people.

We got an all day unlimited wristband for 25 each. Wristbands are different prices on different days so you might want to call before you are thinking of going. We never had to wait long for a turn on anything and feel like we definitely got our moneys worth in the 3 hours we were there. Food and drinks, including alcohol are available.

We came for a birthday party . What a clean, fun, huge place! Lazer tag was our favorite! Tons of games, bumper cars, playground indoor and outdoor play. We came during a snow storm and there was more than enough indoor activities. Also affordable.

Took my daughter here for her birthday!! Honestly for $25 a person, wait to go in the warm months when the bumper boats are opened. Then it will be a bit more worth the money. All in all a decent place, although some of the patrons were less than desirable(not watching their kids) food is incredibly overpriced as well, but still she had fun so thats what matters.

The deals they offer are pretty good if you plan to spend a whole day there. The white and blue number 99 go-cart was definitely the fastest while we were there!

The place was fun for my family. We will be back. I feel like the games were pretty pricey. And some of the games dont give you the actual points that you earn. Which is a bummer for me. But my family loved the unlimited laser tag and vault. My kid also got to play in the playground which was a plus. Im sure during the summer it will be even more fun. :)
