Nice and sandy banks. Good for fishing and 4 wheeling. Good for BBQ with the hole family. Not sure if you are allowed to have fire pits here at hover park but Im all most sure you can if there is no burn band on day of outting. But I am sure over night stays are not allowed at hover.

Best if you bring a truck that you wont mind messing up.

Windy, dusty but ok for a quick ride

Went out yesterday to do a little metal detecting. Looks like a lot of the land has been purchased and fenced off. Still saw a lot of folks circumventing the fence and heading down to the water to swim and fish.

Fun for even a little SUV. Dont be scared.w pl

I love it here. Its nice and peaceful with beautiful local wildlife. I was also given permission to host airsoft events here and for that purpose its absolutely perfect. Lots of brush to hide in.

This is the closest ORV park we have in the tricities. Be cautious on the weekends, it gets very crowded.

Its the only place we have left to ride dirt bikes.... I will always love this place..

Great water access for horseback riding! Roads can be tricky as they are pretty rough and can be tricky to navigate.

Fun place to go take your rig to do some mild offroading. Has some harder spots as well. Try to avoid weekends. Place get packed on nice days to the point you dont want to be there.

Its ok to dink around at, some sketchy soft hill climbs if thats what youre into, but everything else is pretty much weak sauce. Jeeps might have a hard time out there but toyotas are goodno but seriously its an ok area for quick right in town place to go. If you see someone dumping garbage or littering please hem those idiots up and correct them, we lose more and more areas to play at when losers dump there trash out there

Whent out there with a of mine and he let me ride his new Polaris General.

Great place to be wanting some relaxing time. Go all the down to the sandy beach and you will br amazed.

Neat to watch the trains go by. Looks like people take their vehicles offroading here.

Great place for riding atvs its not too far from town, could be better maintained. I tend to bring a small saw to cut branches away from the trails.

Lots of litter,tires,concrete, trash and even a boat that still has the license #on it.these people should be ashamed of themselves, they are ruining it for the rest of the public. So sad.

Great place for recreational offroading with both trucks and bikes. Be aware that some saturdays on the southern area across from the gully (the place with all the natural trees) has airsoft games. The players are informed certain proceedures before every game on how to communicate loudly to other players of non players entering the area and to sieze fire immediately. My recommendation? Wear eye protection if you plan on buzzing through there as you should anyways when operating open vehicles.
