A nice place to watch a movie. Employees are very nice. And helpful
While most people have seemed to be spoiled by the other theaters in town, this one for the price, which was $2.00 less per ticket, was great. The people at all the counters were nice and friendly, even offering a coupon for a kids size popcorn and drink. Theater room was clean and tidy. The temp in the room was a little toasty and while it was cold outside, it was at the temp for more adult cuddling then theater cuddling. Sound was at a great volume for the movie, not too loud that you could leave with a headache, but nice and clear for the whole movie. Great experience today.
Beware they like to shut down concessions after 10pm if you are here for a late night movie they will decline you popcorn and soda. Our 2hr movie started at 10pm and we were told we would not have access to soda machine. What???? Who does that?Would of been nice if they had let us know before we purchased our movie tickets.
We ended up going to a later showing, at about 9:00 PM on a weekday, so there were less people on staff, naturally. The ticketing area at the entrance was closed, but there were people inside. I felt rather confused, and had to ask directions to figure out where to get tickets for the movie we were hoping to see. I was pointed to the concessions area, which was unmanned when I first entered. The person at concessions helped us get what we needed and everything was good from there. Just wish there had been a sign or something at the closed ticketing booth to point me in the right direction, instead of having to wonder if I was even supposed to be inside. Good theater though!
Not as popular as it once was, but we still like going here. Its clean, friendly and for non reclining seats, they are very comfy! We get the year popcorn bucket which is a great deal.
Very upset with this theater. The facilities were disgusting and the chairs were a matter of which chair didn’t have a bar poking into your back or in your bum. The staff were awesome and polite, which is why it got two stars.
Watched The Way Back with Ben Affleck. The movie was Good I loved it. Id watch it again.I enjoy AMC theater Id keep coming back, good service
I went and watched the My Hero Academia movie and it was awesome my only complaint albeit small was the lights near the floor all around the room are to bright.
Sometimes you just got to kick it old school and going to AMC is one of those times. I like walking into the theater and being able to pick my seat and not by computer. Every time I go to the movies I am greeted with fast and friendly service. The theatres are very clean and the seats dont have to be recliners to be comfortable. I like the 5.00 Tuesdays they offer for their members and the perks they offer on concessions.
I like going to the movies on Tuesdays...$5.00 is great..popcorn bucket is not bad for 4.50 and all the butter you can pour. You well see me on Tuesdays during the winter great place. Thank you
I think they are still working the kinks out from previous corporate owners. Service was less than what wed experienced under the previous group. Menu not as good with orders not taken at ones seat in the theater, nor brought out. The bar remains a nice spot to socialize. We saw Joker & the boys in blue were there in force to discourage the psychos among us from so evil that the only possible defense is temporary insanity.
Its cheaper than the rest of the theaters in town, and there is an awesome selection of drinks since there is a Coke freestyle machine instead of the 6 standard Coke products at the rest of the local theaters. The only downside is that its older and a bit dated, and the cleaning is hit and miss, but its the most affordable so if you dont require the fancy seats, go here.
Small, barely any arcade, but overall pricing and comfort while sitting for the show.
Absolutely filthy and smelt horrible! I will never take my family back. My stomach is still churning from the bathroom. Price was decent but this place needs a deep cleaning.
How is this place still in business? Its like walking back into 2002. Nothing seems to have been updated and if it has, it doesnt show. The one good thing is that people avoid this theater so you shouldnt run into any issues on opening nights.
Im not a big movies guy, but this is a nice experience.
5 dollar movies on Tuesday is hard to beat. It might not have the comfort of some of the newer theaters, but 20 bucks for a family of 4 is great.
I went here twice this week, once with my friend and once with my grandsons. Each theater isnt too big which makes watching a movie comfortable. Theres several good choices at the concession stand (s). I like that all fountain drinks are free to refill. I like the rewards program to earn free stuff. There is ample parking. Somewhat expensive, but comparable prices to other theaters. You can bring in a clear container to fill with water. Employees are helpful and kind.
Decent fun family theater. Reasonably priced
Seats are comfortable, and generally it gets the job done. Sound was set uncomfortably loud for a relatively empty theater. As usual, snacks from the concession stand are way overpriced. My main irritation with this company is the pathetically small selection of movies. How hard would it be to have more choice, and even set aside just one theater for foreign or indoor movies? Every concerns in this small town shows the same limited selection of movies... For crying out loud, how many showings of The Lion King does a town this size need????
Great place for the prices of todays movies. Good value. 3 stars because seats at a bit dated
Cheap place to see newly released movies on Tuesdays! Id give it 5 stars if they cleaned a little better.
This place is disgusting. Dirty, outdated, can see where someone threw soda on the walls and it was never cleaned. Popcorn area was filthy!!! Bathroom stall had no lock. I have pictures of what looked like mold on the walls. I’m not sure what it was but it was the first thing we noticed when we went to sit down. Hugely disappointing we will never come in here again.
Normally love this place, but we came in tonight at about 6:50 pm and the theater was absolutely trashed. Not that its the staffs fault, but they didnt have anybody come in and clean from the previous movie. Popcorn all over the place that we had to walk through, water bottles and napkins stuffed in every other seat.l, wrappers thrown, ect. Not sure why nobody came to clean it but I was quite annoying to have popcorn crunching every time I put my foot down.
These seats smelled like dirt and it was difficult to get comfortable with that always in the back of my mind. Rest of the theater was pretty clean. Just the contact surfaces were concerning.
Internet said a movie started at 7:00, we get to the theater to find out the last showing was way earlier in the day. The last said cant trust the website, have to go to fandango. If you cant trust the AMC website then how are you supposed to know to go to a different website?
The screens are good and the sound is top-notch. The popcorn is as expected, the soda machines are those fancy ones with hundreds of choices, and the bathrooms are usually pretty clean. Its a bit cheaper than the others in the area, too.
It was a very nice and clean theater! However, if I had to give one little criticism, itd be that the popcorn was a little bit too salty.
I love that the theater was not very crowded. Although it smelled like bad body odor near me. Maybe somebody behind me didnt shower. Besides for the price and for the lack of being crowded on opening weekends. It was a very great experience. And they have a very good sound system for an old theater.
Absolutely love this place, usually on Tuesdays they have $5 specials on popcorn and drinks. Matinee ticket prices arent too bad, though the theaters and bathrooms could be more cleaner.
Omg the reclining chairs with swivel tables. So comfy. Makes being in first to rows not a problem. Recline back and you can see the screen just as good as if you were in the middle rows.
Good theater that just needs some upgrades and renovations. There tech is a bit dated but you can still enjoy a good theater experience. Just watched Endgame there. Had a great time.
My seat in the theater needs to be fixed. Literally a hole in it.;; at least the movie was great!!!
Very nice theatre. Staff Id very friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable. As always, popcorn and drinks and snacks are spendy but I think thats the norm now. I for one, will return to this theater.
Small theater rooms. Great for a quieter audience. I hope they have more exclusives in the future.
Walking in, you can tell that back in the day this was a nice place. My girlfriend and I did not feel comfortable leaning back in the carperted seats that probably only get cleaned 2x a year. :O
AMC CLASSICS is amazing! The food is great and the seats are comfortable! I enjoyed watching the movie!
Hottest theater I have ever sat in at 9:45 at night. Triple the ads and trailers before the movie. Movie was supposed to start at 9:45 ads didnt finish until 10:20. Movie was great but its audio was so low that I felt I couldnt laugh at the movie without sounding obnoxiously loud myself thus disturbing others.
The theater had not been cleaned, popcorn thrown all over, we saw Bumblebee, movie a fun tender humanistic transformer flick. We enjoyed it. The womans bathroom nearest the lobby was a mess, v.s. the one at the opposite end. It was clean and orderly.
The movie we chose was great, and the seating was comfortable, but the lobby or food area floor was filthy.
Pretty standard theater experience. The staff has always been nice and helpful. Will likely go here again.
This place needs major upgrade and better management. Restrooms are horrible and went to movie today where the theater wasnt even cleaned up from the day before. DISGUSTING!!!
The employees are super nice and helpful and the theater is always kept clean!
Theatre was in dismay. Messes everywhere and very gloomy. Seating is sub par and not comfortable.
When I went it was rather fast to make it through. The smell was not to bad in comparison to other theaters I have been to.
This place may not be super fancy but the staff are very nice and helpful. My movie was interrupted by a rude family who talked loud and used their phones. This happens sometimes. When I spoke to staff they jumped right on it shut it down. Later staff asked me to make sure I had a good experience.
No numbered seating at least not from what I could see. Staff was pretty blah and someone literally went out of there way to sit next to me in an empty theater. Lol Just weird. Great seats and sound Ill give you that.
I’m so upset, I was there 10 min after the last movie that started at 9:45pm 8/27/19, you could say there is 15 to 20 min of previews, The doors are closed from the theater, there are other people standing out there, didn’t even bother to let you in !!! They said doors are closed do to safety, what safety!!! Movie has not even started, and now they close 15 minutes after starting, we still had 5 minutes to spare and yet the doors were closed and the employees were just watching us wave from the outside trying to get in. As a family we come here every Tuesday and this was upsetting! Shout out to Fairchild for not closing their doors what so ever
Nice location, great value on Tuesdays.
Place needs a little TLC, torn seats and funky smell, good picture and decent sound.
Good Sn. Current movies,nice personal
Allways a nice place for a movie. And the seats dont hurt my back.
It’s a very nice space and almost nobody goes here. We watched a movie and there was enough space to relax and put our feet up. The people there were really nice, but the bathrooms are not the cleanest. But overall it’s an amazing movie theatre.
The Joker was absolutely fantastic. 100% 5☆°●•° Dan j
Was able to enjoy quality time with those close to me .
Very nice remodel. The tickets are cheaper than Fairchilds. The lobby was crazy busy, but the food line moved pretty quick. The food was pretty spend, but what theater has affordable food? The chairs were comfy. Will be back again.
I was shocked on how much this place has changed for the worse. Our daughter worked here a few years ago and it was a decent place to watch a movie but definitely going to watch elsewhere. Bathrooms were dirty, only one concession stand open with long lines, ordered and paid for a cashier recommended ice cream sandwich and come to find out they were out so settled for something else and the smells were indescribable as we made our way to our seats.
For a cheap theater experience its not too bad. The whole place could use some disinfectant and odor removal and a good scrub down. The seats are comfortable even if they dont recline. For a place to take the kids for cheap movies its alright.
The place is cool obviously, Im just used to the Queensgate cinema with the reclining spaced out seats. These seats were nice, they just got really uncomfortable after an hour. The only real reason I took a star away is because of how expensive the popcorn and drinks are, I just wanted a refillable tub but their only tub was $100 for a year. I suppose that would be a good deal if you go to the place often, but thats not me. For one large popcorn (good for like two people) and one large soda it came out to $17 and that aint it for me chief.
Nice people. Great experience. Clean theaters.
I miss you.
Prices arent bad and the theater was nice and clean.
Great food and service.
Nice theater. A bit dated but concessions ans movie prices are reasonable and theaters are comfortable with good sound.
Place was filthy. This may be because we went the weekend of Avengers Endgame coming out, but the theater room we sat in (#6) smelled bad. Not only was it dirty, but the cost for a soda and popcorn was $18 and our popcorn was stale. Total, we spent almost $40 for my wife and I to go to a matinee movie. I know they have a good rewards program, but we live out of town, so we aren’t going to sign up for that, especially seeing how gross it was.
Really nice love it I go there every one of my birthdays
I usually go during the matinee on Tuesday or Saturday. Tuesday is a great day for a matinee for $5. Pay ahead and you can go through the line pretty fast. Complaints: I have only gotten fresh popcorn once. Also, they dont get movies right away if at all even though they are out.
Older theater but still a great place to enjoy new movies and enjoy delicious snacks.
Staff is friendly, clean, popcorn..my sis n I love it..Freash popping corn..sis asked for freash, he gave use bottom, broken itty bitty prices ...more than half was junk..for 10.00 bucket it should be hot ...freash ..Buttery...very disappointed.Downton Abbey ROCKS
This theater is my least favorite in tri. it stinks, the chairs are uncomfortable, and you could tell they dont bother to clean very much. The staff is mostly kids who dont care much about doing their job. Definitely wont be going back and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here.
I like the Regal cinemas in Richland better. This cinema has good prices. And $5 Tuesday. That is cool. It used to be the theater we always went to.
A bit run down but courteous employees and pretty much empty the one night Ive seen a film there.
The bathrooms were dirty. Some of the seats had definitely hit bottom and needed replaced.
Its an okay AMC pretty basic drink selections pretty low actually very limited and certain movies you cant bring them in which I get but at the same time I just think it could be slightly better prices are pretty good though it was only about 16 for both of us snack bar takes kind of long they told that the hot dogs would take about five minutes if we wanted to wait we were about 20 minutes early so we decided just to go in and just come back later to go grab the hot dog while we can get some good seats we ended up waiting my wife went back about twice both times they told her its going to take 10 minutes and turned out that they kept giving the hot dogs to someone else because no one was keeping an eye on them and kept giving it to people that were asking them right then and there when they were ready but for my wife they met at her weight quite a bit but they did make up for it by giving her an extra hot dog for the long wait by that time my wife was pretty frustrated doesnt really feel like she wants to buy food there again but she would like to go see movies there she did enjoy that.
Gavin Birch works here and he was very rude to me when I got snack. Fire him and Ill change my review and start seeing movies here again.
Went to a matinee. It was clean and comfortable.
My local theater! Only good experiences!
Getting a bit worn down, but okay afternoon prices. Could use a bit of refeeshing.
This place has seen better days. I remember when it first opened and it doesnt look like theyve done any kind of improvements or upkeep since then. The projectors seem fine, but the speakers arent great. They were staffed so low that there was one person at the concessions that was also selling the tickets as the box was closed and no one checking our tickets to get into the movie. There was an old smell in both the lobby and theater. The seats were uncomfortable at best and didnt even rock. Maybe Ive just become spoiled by other theaters, but this place seemed like it was on its last leg. Such a shame as I have great memories from here.
Prices were alright. Popcorn old. Wish they had more popcorn topping options. Wheres the yeast? Lol. Friendlystaff. They could be more knowledgeable on the stubs rewards. Clean place.
Waited in line for about 20 minutes because there was a line of 20 people and one person selling tickets. The place hasn’t been updated to the new theater standard of electric reclining leather chairs but it was comfortable enough. Good screens and sound.
. Great Tuesday price. $5. Not crowded, great deal on concessions if you are a member.
Very outdated seats and concessions. Lobby smelled like piss. Took 25-30 minutes before the movie even started.
I really like this theater. Seats can be a little uncomfortable but over all its a great friday night family movie theater and thier all the day $5 movie tuesday is amazing.
Great movie, and Evan from maintenance was especially kind and friendly! He worked hard while still chatting and making the ads before the previews enjoyable! Keep this guy!
A great movie theater in our area where one can have a wonderful, comfortable seat and view to endless entertainment.
Went to see Shazam in 3D - clean theater, great service. Excellent experience
Much cheaper than the Fairchild and I don’t mind the seats. Better popcorn and better service. Really friendly workers there. :)
Reasonably clean - the floor isnt sticky & the seats arent broken, soda is cold & popcorn is warm - if over priced at $15 for a large pop & large popcorn. It can seem a bit creepy as its huge & cavernous with very few people. Theyve shut down the ticket window & just sell tickets at the one snack bar theyve not closed yet. Im only giving it two stars because the bottom fifth of the movie played on the little curtain that hangs UNDER the movie screen. So the bottom of the movie has the pleated pattern of the curtains showing through the images of the movie. Kinda like showing a home movie outside on your garage door.
The matinees are priced modestly. Otherwise concession items and admission tickets are too expensive.
Its a good movie theater but its not top notch fancy
With all the advertising they do before the movie.. One has to wonder why I am still paying $7.00 for a large coke.. If I have to sit through 45 minutes of advertising, the price gouging at the concession stand should end..
The theater is completely dirty. There is popcorn everywhere and the smell is absolutely disgusting. Movies do not start on time as listed (25 minutes after the time they have listed). When we walked in there was a gentleman making a complaint that their movie had been restarted twice and had no sound. Only reason I am giving one star is because it is cheap for movie tickets. We won’t be back.
Ford vs Ferrari great movie
Dont let the photos fool you! The place is dirty and messy, while employees are standing around not cleaning. The place is old and outdated...no arcade that works. Over priced drinks and food. $9 for popcorn thats dry. The womans restroom was filthy and most stalls out of paper n paper towels. Also the theater was very warm.
Friendly, easygoing staff, short lines, and clean facility makes this a go-to theater for my family and me.
The bathroom was appalling. Dirty. Smelly.
Clean theatre love the deal for a popcorn bucket. The rewards program is worth while
