Michaels has great prices and neat kids crafts for reasonable prices. I love the bead selection here. They always have coupons as well which is a plus. Staff is very friendly, except this older gentleman can be a grump sometimes. This one is pretty small compared to other ones Ive been in.

I feel like this store has become a little run down. They hardly had anything in stock and my whole family left empty handed. We had to go to Hobby Lobby & Craft Warehouse to find what we needed and their items were much cheaper.

I love this store. The employees are always nice... always. And they have a Clearance aisle that is so much fun to look through. I have yet to not find a lil treasure amongst the randomness. My last trip I was kind of shy and just picking at the items on the top shelf. Then another lady came into the aisle and started looking. After a few minutes we were laughing about how much we enjoyed this spectacular aisle. Another thing about this store is I always find some sort of activity for my kids. They always get mad if I go without them. They like Michael too!

Michaels are all the same with a nice layout and lots of crafts. If you are into crafts they are the place to go. Nice helpful employees

Went to Michaels today to purchase Christmas decor. When I went to check out, the cashier informed me that my rewards refund was void because it had expired. I have many reward cards with various businesses and NONE of them have expiration dates on the rewards you earn. Luckily, I have many craft stores in my town to choose from. Michaels wont be one of them. Never going back.

Their buy online and pickup in the store is dreadfully slow. I went in and just picked up my items and asked if they could just fulfill the order with what I got. Nope. Had to pay again and they will cancel the online order when it comes thru. I couldnt even cancel it online. Not very efficient.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. There is a large selection of cute, fun, creative stuff here. This is a true crafts store. There are always good sales running. The store is surprisingly well maintained considering how many small items there are that likely get misplaced a lot. I want to say the bathrooms here are usually above average for public / store restrooms.

I havent had many pleasant experiences this evening was a great example. Not very knowledgeable and wouldnt let me use the 20% off whole order coupon even though it clearly states on sales items and such. Not very friendly as well so I will be avoiding this store and go check out others

Called store to ask if they carried a certain product, and all the reaponce was check the website, we dont walk the store to find products never shoping with Michaels again.i was trying to track down supplys for my grandmother who 1 dosent shop online no computer and 2 dosent drive...I work retail this was unacceptable.

The store is a crafts store. You get what you know you are getting.The site is well maintained, and the stores help assisted me in locating things I needed. The prices are what they are. I have no idea what craft stuff usually costs. Lol.The checkout was fast and easy. They really seem to have their stuff together there, and I was pleasantly surprised. Good job.

It is a craft store that has crafty things. My daughter loved it as they had the copic pens and chameleon markers and made her day. It would have been nice if there were more employees but the ones that were there were more than helpful and found the answers I needed to spend all the money of craft things!

2nd best craft store in the tri cities. Open on sundays and other silly times hobby lobby decides to close.

Had never been to this location before, but I like it. The layout is nice and the place was pretty clean considering we were there on Black Friday. They had a nice selection of supplies, though I was only there for vinyl and paper. Id gladly go back again next time Im in the area.

They always have exactly what Im looking for for my projects. However it takes much longer to find what Im looking for because the aisles are not labeled and there no directory or anything like that. I feel like I have to wander for 16 minutes before I find the right section unless I ask a worker
