Kind staff with excellent communication! We ordered a sectional from Beavers Furniture in April and our original waiting period was 2-3 weeks for delivery, however it wound up being nearly 2 months until it was delivered because of COVID. Jeremy kept in contact with us the entire time and was prompt with updates. Although it was entirely out of his control, he was always apologetic with delays or hold ups. Hands down the best pricing around the Tri-Cities and we LOVE our sectional, so comfortable! Well worth the wait. Thank you Beavers Furniture!

Bought a bed (bed frame and mattress) and a couch from Beaver Furniture. Paid for the furniture to be moved and installed in our house. The way the people installed seemed fine until we moved the sectional couch to the other side and we noticed there were tears in the back of the couch. On top of that the bed frame was lose and when we lifted the mattress we noticed missing bolts!!! I called and the owner told us to email him pictures of the couch and bed. It’s been 2 months and the owner has yet responded and or fixed the damages that his crew did to our furniture. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Bought a dresser and a chest from them, was given an eta of two weeks. Three weeks went by so we called, no answer or return phone call for two days. Finally the third day we called we were informed what we bought was no longer available. They were cheap which is the only reason we went there but knowing how unprofessional our whole experience was there I would rather pay more somewhere else. Now the fun part of waiting to see how long before we’re refunded. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

This was my first time buying furniture from here the customer service was really good when my family came in the owner was really nice informative. We did purchased our bed and bed frame. We were able to take the bed home on the spot. And we had to order our bed frame. The bed frame did take a little longer to get here plus the delivery did take a long time as well but that really didn’t bother me as much. It was really easy for my hubby to assemble the bed. I’m in love with my bed frame! I get so many complaints on it! Unfortunately I do not like my bed!! I got a hybrid bed and not a fan at all you literally sink and the bed stays that way so now my bed feels and looks uneven. Other then my bed I would highly recommend.

Short bald punk had the worst attitude. Certainly must not work for commission.Wont ever come back. Bought all our furniture at Walkers, where they know how to treat customers.Walkers Walkers Walkers!Punk told us we didnt need to buy from him. Loved our experience here. We found just what we were looking for, the staff were friendly but not pushy. The furniture was delivered before it was suppose to even be here and the prices were fabulous! Highly recommend buying furniture here. We will be back!

Excellent customer service. If they do not have the furniture you are looking for, shop around until you find what you want, then go back to beavers and speak with the owners. They will always beat whatever price is at any other store. I love supporting our local small business owners!

Horrible experience with them. Took double the amount of time to get my furniture then they said . Also some how the wood got ripped off of my headboard while they put it in and I let them know later and they said they already knew but didnt tell me till I saw it. Also said my new one would be here in 1 week and its been 3 and they havent answered my calls and I havent even heard from them . Wont be purchasing here again

I had been searching for a new couch for WEEKS but no where had what I was looking for (and I had literally been to every furniture store in the Tri Cities) but I came to Beavers as a last resort - should have gone here first! They have a great range of furniture and many colors/styles to choose from. They were really patient with me walking around the store and sitting on each couch at least twice to figure out which one I liked more. Once I chose, the payment process was quick and the price was INCREDIBLE. They needed to order the specific color I wanted but delivery was quicker than they predicted. I got a call as soon as it was ready and they let me pick it up when I was able to. They were really funny but professional the whole time. When Im ready to get more furniture, Im excited to know that I wont have to stress about where to go, because Ill definitely be purchasing from Beavers Furniture again! :)

Seemed like a nice little store with a good looking selection. The only thing, when we went in we couldnt find any employees. It was just kind of a weird experience.

Apparantly our business doesnt matter to Jeremy the owner. Worked directly with the owner Jeremy when we bought all new furniture for our new house. One piece arrived damaged, Jeremy said he would replace it. We have called every couple of weeks for 6 months now trying to get a new piece. Jeremy will not take our calls and has not even attempted to resolve this. Even his employees apologize for the obvious blow off and horrible customer service. We will never buy from there again. BEWARE.

Very disappointed at how this purchase went down Feb 26 I went in fell in love with a sectional and ottoman asked how much was told the price made half a payment and was told it would be in by march 10 gave my id which staff made a copy of my id. Forgot to give it back making me drive a hour the next day and a hour back because I live Out of town .. super . got a truck today march 12 came in to pickup my living room set and before loading the sectional etc I paid the other half once the transaction Was made he started to help load the truck I noticed it seemed less so I asked if it was all he replied yes than I was looking around and noticed the ottoman was not in my truck. So I went back in to ask and was told the ottoman eas not included. . . SERIOUSLY. I just ordered the sectional and the ottoman shown on the sales floor was not included ? I asked how much ror this and I placed a order thinking I was going to get everything shown I asked about the return policy and he said no I asked why he said boss was not in today and I or he could not contact him fresh transaction seconds after it being loaded to the truck im so stupid for putting my trust in beavers I feel betrayed used robbed I mean you could just imagine :( I could have got a better deal in my home town and gotten delivery free of charge for just some simple couches I do not recommend doing business here and if you do ask questions repeat video tape the convo etc dont go through what I did but in that case go else where .
