Nice place, very clean and quiet.

Seems to be looking better all the time...easy in and out of court. Situated well in Lexington for West Side Hwy and I-5 corridor.

I was looking at a place for sale in this park and needed up calling the office to find out how much the space rent is and the lady who answered said they were full right now but I told her I just saw a place was listed so was wondering and before I could even finish my sentence she hung up. I decided to call back and let her know I wasn’t finished talking before she hung up and she said ok go ahead and talk but I’m not in the mood for some “bullshit” right now and hung up on me again. I will never ever consider buying a place in this park. I wish I could give zero stars for this review.

Clean, kid frendly, mostly young familys, with a few old cogers thrown in for color. Has speed bumps, to slow traffic and DIRECT water fromRoadways. Entrance is at end of BOBS LIL CAR HOSPITALPARKING LOT, TOWARDS RIVER. QUIET AREA, MINI MART, PIZZA, AND HARDWARE STORES ACROSS THE STREET. WithPaint and other business in the area. Exceptionly nice public park just down the road. Cowlitz County SHERRIFFS, and WashingtonState Patrol do theLaw Enforcement.

Nice place but needs to keep up on people who dont know now their lawns

Pretty low class but I would say if you needed a place to move or place to live and that was the only place that you could find it would be like in Emperors Palace

Just bought my RV and yes its 7:45 at night the lady answers the phone and hangs up on me as soon as I asked a question and was very ride about it

Low cost monthly space rent, quiet area, lots of trees, lots of kids and no drugs.
