A fun place to live...just enough country and close to town

The place looks very well kept. Clean and well maintained. Whoever is maintaining this property grounds is doing an outstanding job. All yards and common areas were above my expectations.

We bought a nice manufactured home here last year. What we first noticed was that the homes were well cared for and the yards were well-tended. Many people have gardens--and share! Weather permitting, there are always friendly neighbors walking or biking around the neighborhood. (Even shown on Google Maps!) We love the wide streets; the random setting of homes gives a feeling of spaciousness. Being on the Cowlitz River gives us opportunity to see many birds of prey and other such wildlife.

This is a very clean senior living mobile home park. Yards are well kept, and its quiet. There is also a community clubhouse available for the residents.

Tim wa mobile home park is for retired people. Its well maintained and has a community yard sale every year.

Glad I did not purchase a home there . People did not seem to leave thire houses I got the feeling that I was being watched the since of fear was heavy upon the other homes as if some dark secrets were being held with in . It was very quiet at night not even the sound of a radio could be Hurd in the streets I saw one lady puttering about her garden just why she was willing to break the norm of visual isolation I dont know.I observed the area for some two weeks.
