Absolutely love this park. My nephews call it the choo choo train park and love it. I love it as well as everything is so heavy duty and sturdy that I can run around and chase them. Must go check it out and bring plenty of water and food as you could spend hours there.

This place is incredible. It’s a huge playground with a ton of different things to do. It’s sensory oriented which is exciting because most playgrounds don’t have. There’s ton of swings. It was very crowded when we went on the weekend so that did make it difficult watching multiple kids.

I think this is a really neat, fun family place! My kiddos and I really enjoyed it here. For there to be live music outside, busy, not to mention the noise the service was great! If I could suggest improvement on the food though. I ordered the wings & they tasted like freezer burn both times they were sent back. The ranch dressing was amazing though! The loaded macaroni was not hot or flavorful at all. The brisket had the taste of being in the refrigerator for to long. Now the kids chicken strips meal was great! Fries had a great flavor & the strips were decent. Overall though the live music, the fire pits, heaters, the friendly staff made for a very pleasant first time experience here.

Good place for kids to play. Kids can play worry free because of the Soft ground. It has something for all ages of kids. Clean restrooms and benches for party are also nice. Sometimes parking would be hard to find or play area would be crowded.

Great set up plenty of activities for children. Have all sorts of play area equipment so kids have plenty to do. Family sway is fun. There are also bb courts and soccerfields on the side with clean and well maintained restrooms

This is a very neat work with so many things to do for kids of all ages and its very friendly for adults to be in the areas with their kids. We really enjoyed our visit to this park today. Thanks to all the sponsors who donated to help make this park come together. Very cool!

Fun park. Has bathrooms and also had plenty of shade. Good play ground, also has basketball courts. Soccer field, tennis court, etc.

Nice small park with large kids play area. There are few swings, slides, spider web rope net, kids play area looks like a train etc. Most of the equipments have shades.There is a pavilion near the kids play area. The park is clean and well maintained. Average parking area. There is a public restroom.

Really like this park but wish there werent so many openings. More enclosed would be safer

One of the best city park Ive visited. So glad this place is closed to our home! Our kids always love coming here.

Many fun things for kids to do. Basketball, swings massive jungle gym and even shady areas for the parents or guardians. The baseball fields, picnic area and tennis courts are nice. Just wished the public restrooms were cleaner. Clean open areas and friendly folks makes the day go by quickly.

Love this park!! Gated with only two ways out means no adventurous littles running out. Clean bathrooms and plenty of shaded spots

The train park is one of our family faves! It is huge and open with lots of padded ground so no skinned knees. There are many shady areas to sit and eat. Overall, this park is worth a visit.

A very good playground / sports field for all kinds of play. They have a modern playground with restrooms, baseball fields of several different sizes, a covered area with 5 basketball courts, 4 tennis courts and fields for soccer or football. The area is well maintained and the equipment is in great shape. A town asset to be proud of.

Kids - The best place to take your kids for some free, outdoor fun. The train area is huge so there’s a lot of running room to tire the little ones out for the night. And there’s a lot of shade over the seating area. Win-WinI know this is for the “play station” but I just have a few more awesome details.Men - There’s a basketball court right by the play station with some good competition.Couples/Families - In the same area, there’s Mary Jo Peckham part that has fishing, miniature golf, a kids play area, large walking area that circles the pond and the ducks - that’s usually stocked with fish.Church - We have our church picnic gear every year. You just have to reserve the pavilion.Gym - There’s also a gym. You just have to sign up for a membership.Lastly, did I mention that ALL of this is free?!?!?

We love this park!... especially my 1 year old. Its huge with so many fun things. The swings are really different and cool too. ***Know that you must reserve the covered seating area if you want to host a party there!!!

Really fun park for the kids. Theyve got lots of swings and slides and basketball court and so on. The only downside is its tough to get around some of the stuff as a parent. Lots of dead ends if you need to catch a fast one.

My son enjoys playing here ALL the time. Clean safe environment.I wish they would add a few water misters to keep cool in this hot weather.

Great playgrounds and swing, but very hard to see past the playgrounds and from one side to the other of it. Easily can lose sight of kids which makes it nerve wracking, especially with numerous kids.

Great place for kids to burn off energy. Lots of room, fenced in. Needs more seating inside the play area drinking fountains. Overall a childs dream play ground.

Great park to bring the kids to. Only small complaints: bathrooms could use some work, 1/2 of the water fountains work and there are not enough benches for people to sit at

The city should stop double booking the fields out there especially since it cost to use them!

This playground is awesome and big pleanty of room for lots of kids conpared to smaller playgrounds that get kvercrowded. I definitely recommend this park if you live in the katy area.

Great setup for everyone

Weve been bringing our family here to the park since it opened and every time we go, its a blast for the kids. As with most places in Katy, folks are nice and courteous. The playset is in great condition, the restrooms are (usually) nice and the general atmosphere is really quite lively. Its a real treat for the kids.

Great park for kids. Has restrooms that are clean most of the time. The park is kept clean and has alot for kids to do outside. Ive been taking my kids here since it opened and now sadly theyre getting almost too big for playing at a playground. Weve enjoyed picnics during cooler weather days and play dates throughout the year. The only thing I would say is that it would be nice to have some more sitting areas for parents with shade. Will definitely miss this place when my kids get bigger and we stop going.

Great place for young children to play

We love this place but one down part is the play structure has a lot of hiding space underneath. I have seen kids go under there and it freaks me out. Another down part are the restrooms. They usually dont have toilet paper and they are extremely hot. I felt like I was suffocating in there while my little one used the potty.

This park has always been my kids favorite, but it need some maintenance, fixing up, the web has metal wire sticking out, an the rubber floor is tearing, tripping people.
