Sturdy and child friendly playground. Several benches on the side allow for parents to relax while their kids enjoy roaming around the area. It is clean and safe build by state guidelines.
The park itself is fabulous. It has a crawling pad for the tots and more challenging rock areas and climbing nets for big kids. With swings, sliders, and a lot of play options in between. There is a pavilion in the center where you could host parties. The only drawback I would say is specific to the current era of COVID-19. Most adults did not wear masks. I wish there were more signs or reminders to enforce that.
My kids love this park. Like, they ask to go almost everyday. They are super energetic all the time, so they love the space to run, and climb on everything! Also, the water right by the parking lot, we saw an alligator, so they of course have to look now, each time we go.
Nice park. Probably better for kids over 5 but my two year olds still enjoyed.
Very nice place beautiful and fun but you have to keep an eye from the rocks ( kids could climb and fall they look pretty but its a little dangerous)
Great park, my wife, daughters and I had an excellent time there this past weekend. Highly recommend!
Amazing park, tons of variety and learning built into the experience. Wish we lived closer.
The park is great! Big and very interesting. Restrooms on the other side of the road under construction.
Perfect place for my 4 year old! And there are bathrooms open so that is a big plus!
Such a cute park, never disappoints and my kid never gets tired of it!
5 Stars because theyre finally adding restrooms!
Nice friendly individuals visiting. Got quite crowded near the end of our trip there, and no one had on masks.
Very crowded, people dont care for social distancing or mask wearing
My children love this park. The park transitions off appropriately into each child’s age. I gave it 4 stars because the water fountains don’t have cool flowing water and are too high for all age groups to reach. The other reason for the four stars is the street to get into the park is a road that construction trucks use. The trucks pass fast, no stop sign and in all honesty seems extremely dangerous for it to be near this park. There are surveillance cameras which is great and megaphones atop in case of a necessary emergency notification.
This is probably the best part in the area. Its a hidden gem that my kids love going to. Its clean and they have plenty for kids off all ages to enjoy. They even have an area for infants to pay. The playground is padded will with plenty of bounce so you dont have to worry too much about your kids getting hurt. Make sure you check this place out. Weve done a couple of birthday parties for our children here.
Very cool park. Lots of activities for the kids
One of the best public parks i have been to
One of the best parks in Richmond, Texas. It is small but has a lot to offer. My two-year-old loves it.
Awesome park right beside/behind Creech Elementary. Easy to miss but once you find it, youll be back!
Innovative creative playscape nearbyFew different play options like four swings, a large hanging rope swing, one tall slide in a fort looking, scale like swing, circular hilled green space, and younger no fenced in toddler area.HOWEVER There are lots of opportunities for kids to hurt themselves. I am not a helicopter parent/aunt but I held my breath a few times when both 4 and almost 3 year old nieces were running/jumping/playing. Plus the parking situation sucks, extremely limited. No restrooms or water fountains.
It is nice and well maintained park. Kids love it, the way it is designed.
This is a good place for kids. We had a birthday party for my nephew and we had fun. You can decorate the table whatever you want but you have to be there early to be able to reserve one of the three table. Is clean.
I loved this place. They need more places like it all around Houston. Its perfect for toddlers and school aged children. Its gated and divided into sections just in case you want to keep your smaller children on one side. The rubber foam ground and turf are added pluses with areas that still give a good feel of nature. There is also a pavilion just in case you want to come out during lunch time.
Toddler-friendly, clean, and gated park. Has bathroom facilities but closed due to COVID-19.
Great park to let the kiddos run and play. Lots to do and enjoy. No bathrooms. My kids love it.
This is a good place for children and the playground structure is really good. The reason I didnt give it a five star is because there was no bathroom. Overall this is a good place and I recommend it for ages 2 to 12.
Wonderful place for all ages to enjoy some time at play out doors. I love riding my bike here in the evenings.
Awesome park on its own, but way cooler due to the signs. There are signs throughout the park explaining what each feature of the park is/does, and the science or educational purpose of it. Example is a wall with water features explaining the water cycle, or plants that are meant to be smelled/touched/tasted based on the signs next to the.Removing a star due to the parking lot only able to hold 30-40 cards, and no easy way to turn around.
This park has been very well maintained and is a great place for us to take the kids. They love it and with it being gated in, it gives us as parents a piece of mind too knowing they cant run out into the street. The kids love it and gives us a little time to let the kids be free to do as they please!
Great facilities. Great atmosphere for kids and family.
Great park. Really needs some restrooms. Young kids + no bathrooms = no bueno. I guess this helps to keep people rotating out of the park, but really sucks when you get there and one of your kids needs to go within the first five minutes. I would give 5 stars if there were even a port-a-potty.
Kids love it here! Daughter didnt The park is clean and many unique things to play on. Wish there was a bathroom here but not a big deal.
Loved this spot. Great for the children. Will go back.
Was looking for a cool spot to take the kids and happened upon this place. Soo glad I did. This place is awesome for kids 3ish on up. Kids had a blast and will definitely be back. However, I have to mention the lack of restroom facilities is surprising considering the playground is geared towards younger kids.
Awesome park with multiple funny swings, slopes, climb dome, shaded tables and chairs. A perfect place for parents and kids, and with other kids every weekend so my son can play with them! Bring your travel potty though, there are no restrooms nearby.
Best kids playground in the area!
The kids spent hours exploring this park. Just wish it had a public restroom. Tons of fun!
My grandson still love this place
Nice place to take the kids out fir a while.
I love and hate this park. Its absolutely adorable built right next to an industrial and polluted area. We have been here less than 5 minutes and at least 30 dump trucks have driven past the park kicking up tons of dust from a dirt and gravel patch located right in the parks path. But its gorgeous bring a mask.
This park is great for the kids. There are a variety of things to play on and for different ages as well. This gives the parents some exercise keeping up with the kids.
Needs restrooms as soon as possible. Its a cool park but the no restroom deal is ridiculous, next thing you know its going to smell like Hollywood boulevard around here.
Great place for the kids to play
Our go to spot. Wish they had restrooms though!
This is such a diamond of parks within the largest of suburbs with parks, mature trails, beach/lake front pools, fishing with 5 types of maim eaten fish you don’t have to throw back! Also peddle boats, kayak for free rental- poi t being there are nice parks everywhere but I really love this one! I almost don’t want to share it lol
Love that it is fenced in so kids can run freely without worrying about getting in street, lots of fun activity options with big open picnic area to sit in the shade, we met as a group of friends during the week. Very fun.
I was visiting Houston and specifically looked for a unique park. I felt this was definately worth the visit. Park was very clean and lot of cool unique things for the kids to play on. If your in the area driving near Katy, TX, its definately a good place to stop for the kids to burn some energy.
Amazing park! My toddler loves it! Theres lots of different things to climb on, great for wearing down the kiddos.
My children love the park.
My kids faces says it all, diversely beautiful!
Am awesome park with plenty of equipment and learning stations that kids will love. My 2 year old was a little small for some of it but he loved it anyway.
My kids love this place.
Adorable park! A little nicer than your average park in a sense of different play areas. I gave it 4 stars only because of the lack of shade. I would have stayed longer with my 11 month old if it had more shade. The sun is just a little too much for him. He loved the little play area with the blocks but the ground was hot to the touch. The swings were also in the direct sunlight.
Such a cool concept, a very modern twist on a traditional park. Really neat seesaw type swing and the slide is 3 stories tall!!! Great spot to catch Pokemon or Harry Potter!
Super clean hidden gem. Fun for all ages. Lots of shade. I brought my 12 year olds and my 3 year old grandson. I would recommend planning your exit around the school dismissal time. The traffic gets really backed up
This park is amazing. Super fun and educational. My kids loved playing on all the equipment, and learning about what everything represented. The covered area with picnic tables is really nice if its sunny, but does very little if it starts to rain.
Great place for children under 12 years of age. Keep in mind there is no rest rooms in the park
Fun park for the kids in walking distance from the Ballard House!
I love the fact they have the water flow explained for kids on the signs. My daughter loves this place.
Very well planned and new entertaining playground for the kids.
Nice clean park
My son loves comming here to play
Love this park, excellent for all ages. Downside, no restrooms
This part has it all! We were very impressed!
Decent playground with plenty of activities for kids ages 2-10. One slide, two normal swings, two baby swings, and a few other attractions. No bathrooms though. Boooo!
Lovely park! But no bathroom on site makes having smaller children a bit of a hassle to drive 3 minutes down the street to the nearest gas station
Momtessori playground for kids of all ages ! Loved it. Complete with sensory garden, swings and perfect little picnic spot in the middle of the park! Kids will love it,. must visit
Very nice and well maintained park with tons of things for kids to climb and play with
Kids loved it
Open and lots of activities for kids.
Nice place for kids. Lots of climbing opportunities in the park including the play area and landscape. Place is fenced in with gates. Parking is a slight walk away though.
Beautiful park, Id give 5 stars if they had public bathrooms. Lots of kids peeing in grass because of this inconvenience.
Its a small park but there are lots of equipments. The park has a nice pavilion so you can relax while the kids are playing. The vehicle park is small may be for 10-15 vehicles and also there is no restrooms.
Great environment
Super amazing park for kids. Clean, safe, and tucked away in Cinco Ranch.
Great park for the kids. Being completely fenced helps parents relax. The park also has a nice pavilion with picnic tables. Only downside is the lack of bathroom facilities on site.
Very nice cozy and cool stuff for kids.Note: No restrooms onsite.
Kids enjoy the time there ️
Really nice park for kids all ages. The only down side is there is no restrooms.
Good experience for kids. Its not like a common play park. It has some innovative play sets. It would have been great if it had restrooms.
Talk about the perfect name to describe this park Everything is an adventure here, from the plants to the terrain to the obvious play structures. I feel all ages can have great time here, my 15 month old went bananas for it all. But you could see entire families lounging here under the covered porch swinging in their rocking chairs then having a picnic at the tables while their kids went to town. Even the giant boulders were a great climbing attraction. The massive 3 story slide is the main event, and even my 15 month old could climb the stairs and slide down it safely. Butterflies were abundant, as were tons of different plants/herbs (including chocolate mint, a great kid curiosity). Its all nicely fenced off so no worries about escapes. The major downside is no bathrooms. And the nearest ones are beyond reasonable walking distance in a nearby market center. So keep this in mind, fyi.
Awesome park for kids. Has gates all around so the little ones cant accidentally walk out and the park itself is very nice. Has a separate toddler section as well.
My autistic kid had a blast here. My kid was having a stemming episode of wanting to drive in the car. After 10 minutes of walking around, my kid started playing like a kid supposed to.
Great park with lots of space and lots to do and explore for kids. We love coming here. Great big covered area with about 10 picnic tables for outdoor eating.
This park is awesome! There Needs to be more parks like this all around!
Very relaxing place and a good and safe place for kids to play. Only problem is lack of restrooms
Great park for kids of all ages.
Great. A lot of space for any age kid to run and have fun
