Everything neatly arranged and tempting as you walk into the door. They had 50% off many Christmas decorations to me that was basic economics marked up. I was shopping to help local business but I cannot compensate this business on losses from being shut down. Treat your customers with dignity and respect and I will continue to shop here even in the bad times.

I used the Aaron brothers department located in here. The frame themselves came out really nice. Really helpfully staff. After I got home with my art work I noticed one of the was wavy on the inside like the frame for it was slightly too small. Also there seems to be a crease in my art work from when they framed it and Im pretty mad about that.

Steve in the framing department is awesome! Weve gotten a couple of things framed so far and he did such a great job of helping us pick out great colors that match what we are framing. The pricing is reasonable.

Entrusted this business to replace glass in frames holding Remington prints. When picking items up, I discovered tears and wrinkles in both pictures. These items were family heirlooms that have been passed down multiple generations and are now destroyed. No one bothered to call me about the issues with the prints. They simply hoped I would not notice. No manager on site was present to attend to my issue and was told that I would need to leave my items and come back to see a manager. These people are completely unprofessional and unreliable. Michaels used to be reputable. Not any longer. Of course, they collected repair fees in advance. I am extremely upset with this. Warning to all, do not bring semi-valuable items to Michaels.

Michaels is always great. Lots of crafts. Free resources online. Friendly staff. 4 stars because prices can be a little on the higher end so you definitely have to watch for sales because they are no longer offering their 40% off coupon. Do your research for major purchases on brands like prismacolor, copic, ph martin and others.

During this virus, we all want to make sure we are being cautious but still get the stuff necessary for classes and such. I ordered online some pencil for my little sister’s art class, and I was able to pick them up with such ease at the store! The ladies at the front register were super kind and quick, also :)

Im like a kid in a toy store here. Pretty great selection, I love to be able to see things, especially art supplies, before I buy so its not to have this near home. The staff has always been friendly to me on my visits.

Customer service needs improvement. Talking to other customers who are checking out and other employees isnt a problem. It was just excessive. It is annoying when you have somewhere else to be. It doesnt really make sense when a line of other customers is forming who are also waiting to check out.

Flyers in the store advertise 15% off for all teachers with a school ID. I walked back out to the truck to grab my teacher ID and came back in to check out. Cashier said my valid school ID was not valid and that I had to be registered. I asked if that info was on the flyer and she said no it was a new store policy. She also wouldn’t give me info on how to register. I’ll be driving the extra distance to Hobby Lobby or Joannes in the future.

Store personnel are helpful, have product knowledge, and offer creative solutions. Framing department made custom matting for antique portraits. It was an intricate cut; they re-cut the mat when it was less than perfect.

Cute home accessories and seasonal decor at reasonable prices. Usually always a sale or coupon - beneficial to have their app. Decent selection of arts and craft supplies. Compared to Hobby Lobby, they are very similar but HL does have a larger selection. Staff are friendly and helpful. Always good experience shopping here except for my last visit. Suggest you check your bags to make sure all items you purchased are accounted for. Once you leave the store and realize an item you paid for didnt make it home with you, you are out of luck...even if it only cost less than $5. Besides that experience with customer service, all other experiences have been fine.

Big store and nice staff

The bakeware is kinda pricey. They do have many colors of fondant. Good Gildan t-shirts are reasonably priced and are available in a variety of colors. Like most craft stores, they have horehound drops, which are good for coughs and dont have menthol. Lots of Ty beanies. I like Jo-Anns better, but this new Michaels is closer.

Yarn prices are better in store than on Amazon!

My return was quick and easy. Im also able to find everything (within reason) that I need for crochet, including larger hooks. The people who work here are always very friendly and are patient (even with my 3 year old who wants to have a full conversation with everyone). Wifi signal and cell signal arent strong inside so get your digital coupons ready before coming in. This is my happy place!

NEVERR restocks their jewelry making shelves, i go everyday and the shelves have looked the same for a month straight . Terrible location.
