Honestly love the facility. Its a worthy alternative from Ward. Food selections are very typical theater but the portion size doesnt make it feel like a rip off. Service was great. I just hate how I think the last two times Ive gone to Regal we sit next to people who hold normal, non movie related conversations. This is not the theaters fault, but its kinda ridiculous sometimes.

Regal Windward is awesome. Super clean theater and all the newest amenities. New reclining seats are great. The best theater on Oahu.

I rated this place 5 stars due to the luxury of having recliner chairs and not squished with other people. I have just came back from watching jumanji the next level and it was wonderful. I hope people will find this useful.

My first Senior Discount movie ticket wooohooo!The two male employees who serviced our theatre when the movie was over were very kind and personable to us as we exited. Their customer service has really left a lasting impression!

Quick service. But needs to provide better glasses for the hearing impaired, too many times, these glasses did not work. Otherwise, bery happy there.

Sunday service at New Hope Windward church was amazing experience! Thank you to all the volunteers that work so hard to put everything in order inside the movie theater so church can happen every Sunday! Praise God!

This is how a theater should be run. Its clean. You can reserve seats. The seats area nice. The concession is reasonably quick and theres a lot of choices.

Super surprised by how nice the theater was. I havent been here in years and I think the tickets were under $10. In LA I could end up paying over $20 for my ticket.The seats are really nice and it was not crowded at all. Highly reccomend!

Id give it a higher rating because I like the reclining seating, however, I prebaught tickets to Star Wars - The Next Skywalker for New years eve 6:40pm showing! When we arrived at the Mall to go to the Theater the entire Theater was closed! The Mall was open, but the Theater was roped off & doors were shut! Why would Regal sell me tickets for this showing & then close the theaters? They should have just closed off the scheduling for the New Years eve showings.

I have seen countless movies here and haven’t had a bad time. Food is a lot better than expected and seating is 10/10. I love the convince that regal theaters provide and I’m sure you will as well.

Awesome movie theater. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The seats in the theaters are pretty awesome as well. Most of them recline and the temperature is very comfortable. The staff keep this place clean constantly.

Selection isnt as big as in down town but nice facilities and comfortable seating

Took our Teens to see Spiderman; they loved the movie. For some this was their second time...its the fellowship they treasure. Popcorn, soda and snacks are just what teens love, too!!

Boy this place got an awesome remodel! Movies arent insanely expensive here either which is incredible considering all the seating reclines and you have a huge amount of leg room! Staff r friendly and helpful! Plus they have great discounted movies on Tuesdays! This used to be my go-to theater when I lived here and it still is when I visit :)

Its a nice movie theater, but the projector broke and we had to see a different one. They did give us re admit tickets for another day though.

Horrible advertisements well past the start of the movie time. I suggest not coming to this theater, even though they have decent seats. Horrible concessions as well. Everything is sugar, and almost no options to add to popcorn.

I prefer Regal Cinemas over most theaters on island and this one just happens to be closedt to me. The air conditioning is amazing inside and the used of their app to reserve seating definitely makes this place my favorite. The seats are nice quality leather and they recline back for a nice leisurely movie watching experience. Military members also get special pricing if you pay for your tickets at the window and show your military id.

Reclining oversized lounge chairs and reserved seating. Now if they only had mini tables instead of cup holder holes. Seriously, its a shame they lost half the seating they used to have because of the new seats and while they are nice, the theater has lost some of its appeal because everyone sits farther from each other. Good if you are antisocial, bad if you want to whisper something to your significant other... In the same vein, with this new seating, there are only a few really good seats in each theater where the view is perfect. The old seating had better views.

Overall great experience every time I watch a movie here. It would be nice to see a line for regal crown club members at the concession stand. At prime time the line can get really long. Food for thought.

Nice seats and viewing experience. Like most movie theaters I paid 13 bucks for a water bottle and small popcorn so probably eat before you go.

People here are really nice and accommodating. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the lights came on in the theater and the chairs are so old and I wonder how clean they were.

Updated with reclining chairs but they are under staffed which took a long time to get my popcorn and drink. Other than that, great place to take the family.

Went for a 915pm showing of deadpool 2. There is a ton of variety at the concession stand. Decent prices considering its a movie theatre. Nacho cheese and popcorn was cold which is why i only gave 4 stars. Chairs fully recline and are ridiculously comfortable. Theatre was clean!!!

Workers at concession stand were slow and rude. Best arrive an hour early to get your food and see your movie on time.I’ll give it an extra star for a clean and enjoyable movie theater. Theater was warm which made it super uncomfortable. We go here often and this was our first junk experience with AC temperature.

Didnt like the seat cuz dont have any tray to put our food down. We had to put our food on lap. I like the other theater pearlridge, kapolei, pearl city, n mililani.

Love it. Amazing sound, video, reclining seats. Only possible complaint would be the pricing, but this is Hawaii so thats just the norm.

This beautiful theater with the MOST RELAXING lounge chairs was the perfect venue for our viewing of Jurassic World. Imagine...watching this movie at a gorgeous theater located just a few miles from where many of the scenes were filmed! It was a delightful evening and a lovely venue.

Regal Windward Theaters have plush, very comfortable recliners, and a great sound system.

Good parking, comfortable reclining seats, reserve seating.

It was fun being here the recliners are awesomeness and the sound system is great you could feel the vibration to the sound throughout the room. The staff were friendly and very professional. The snacks are a bit in the pricy end of things and the area is well maintained and yes I will come back.

Went to watch Endgame today. Ordered Chicken Tenders at concessions and was told that itll be ready in 10 minutes. My order was served after more than 25 minutes. They gave 6 order numbers after mine. I told Sam at Concessions twice and they served 3 more orders WHILE TOTALLY IGNORING ME after I told him. Disappointed because I missed part of my most hyped movie because of poor service.

I bought my tickets online and was able to pick my seats so that was awesome. Standard high theater concession prices. The popcorn was good and they layered the butter yay!

Stadium seating and theater was always clean. Never had an issue stepping on someones trash or spilled drink. They never seemed to be out of any of the snacks offered for purchase.

I love the recliner seats and that theyre reserved seating. Never feel crowded and never have a head in front of me blocking my view. Only con is that there is a good chance of falling asleep during the movie if youre tired.

With the lounge chairs assigned very comfortable and no worries about seating.Plenty of space to sit and watch with no neighbor to be concerned about competi n g for the arm rest

Awsome....Clean, friendly staff and comfortable seating. Went to see Stuber. Funny movie. I couldnt go home till 4:30 and had a lot of time to waste after work. This made my day. $6 movie, $2 hot dogs and half price popcorn with Regal card.

Good clean theater. Its been a while since Ive been here. The concession stands serve burgers and other meal items now. Ticket lines can get long for some of the popular movies. They have a rewards club card/app that you can use to collect points towards free stuff.

Pricey for my family of 5 but nice seating.

The remodel is awesome. I just hope that the local movie crowd doesnt trash the place with its usual lack of care.

Made to sit in the front row. Worst front row Ive ever been in. Despite the reclining chairs, its still too close and too loud.

Website says they open at 11am on Thursdays but they actually open at 12noon. Maybe just update that info so we can plan better and don’t have to wait so long with all our kids in tow.

Love is cinema theater the chairs are so comfortable you could go to sleep and him and went to see Mamma Mia it was great fun.

Nicer of the theaters on the windward side of the island,although renovated a little while ago, still in very good shape and seats are like being on a recliner at home watching your big screen.
