This is a pretty nice movie theater, and very affordable during matinee. It has a nice setup with the pool tables. All around, good experience with a nice friendly staff.

Ticket employee was super nice and we were able to get everything sorted and inside really fast. Snacks were super expensive but thanks to their Tuesday ticket and pop corn details it was affordable. The theaters themselves are big and air conditioned which was nice but not too cold. The chairs were okay but nothing amazing as well.

We always go to this theater...we been going here for 7 years ....i like the popcorn here better than other theaters...staff are friendly and courteous.

The movie was good and so was the food, but the popcorn couldve had more salt. Also, the bathrooms were a bit dirty, and some of the seats had gum on it but that was probably the people before us.

Super good! As a retiree i treat myself to a movie once or twice a month, usually for the early movies on Tuesdays. The crew behind the counter are sooo nice and helpful! I havent been to another theater in probably a couple of years! The crews cheerfull manner is really contageous and really makes me happy!

The staff is nice. The bathrooms are clean. The tickets and some of the snacks are cheaper on Tuesdays.

Thank goodness for unlimited popcorn because the first AND SECOND batch I got was WAAAYYY TOO SALTY. what I dont understand is that they say, the popcorn they make already has salt, but theyre willing to make a fresh batch with no salt. soooo.... why dont they just make the popcorn with no salt, ALL the time, and let people add their own salt? Its known by a few names... Consolidated Theatres Koʻolau / Koolau Stadium 10 / Koolau-10 Theatres. They have a cool little gaming arcade with a Dance Dance Revolution Extreme machine in a Japanese cabinet. The pads were good! Such a rare and cool find!

Been going to this theater for decades. It doesnt get busy as other theaters due to it being a bit out of the way, which is nice. Great if you want to catch the newest big movies while avoiding a crowd. Concession stand workers are all very nice, and there are pool tables available if youre into that. I deduct a star because it could use a face-lift. The theater chairs are small, dont recline at all and are not very comfortable. Other than that, great place to catch a movie!

My go to theater. A little dated, but for most part its clean. They dont have recliners seats buts its okay. Love their popcorn. Tuesday are the best since its $8 tixs and unlimited popcorn. Staff are really nice. Theres billiards and game area. You can also do bday parties here. Parking is easy...tons of spaces.

Reasonable prices. Lots of time slots available for new, popular movies. I like that they show UH Football games here. Wish there were seat reservations. (Recliners are overrated)

This theater has reasonable prices and has decent concessions. The theaters themselves seem dated and need an upgrade. The seats seem dirty and the whole place sinks of age. Hopefully they upgrade things soon.

The people who work here are friendly and efficient. Its great to have a theater on the Windward side that isnt so crowded. Theres also pool tables and an arcade here for more fun. The ride-in Jurassic Park video game is great; I could spend all day playing against my friends.

Although not fancy like the other theaters, it is NOT crowded and it IS clean.

Went with my sister Lina. Used MoviePass. Saw Thor Ragnarok @ 7pm. Amazing show. Lots of parking. Wheelchair accessible. Lobby features an Arcade, an incredible Concession Stand for food and drinks, clean Public Bathrooms. Will definitely go back again.

I love going to Temple Valley theater. They are less busy and always have the good movies. There is a small arcade to play games and even 2 pool tables.

We order butter but the worker put to much and after we ate it we felt really sick I even throw up never going their again.

Cute, cozy and local. My favorite theater on this side of the island. Never crowded and easy to spot. Huge parking lot so never any parking issues. Getting there can be a bit of a grind sometimes due to the long two-lane road on the way there. Keep that in mind if youre running behind for a movie.

Good prices on Tuesday and its pretty clean and not crowded. $2 popcorn deal on Tuesday is great.

Consolidated Theater Koolau has come A VERY LONG way to being a handicap friendly theater!! If you arrive call ahead, arrive early and let them know that you are either handicap or disabled they are very accommodating and helpful in assisting.VALUE: $6 all day movies on Tuesday (just make sure to sign up for their rewards card to get the discount, plus you can earn reward points for every dollar you spend to earn movie tickets and snacks).PARKING: Huge parking lot with several handicap stalls. Usually no problem finding a stall except on holidays, new releases, & when the weather is really hot.

This theatre is a gem. For a few minutes drive out of Kaneohe, you save a few dollars and get a less crowded theatre on the same high quality screens with the same movies as Windward Mall. The staff seems friendlier too. It is clear that this theatre was once a flagship for Consolidated Theaters. Now it is well maintained with pride, but definitely showing its age. But really, once the lights go out and the movie starts, this theatre has everything you need, which is why it is a favorite of my family.

Needs over all remodeling it does have a bad smell but you cant beat the price for the same movies that Regal shows.

Its a surprisingly big theater, with an arcade and pool tables. They theaters are nice because theyre small but they feel large. It feels like a high end home theater

The only thing that my brother, my sister and I disliked about this cinema theatre, is that the temparature was very cold. The people working there were amazing. They were smiling, polite and just very nice in general. They had a good variety of snacks and drinks. The room we were in to watch the movie was very clean and comfortable. The sound quality was good and the image qyality was too. The location is very nice because it is close to many restaurants and a grocery store, which helped us to cut down on our uber fees. I would definitely recommand this cinema theatre to anybody. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Koolau Theatres is an older place and you can only see it aging, however the atmosphere is very friendly. From the girl in the box office printing out my tickets and smiling warmly at me to the people behind concession offering deals to lower the price of my food, i could tell the people here were nice and treated me as a guest rather a customer (if that makes sense). Times were slow when i entered and there were hardly any people. I asked if it was always like this and they responded only on the weekdays. The theater in which my movie played wasnt too dark and the sound and picture seemed fine but i really enjoyed was how empty the theaters were. My friends and i could talk throughout the entire movie and i really had a fun time. At the end of the movie the usher told me goodbye and to drive home safe. So even though the place seemed a bit worn out, the staff were friendly and the place wasnt crowded beyond all reason (on a weekday, that is). I do recommend coming out to this theater for a fresh change of pace from other theaters.

I have been to this theater many times and have always had a good experience up until tonight. There is a window outside to buy tickets but when they are slow (which is more often than not) you have to go inside and buy your tickets at the desk.Tonight I went in for a 7pm movie and waited inside in the line that has the sign that says buy tickets here. The line was long so a staff member hopped on another register and since I was up next, after already waiting 10 minutes, he waved me over.As I approached the desk I got cut off by an elderly couple that was having trouble with their card at the other register so he helped them first. When it was my turn I asked to purchase a ticket and he said ticket purchases are in the other line and that he was just doing concessions. When I reminded him that he had waved me out of that line and could he please just let me buy the ticket there he politely said no but did nothing to rectify the situation.I then had to hop back in the first line which had built up again and waited another 10 minutes. When I finally got to the front to purchase my ticket and to get a small popcorn the lady said Im sorry concessions orders are only in the other line.I nearly lost my mind!!!! This has never happened before. They have always take concession stand orders in the ticket line! Whatever kind of efficiency this was supposed to provide just caused me enough frustration to never want to come back to deal with this again.Who in their right mind wants to wait in two separate lines!?!? One for tickets and then another for concessions! On top of it all I had of course missed the beginning of the movie even though I had gotten there plenty early. So disappointed in their staff.

For over $43, the matinee for 2 adults and 1 3-year old was a waste. Smelly theater seats, so gross. Stale popcorn, yuck. And has anyone ever heard of calibrating the soda machine? The movie itself was awesome, the staff not awful. Overall, overpriced, stinks and not worth it. I recommend Netflix at $8.99/month and microwave popcorn. Ridiculous.

Love this place as its in the neighborhood. Doesnt have the recliner chairs but the prices are also not as high. I can live without feeling asleep in a comfortable chair, right? Just wish they had self service drinks.
