Great managers and a nice clean theatre. Pop corn and pop is always great there too! They also have a very helpful and courteous staff.

Went here today to watch avengers endgame. The movie was good but the experience was not. First of all it was way to overpriced. Paid about 10$ for a watery soda. The bathrooms were a little dirty. The staff are lazy the movie theater was dirty. There was kids screaming in the building. I dont think I will come back. The seats were comfortable that was the only GOOD thing I could say about this place.

The theater is very clean and for the most part everyone was very friendly. What didnt make me happy was when I asked if they had a combo popcorn and pop. The kid said no we only have á la carte, which is fine if that was all he said. But he continued to say we do it that way now because it is just easier and it isnt about saving the customer money anymore Probably not the right thing to say to the customer! But on a positive note the lady selling us the tickets did give a military discount. So thank you for that.

Always has great movies, excellent service, and fair prices, especially for students!

Reasonable prices and free refills!

Theaters are always clean, service is always very good....But ..I always order tickets on line using the GQT app and have to pay $3.50 service fee. The disconnect is the scanners never can read the Bar Code on my phone so I have to stand in line and get my ticket...fix the scanners or dont charge me the service fee.

They play movies here. I like movies. The prices are reasonable and they offer student discounts. As with any movie theatre, the concession prices are extraordinary so I cant speak to the quality of the food. Im sure its good. Nice staff, clean lobby thought the floors of the theatre are often very sticky.

Seats are nice, but bring a truck load of cash for concessions. A karge bucket of popcorn is almost $8. Not bad of you go alone, I brought my family and 2 friends. We spent almost $70 on snacks and pop.

Been coming here since I was 12. Theatres have always been clean and Ive always received great customer service here. Also - the security guard who was working today is a real nice guy, appreciate you man ️

The Kalamazoo 10, not the new rip off. Its probably the best price to quality theater in Kalamazoo. I havent gotten to enjoy the new seats yet, but this place always had a competitive enough price and menu that I didnt hesitate to watch a movie here.

It was informative, sad, however, an eye opener... A splash of reality in America today... It makes me think we should go after the Johns and pimps more aggressively, and hand out harsher punishments. After all theyre spreading diseases, dissing populating Young Minds, using torture, and depriving them of their right.On a more personal note: I think the Johns and pimps should be punished harshly because the pain those children go through every day, more than 20 to 50 sex partners. Being beating and kidnapped, thats a life sentence right there.

We just saw Little Women.... Now I know why, as a kid, I couldnt get into the story. The movie was easier to follow.

We always enjoy our movie experience here. Make sure you ask about a members card we have been going to movies here for years and never knew about it I had to read it on a sign and ask about it i wish we would have known about it we would have had alot of points racked up. Other than that we really enjoy it.

GQT K10 is a great place to watch the newest movies. You can get free refills with drinks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you sign up for their membership card you can save 15% on most concessions.

Probably the last movie theater on Earth without reserved seating. Which is kind of nice. Part of the fun of going to the movies is getting there early enough to get a good seat. Speaking of seats, theirs are comfortable, you dont get your own personal lazy boy recliner, but they do the job. K10 is a great all-around cinematic experience, their amenities arent as insane as some of the other theaters, but neither are their ticket prices!

Dont go to k10 on a Friday or Saturday after 4pm unless you want to have to deal with teenagers running crazy and disturbing the movie. These groups of teens were climbing over walls going up and the stairs constantly and in and out of the Isles, I have had this issue on numerous occasions always on a Friday or Saturday and the security and management are worthless when it came to doing anything about it.

For what it is, great little theater. This isnt a reclining seats, reserved seat place. But they offer tix thru Fandango, have plenty of lines open in big theaters, AND have excellent popcorn. And the Saturday night ticket isnt almost $20 like at the big chains.

Seating was comfortable. Prices werent too high. Free drink refills were a plus. Also Im interested in their Flashback movies. Being born in 1986, I didnt get to see Raiders of the Lost Ark in Theatres. Pretty neat feature.

It is always clean...including the restrooms. The staff is always friendly. Lines move along quickly even during busy times.

I had been gifted with a GQT gift card for $25, so I took my husband out on a date. (It had been quite a while since we had gone to a movie.) We went to a matinee in the afternoon on a weekday. We got a small popcorn to share and a drink each, and paid almost $2 above the $25 gift card. Two other couples were in the same theater that we were in, so seating choices were great. The volume was good. We laughed out loud at the movie (not overly loudly) and no one kicked us out. The ladies bathroom was clean and bright. We had a great time!

Saw Spider-Man: Far From Home. Good quality on the screen and the audio. Seats recline a bit and removable arm rests for those who do/dont want them. Overall great, but nothing above and beyond to make it a 5 star

Great theater. The popcorn has been a bit stale tasting the last couple times Ive gone. Since it costs an arm and a leg, it would be nice if it were fresh!

This is pretty much the only movie theater I go to in Kalamazoo. The ticket prices are much cheaper than any surrounding theatres and in addition to the normal theater food they also serve beer, wine, and margaritas. Only reason for 4/5 stars is there is usually a long line for tickets and food.

My go-to theater.Great prices. Especially if you join their club! Consessions dont cost your first born child too, which seems more and more rare.They dont have the super crazy love seat recliners, but the seats are still comfortable!

Going to the movies...this theatre has great seats...clean...reclining...2 arm rests...aisles are lit up...plenty of room to get comfy...worth the time...senior and student discounts...have fun

Have been coming here for years. I’ve always had a good experience. The theaters are clean, and the employees are friendly. The only cons I have are the concession stand prices are a bit steep, and I feel the volume in the theaters should be louder. I do enjoy the flash-back movies. Just watched Aliens on the big screen for the first time, awesome!

If the tickets were available, I wouldve rather gone to Crossroads Theater in Portage. They have better quality for seats (they recline) and have foot rests, more legroom, and overall better selection for food/snacks.

Five of us went to a late movie to almost have the showing to ourselves. They have a nice building, good pop, popcorn, seats, and sound system, but it is very expensive. I would choose M89, my hometown theater, for the price over GQT. We only go to this one if we have the extra money on top of already dining out around the West Main area. $70 for five is just too much for tickets, and drinks! M89 in Plainwell is about half the price, but pretty packed. Enjoy, but at the expense!

Ive been going to Kalamazoo 10 ever since it opened. Its clean and well-maintained. The theaters are spacious and the seats are comfortable. Its my favorite theater in town.

A lot bigger than Hastings and still great service

This is one of the less expensive movie places around. Thrifty Tuesday its even cheaper. The concession has typical prices. We are frequent movie goers card members so that helps. Always super helpful and friendly staff. It is one of the many reasons we go. Bathroom could be checked a little more often.

Love it because its close to home and relatively inexpensive. Went to see Alita but the movie never started. Sat in the theater for 20 min. Had to go grab someone to start it. Only real issue Ive had there.

I really do like this theater. Close to home, not crazy busy, friendly employees, good popcorn.

Great quality. Decent prices, comfort, sound, and video quality comparable to more pricey theatres in town so why pay more? Also, my family and I have been taking advantage of free family movies on the weekends. Gives us something to look forward too, especially on a rainy day.

I like it, its just OK, you have a really long line when you 1st get in the door, no matter which movie you want to see, & if you want anything like popcorn, pop, etc. you pay for that at the same time you get your ticket. Was there with my 31 yo fiancée i forgot my id and they refused to let us see zombieland 2 double tap, emailed corporate and got no reply. Wont ever be back

I enjoyed adams family, but before in thr lonby children were running around being a senior I worry about being ran into.

We meet a remarkable employee named Javin who was absolutely helpful and kind hearted and tender he was also very generous and charitable to our needs, an amazing by far the best I have ever meet at a movie theater.

Went to see Aquaman. Ordered small popcorn and small pop, got next size larger in popcorn...stupid me thought the small had changed...almost $11.00 for the two!!! Little steep but ya gotta have popcorn. Movie was awesome..ladies bathroom could use some fixing up....theater was clean and seats were comfy!

Ive switched my stance on K-10. Celebration has reclining seats, but at K-10, your loyalty points actually get you perks like free concessions. Celebration gives no loyalty benefits, just points that do nothing for you. K-10 is always very clean and staff are great. The popcorn is good and they typically give courteous refills. We go to the movies 6-10x a month -so these little perks are important to us. This awesome customer service will keep me returning! Tuesday movies are only $5!

I always Love Love the K 10 theater.Gr8 place to hang with friends.

When it comes to price, its hard to beat K10 but once youre inside you realize why. The arcade seems run down, the floors are always, ALWAYS sticky in the theaters and the seats are rigid and stiff. The screens seem smaller and not as clear as competitors. After every visit Im reminded why I choose to go to AMC and Celebration, even if I have to pay a little more.

First time there today went to see a movie that was only playing there. Facility was nice and clean. We all enjoyed the movie and popcorn would go back to see another movie someday

Great experience!! I saw, The Greatest showman at the K10 movie theatre a few months ago. It was fantastic. The movie was perfect for this theatre. When you get the chance check out this theatre!!
