My son is two, and as all kids, is attracted to bright lights and buttons. Why a place dedicated to physical activity would put games right in front...oh, because theyre dedicated to making money. Dur. The staff informed us of nothing, including the need for their special socks or that parents need stickers too. So trying to cram in one hour of fun, after getting reprimanded three times and walking back up front twice and dealing with our distracted toddler, was tough.
Although I greatly appreciate all of your upgrades..... you forgot a very important part, more tables and chairs for parents. I had to sit on a wired bench for 1.5 hours and also had to eat on it too!
First time visiting and the whole family had alot of fun! We went for our 11 year olds birthday and the staff made planning so easy! Our package came with a party room, pizza, soda and a host. The only thing I wish was different was that the area for smaller children was larger.
This place was EXCELLENT!!!!! Ill tell you the American Ninja Warrior ramp was wonderful! I had a ball I wound recommend this to EVERYONE and ANYONE. The staff was perfect the parking was perfect. This is also a great place to go when you need a break from the kids. It dont get too crowded but overall its wonderful. I would give a 10/10 if I could. Everyone all shapes and sizes would enjoy this excellent place and you get great excerise!!! This place deserves a high 5 !!
Great place for the kids to get energy out. Could have used more practical seating for adults to sit and supervise, instead of placing for pay massage chairs everywhere that beep loudly if you sit in them and dont put money in. Can get expensive for larger families for a short amount of play. My 4 year old was disappointed that theres a lot of things there that are just outside their age/abilities range, while my 10 and 9 year old had a lot of fun doing just about everything.
My husband took the 2 granddaughters to jump today...a Sunday and they arrived about 4:30 ...he was told they were closing and only had 25 minutes to play...it seems to me that if a business wanted to proffer they would keep hours that an American family could utilize ...like the WEEKEND!!! Am i wrong???
Awesome! fun for the whole family. it is a great place to jump and do tricks
Good times. Like that they added some more stuff and prices for concessions arent ridiculous. Only problem was that the floor was a little dirty but definitely wasnt a deal breaker
Loved the variety of jump activities but the the staff monitoring the activities need to pay more attention so that everyone gets a turn
My kids first time at glow night and they had a blast. Definitely coming back soon!!!
Really cool place very nice people the manager Allie very nice courteous and professional explain to me all what they had offer great place for kids
Granddaughter loves this place and it wears her out for a good nights sleep.
My three year old and I had a really great time there on Friday for Toddler Time. It was so nice to have dedicated time to smaller kids, without them feeling a little intimidated by older kids around them. The staff was so nice; it was our first visit, so they took the time to explain everything, and everyone we encountered was grateful for our business. We got an hour of jump time plus we bought the grip socks all for $14, which I thought was a great deal. Well be back!
Super nice and friendly staff! Fun place to visit!
They added some new activity areas and overall it was good. The one thing is when I went to do some front flips one kid I almost landed on because they ran across the tramp when I was doing a trick
Kids had a great time (ages 15 and 9). Coupled with a discount I found online made this a great stop for 90-minutes. Well be back again. The kids liked the new events there, especially the zipline and trapeze bar.
Went to the Kentwood SkyZone and had a great experience and time with my family. Unfortunately when we decided to go to the Kalamazoo Sky Zone it completely changed my prospective on the place. From the moment we walked through the door we were treated with disrespect by the staff for having questions. Once on the floor the short lived excitement was stolen for us with poorly trained and careless staff. A very unpleasant experience would not reccomend this Sky Zone to anyone.
Nice place they up there game of things to do ..
It has trampolines and thats it. It smells like a gym locker room but worse. Not much going for it and isn’t worth the money.
Wow. Bring the kids and anyone else with some energy to have a great time at the trampoline park!
Un happy as the way we got treated there was a miss communication n did not have anything ready for the birthday party I was attending had to wait in line for over 45 minutes. If you are planning any birthday parties there please be prepared for all kinds of bs....
I think that sky zone is so fun omg
Too expensive not really for the less fortunate families with not a lot of money.
Awesome place to take the kids for some physical activity on rainy/snowy days. Free parking. Snack bar. A few arcade games. And, best of all, massage chairs for adults while the kids jump.
New attractions! But still crammed into same space. Workers are not the best at keeping order so kids are often cutting lines.
So fun! A great way to wear out my son with autism who wont try other sports because of performance anxiety. Tuesday nights are great to bring a child on the spectrum because there are no crowds then.
Jumped till I ran outta energy. 10/10 recommended
Great place for any age to have fun
We love this place! We had our daughters 7th birthday party here and decided to sign up for the membership. The staff is super nice and respectful. The place is clean and my kids always have a blast. We recently had an issue with a gift card and after contacting corporate, the problem was handled quickly and we were very happy with the outcome. I’m a huge fan of a company that listens to its customers and does what it can to make things right. Sky Zone definitely has our loyalty!
Kids love it, 90 minutes is plenty.
Skyzone: where you spend $50 to watch your kids get yelled at for every little thing they do... staff was very unfriendly and one even made my kid cry. Very rude- there was nothing all three of them could do at once because the five year old was too young and the 10 year old was too old for certain things. Very disappointing when you are trying to give them something special
The kids have a very good time when they are here the only reason Im giving it a 4 star of you is because my 4 And six-year-old are on the small side for a lot of the activities a lot of them they could not reach like the zip line and the swing down on to the beanbag platform
Kids had a great time! The only issue was with Dodge Ball. They were too little for the big court, but kind of old for the little court. The kids in the little court had trouble following the rules, which the kids complained about a lot. Our group was mostly 10 year olds. Our party room was nice and our host was great!
Needs to be cleaned bad. All the arcade games are covered in a thick layer of dust.
Had a blast. Kids loved it. Love all the American Ninja Warrior stuff
SO MANY THINGS TO DO!
The entertainment was good but l would NOT eat here. We had a limited time to jump and I waited thirty minutes for ONE slice of pizza.
So much fun, kids totally enjoyed
One of the absolute best places to take your kids in the winter!! A massive building full of trampolines and foam pits and dodge ball.....How can you go wrong? Its the perfect winter weekend activity for the kids and plenty of room for parents to sit down and relax or follow the kids around as they do cool tricks into foam cubes.Adults feel free to pay for yourself as well and join them if you like, its strangely addicting!
Great place for toddlers, and kids to burn energy. Our girls love toddler time. You can buy a 10 pass punch card for $50 for toddler time, which makes it a great deal. It’s a great place come winter when it’s not as easy for the kids to run around outside.
Fun for kids!! the kalamazoo location has alot to offer, different from other sky zones I have been to.
Lots of fun! Great staff! The only reason not 5 stars is because of the cost. 1 hour of jump time for our family of 5 (2 adults, 11 yo, 8 yo, and 2 yo) WITHOUT buying socks was $69 and change. That is a lot of money for our family and for just 1 hour. I dont know how much more it would have been if we hadnt brought our own socks. I know they do offer monthly memberships now and those prices looked reasonable but we live in a different city so it wouldnt make sense for us.
The kids enjoyed it, just wished they had more activities for them to enjoy.
My son loves it here. Parents if you are just sitting bring a blanket its super cold, and there is never and concessions even remotely fresh during Saturday night jumpapalooza.
Love this place..Good Exercise
I rated a couple weeks ago when we went and it was absolutely terrible. They must have removed it so heres another 1 star for that alone.
Amazing. So happy that they offer toddler time.
One jumper per square policy means parent cant jump with their own child in the square. No free play foam pit.
Great place for kids to burn off that excess energy. Attendants take great care of safety so no one gets hurt.
Cool place for kids to go and burn off energy!Although I feel as if the staff could use some more training. If your not comfortable working with kids than how about you dont.
Great fun for all ages. They really did a good job on adding obstacles.
This place gives me the chills. I am a Vietnam War Vet and jumping around makes me feel uncomfortable because the VietCong used trampolines in my area. Now seeing these people make me mad so I brought a water gun to teach them all lessons. They kicked me out for having fun. What a bad place. Still wanna bang though.
Had a blast great time. Kids had a blast. Highly recommended for kids parties. They go home wore out.
There isnt a time when all 3 boys (age 6,2,1) can participate. The staff used to engage kids in play but this last time we came to general admission times. The staff was grumpy repeatedly told us so many restrictions as they boys played. We were not allowed to stay close to the 2 year old to keep him safe. And the boys could not be on the same court even though they were staying in there own square and were being safe. It was so boring for them to jump all by themselves. It is a shame this place isnt more family friendly for young families. My boys used to enjoy toddler time but now the 6 year old cant go. Definitely not worth the price, such a shame.
This is a great place to have a kids party or come as an adult or teen. It is so fun that the 10 year old kept wanting to come back for more. It is great exercise and incorporated many elements of sports or just great activities in general.
Great for the entire family!
Cool place, but it doesnt make much sense to not have an area for parents to jump WITH their kids.
Really nice facility but crowded
Love all the new features
Fun place with plenty of seating.
The new stuff they have is cool.
Sky zone was shutdown for the company that I work for kids Christmas party. The place was clean and packed full of kids. Staff was friendly and observant of the kids. Have been there a few other times for birthday parties and just for fun. Definitely plan on coming back in the future
This skyzone has only a dodgeball area, the basketball and main bounce zone attached. The employees were not super friendly and let several kids work outside of their skill level when I was there. Just not the best skyzone
5 stars cause its fun but I got hurt so yea
WAY over priced for one. For two the employees get away with breaking the rules. I got yelled at for sitting for two seconds while an employee got to break all the rules he wanted to without punishment.
We had a lot of fun at Skyzone. We took our 2 toddlers (under 3) and they had a blast. They didnt quite get or like that they couldnt jump with us, every has to have their own tamp/square. I feel like the cost a bit much to jump on trampolines, but we had fun and will probably be back soon. Getting to keep and reuse the socks will help the cost next time.
Its a great place for the kids. The only reason I give it two stars is because of the massage chairs. You can pay to use them, and if you do not pay it beeps until the person gets up. I feel its a pitiful way to suck out every last dollar from the patrons. Use that space for more seating room for the parents. Cheesy...
Kids only area is not marked, signage would help
Had a blast! Staff was wonderful! Recommend going on a weekday...all the staff takes care of you.., even if there are only a couple of people jumping at the time. You can tell that even though the whole place is about fun, the manager made sure that safety was first. Thanks for Making a Memory for us.
Very crowded and not enough room/lockers to put your coats and shoes in a secure place. Kids had a great time but not very parent friendly.
Its ok. Crowded, and kind of pricey.
Great time. People that work there get onto you way way to much. Suprised I didnt get yelled at for jumping too high...
Great for kids all ages
I like this place because the staff is always friendly its a noisy place to be but kids always have fun :)
I had fun but my body was vary soar
This place kicked my kids out after doubling their membership costs with no notice..I am cancelling my membership and they will no longer see the 40 dollars I give my boys Everytime they go...or my business
My daughter had a great time jumping...there were a lot of rules that she didnt like and she wants glow jumping to start earlier.
Kids had fun
Price is pretty average. The facility itself is kind of lacking in activities. Ive been to other trampoline parks with obstacle courses, foam dueling, etc. that were much more entertaining and a better value. Theres pretty much nothing here but trampolines, dodgeball, and a small foam pit.
It is a good place to spend family time together but it cost to much
Great place for fun and to meet the kzooninja
A very fun place for the kids! Its decently cheap for the entertainment your kids get out of it. Bring your children here for 30 minutes or an hour, and theyll be asleep before you can pull out of the parking lot.
They got beer ysy
This is the best place to take your kids so they can jump around and burn off some energy and so they can just be themselves.
Great place for birthday parties. Took my son and his friends there and they were so wore out afterwards i didnt need to worry about them staying up all night. Located right off I-94.
Typical skyzone. They had a lot of people working, which is good.
Horrible place!!! Horrible staff!!!! Do not go here they are rude and dirty
We have been to the Skyzone in Kalamazoo several times and every time has been great. Tonight was the best, sane great experience but the Skyzone employee we worked with was the BEST! Sadly, I did not catch his name but he is great and it reflects on the entire place. We will be back, many times..thank you!!!
Havent been inside. Online says closed and when you call they say they are open on sundays, very misleading.
Weve been going here for over two years specifically for toddler time. They change their rules almost monthly and their staff tend to make or break a visit depending on which of those rules they choose to enforce.Beyond that, great place for kiddos to play.
I was really disappointed that I wasnt able to jump with my child. We didnt even stay the entire hour. Fun for birthdays but definitely not something fun to do with your kids.
The kids seem to always have a bouncing good time
My little sister seemed to have a lot of fun. It kinda ruined it for me when they wouldnt let me jump with her. I completely get the whole seperating the ages thing. But it was just me and her but they still made me go to the other side of the court. I probably wont ever be going back.
