My wife brought me here for Fathers Day and I loved it!! The staff was friendly and helpful and learning the equipment. We rented a room for an hour for $20. We could have enjoyed a second hour easily as there were many games and experiences to try. Some experiences were peaceful and delightful, while others were active and exciting. Only challenge is that the equipment is used by a lot of people so it feels somewhat less clean than would be desirable, but this seems to come with the territory. Would definitely go back!

This is an awesome place! Allegedly one of 2 VR arcades in the state, this is the only thing like this I have ever seen! They have a huge list of games to play and the pricing is very reasonable. The rooms are comfy and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. This is a super great place. The staff is knowledgeable and capable of fixing anything that comes up. Basically this is new favorite place.

My family and I had a blast here! We have plans of going again this Spring. You cant beat the prices.

The place made me go home and get my own VR rig. Staff is great attentive very knowledgeable. The scene is very private and that is a plus. For how the place is built you really hear no other noise in your room. Very comfortable setting inside the room a couch dim lights nice sounds bright screen to watch players. And very reasonably priced for VR per hour not bad willBe back again trust

They have HTC Vives powered by some pretty powerful gaming PCs. Which means you get a pretty good VR gaming experience. They have a pretty extensive library of games and very fun. They have many rooms and from what I noticed, each room has a couch and one VR set. There might be other rooms setup differently. If you would like to play 2 players simultaneously then you can get 2 rooms and play multiplayer against each other if the specific game supports it. The staff are very helpful and will be able to set you up and guide you throughout the whole process if needed.

Such a unique experience! Sadly Im on the giant side so the headset didnt fit perfectly, and I couldnt hear most of the games. I also wear glasses and it irritates the hell out of your vision during long play sessions, luckily I was trading off between the group. If they can make it a bit more universal, and either allow me to wear my glasses or correct whatever was happening in the lenses, that be great.

Nova VR was a blast. I went with my boyfriend and our friends daughter for some afternoon fun and we loved it. The guys working there were very nice and helpful. The game selection is great and the equipment was new and in great condition. We will definitely be back to have more fun in the future.

So this was the first time I ever experienced VR and I cant sybil was disappointed, the staff was helpful and patient with a newbie like me and the experience itself was amazing. I would love to get back in here soon. Definitely would recomend checking it out if you havent tried VR before

Best place in southwest Michigan for virtual reality. It has games, clips, videos, landscapes, and other worlds to explore. It can be very fun with others if you decide to go in a group. Be mindful of how many are in your group as you want everyone to have an adequate time to play. A great place to introduce some one to VR. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful. One thing that is a draw back is the area. Its nice in the day time but be carefull if you are out late as some very suspect characters hang around the area at night. Other than that its safe. Lastly please dont go in there asking for adult VR. No, they dont do that and yes it was uncomfortable to everyone when you did come in and ask.

You can play virtual reality games. Thats fun. You can play virutal reality games that you cant approximate on a home console. Thats important. Home consoles have sort of made arcades obsolete lately, but VR has tipped the scales. For a few bucks a person per hour, you and a few friends can hang out and play these games. They are open very late at night. Thats great! The staff is friendly and helpful which is a plus. I dont have a bad thing to say about this place. We visit a few times a month and always have a blast.

The people here know what theyre doing and are very helpful if youve never done VR.They run large enough rooms that are padded all around and Vive headsets. The controllers have bumpers so they are robust in case you do hit something.The large variety of games definitely makes it worthwhile.

This is a really cool new place. With a great marketing team, and a few minor changes, they could be hugely successful. My family had a wonderful time, albeit short. The rates are reasonable and the staff is nice and super helpful. With four players, Id recommend two rooms for a couple hours, or one room for about three or four hours. I think the staff should allow time in between each session - maybe 15 minutes or so - for a quick wipe down/sanitization of all the equipment and sofa. A quick vacuum would be great too. I also think they should have people arrive 20 minutes or so early to sign waivers and do a quick tutorial BEFORE their paid time starts because play time goes really fast. Other than that, its a simple but phenomenal facility with many, many game options. We drove over two hours for this experience and would definitely do it again!

Ive been here many times. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I would recommend this to anybody interested in trying out the FULL VR experience. Its fun just hearing other peoples reactions to VR from the other playrooms.

Lots of fun and has lots of games. It malfunctions every once in a while but if it does they give you extra time and dont charge you for any of it

Initially, this place is of insane wonder and imagination. Quick tip: start out with Space pirate simulator and then go to drunkn and fight. Youll have a great time!

I have been there 3 times now. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. There are some issues with the games freezing, or loading slow, sometimes the headset disconnects or the remotes can die. I am still giving them a 5 because they always get the issue resolved as soon as they can and they always settle the issue financially at the end. As long as you dont ask for anything unreasonable, they make sure you feel like you got your money worth. Considering how expensive many other VR arcades can be, this is more than a fair trade. Not only have I been recommending this place to everyone that is slightly curious about VR, but I am planning on going back many more times myself.

Best place to visit for games lover. VR is the new era of games, def go and try who havent. Staff is outstandingly friendly. Make sure to reserve room in advance unlike me theyd to setup a new room for my group took them 30 minutes. Anyways I recommend this to everyone.

(This was my first visit) To start, the experience is pretty sweet, when it works. We had a reservation for 10 (right after opening). After signing forms, and working through system issues (restarting at least twice) we actually didnt get the full fledged experience until about 10:20. The hostess still came in to tell us our time was up at 11:00. I thought we would be compd or extended a bit due to the multiple times I had to go find her to fix the goggles/games, but I take responsibility for not requesting more time as well. Take-a-way: Dont schedule for early time. Wait a bit for the system to start-up/warm-up before playing.

Great place, VR is a singularly unique experience. Minus a couple of popular titles, they have a lot of games 4 you to try, that Encompass a lot of different styles. There is really something for everyone whether youre an avid gamer or someone that just wants to see what its like.

Loved it. Went with my two sons and had a fun time. We cant wait to go back.

We came for my birthday back in January. It was a great experience! They definitely have a few kinks to work out, but because the technology itself is so new it wasnt anything that would deter us from going back again. Looking forward to how they grow and change with the new technology that becomes available!

That place is the best experience I have ever had

Fun entertainment for a few friends or family. Some technical difficulties but there were handled almost immediately. About 60 different games. Only real issue we had was our 6 year old had a hard time picking games or getting back out of menus (I would say looking back hes probably too young), and anyone prone to motion sickness should not attend - the the headset on youre fine, but watching the screen while someone else is playing can be too much.

Super fun, and reasonably priced. If they had multiplayer options, and a lil less dingy feeling rooms, it would be 5 stars. Other than that, it was a fun way to spend a few hours with friends and/or fam.

We made a 2pm appointment for the VIP room. Arrived at 1:45 only to find that the door was locked. The sign said open, and we received a confirmation email that the appointment was set. We waited until after 2pm, called, and knocked several times. No response. This is no way to run a business. Had I known that no one would show up, I wouldnt have driven an hour and a half from Lansing. Disappointing to say the least! To clarify in response to the owners comments: we never got in that day, so we didnt have a great time despite the issue because NO ONE WAS THERE. As for making things right, the only follow-up I received was the comment posted below.

This place was pretty fun. Their setup was pretty good. Very big rooms and plenty of space to walk around in with the HTC Vive. Plenty of games were available to play. The staff there was very nice and friendly and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

You cant do this at home. You wont own headsets like this, or have a computer capable of not glitching you out of the experience. You will never own all those Steam VR games. You must go to Nova.

I visited today with my brother and, like the rest who have tried it out, we were so excited and thrilled with the Virtual Reality experience offered at Nova VR. They use the Steam operating system and have a large selection of games and experiences to choose from. We began by exploring a cathedral which was their basic introduction the VR rig and how to use it. We moved on to fighting off and alien horde with ray guns and an energy shield. We also tested some realistic weaponry like rocket launchers, gatling guns, and exploding bananas. Next we tried skiing (not for those who get motion sick easily :) and then wrapped things up fighting off a horde of goblins using a bow and arrow and some fireballs.What a cool experience. I would have given 5 stars but they have only been open a month and are still working out a few kinks. Get in there and try this while the prices are reasonable and they are still relatively new!
