Staff is very energetic and are all very helpful. Games are social distanced. And the food is so so good!

Usually Im very satisfied with Chuck-E-Cheese in Joplin. But this time I got food poisoning from the salad. Been very sick. Was kinda disappointed because it was my grandsons 5th birthday

High prices, games were terrible for the price of points although service was good. Wont go again

Took my kids here to play some games since its been awhile since they have been to an arcade. They had some amazing deals that allowed the kids to play all the games they wanted for an hour. The kids had an amazing time and loved playing all of their favorite games. There are plenty of sanitation stations throughout the place. Thank you for a fun evening with the family.

The games do not spit out tickets anymore. There seems to be less rewards when winning a game. It is basically a waste of time. Even our three year old was ready to leave because she wasnt haveing fun. The pizza was small and over cooked. It was just like a frozen pizza from a store. The employees are joyless and obviously hate their jobs. It is horribly overpriced. I cant believe they are still in business

It was horrible Ill never go back whycharge more jus to play more games is supposed to be fun for kids not bank breaking for the parents.

Im am so upset we did the 150 package for my sons birthday and he only got to play for 10min and we asked to upgrade they where really unacomdating and told me the only way to get more time is the pay 200 more I will not being coming bad even though where come every year and will be putting how bad my time was here on all of my social medias

Held my daughters 4th birthday here. Staff was friendly and helpful. All the children that came had so much fun. Pizza was great! Prices for parties are fair. Will be returning in the future.

My kids age 6 and 7 view this as the epitome of entertainment. Purchasing cards for an hour or two keep them well entertained and jumping with excitement. The food quite decent, though having tried the Smokey BBQ wings I would not recommend that flavor. Perhaps original? Pizza is really where its at, and is at or above average quality and taste. I would give the food two to three stars, but for the entertainment due to my children loving it I would have to give it an extra star. Very friendly and helpful staff, the manager in particular was very polite very friendly and walked around picking up trash and asking people how they were doing. Its not someplace we go every week. But we will be back. Get some beer in stock!!

Even for a couple whos 20 and 18 years old, Chuck E. Cheese is still such a fun place. My fiancé and I had an absolute blast and even got a lot of tickets for spending a relatively small amount of money, considering how long we were there. It was so fun that we even went back the next day-yeah, were definitely kids at heart. The staff are incredibly friendly and didnt even give a weird look to two adults walking in without any children.The atmosphere is full of energy and laughter and with so many games and different types of games, anyone can have fun there. Whether its a date, a birthday or party for a kid or adult, or just someone looking to pass time (like we were), Chuck E. Cheese is a great place to go to have loads of fun without breaking the bank.

It is my granddaughters 3rd birthday and we wanted to take her somewhere she would enjoy herself, but we could still get great service.We walked in the door and was warmly welcomed. Heather Thevenote was our server and she was fantastic! She made a walk-in birthday a very special afternoon for my granddaughter!! She is an asset! Dont let her go!! She is a breath of fresh air!We only get down here a few times a year... I will be asking about her each time we come in!The other attendants were just as kind, very customer oriented!!So what that it took a bit to get our pizza... it was fresh, tasted great, and worth the wait!!Keep it up Joplin, Mo Chuck-e-Cheese!!

They were very nice and respectful, today was my little brothers birthday party and we didn’t have anything to cut the cake with and without having to be asked or even a hesitation the employees gave us everything we needed and fast, my family and I had a great time and scored a whole lot of tickets, 10/10 recommend for birthday parties even if you don’t reserve the special seating it’s still fun and a great way to have family time.

We were here for another kids birthday party. It seemed like all the kids were having a great time. They all enjoyed the pizza and party favors. Prices and portions may keep me from having my kids party there but he did have a good time at his friends party.

Went to chuck e cheese tonight for my nieces 3rd birthday. Almost everything was perfect. Our party host was very helpful and involved, however, there was an employee who was very rude and even took some things she overheard in our group over to the other group having a party. Not professional by any means. Other than that though, very nice party & host.

My kiddos loved having their bdays celebrated here.

Went here to meet up with a very dear friend home from Kuwait & his 5 y.o. son while on leave. Had been here since my own kids were small, some 15 yrs ago. Much had changed but for the better, especially the food.

Its a fun place were kids can socialize and have fun.

So the employees are really nice. My sons ice cream got caught in the machine and an employee was there to help in no time! It was sweet!

The girl working at the counter yesterday afternoon was very rude. She acted extremely annoyed when we walked up to the counter.

This place in insanely expensive. $40 for 1 4 year old to play for 30 minutes and a large pizza. No climbing area, no shows, this place is a money pit and we will never return again. 100% avoid this place, the pizza basically a red baron and sodas are 8 oz. Cups of watered down and flatness. Costs 18 an hour for your kid to play on old video games.

We love chickie Cheese they have new games and the kids had a great time. For $20 the kids got to play for an hour and were able to pause the card once to eat. How awesome is that!

Great deal we played for about two hours on $12 (with a toddler) didnt try the food. It was a little crowded but very fun

Very expensive poor customer service and employees were eating candy out of packages in front of us and then they were also playing games out on the floor. Not a very professional environment. They are not clear on directions for pausing playtime card. Not a fan of this place, but go here for my daughter, she has some medical issues and she wants to go here. Do you love your kids, have a couple hundred bucks to blow and want to punish yourself? This is just the place for you.On the plus side: the pizza doesnt suck and I do believe they serve beer. On the minus is the fact that you will not likely be able to afford said beer after you have bought pizza, soda and play cards.

Cheaper than we were expecting. Our 2 year old daughter had a blast and mommy and daddy had fun playing with her. The preize she wanted was more than the tickets she had, but you can pay cash for the difference. I thought it was convenient and much better than having to buy more tokens/time.

The sausage pizza needs improvement some pieces had no cheese and there wasnt hardly any sausage ... the pepperoni pizza was good

Took almost an hour just to get a 1 topping pizza and small order of wings. Then they gave me the wrong wings. I told the manager i would just eat them cause i didnt want to wait anymore. They brought me the right wings sometime later, but never told me they were. I couldnt eat another basket of wings, would rather of had a discount on what they messed up.They have also done away with all the games for toddlers. I took my 2 & 3 yr old and there wasnt much for them to do. They used to have more toddler friendly games..

Pros: The facility is clean and staff was friendly.Cons: Went during the week when they offer a lunch buffet, they did not replenish the buffet and took forever when you requested a pizza. The games are way outdated. Very disappointing. Save your money and time and go to incredible pizza.

The only good thing from this visit is the place is clean. Outside of that, over half the game machines I used were either out of order or became out of order while I used them. The staff wasnt knowledgeable at all, and werent even friendly. I wont be going back to that one with my family.
