Love this place. Staff have always helped me anytime their was a issue with the machine. Kids enjoy this place. Definitely try to come once a week

The place was great for kids and adults alike. I was confused by having to have 2 different cards, one for ticket machines and one for arcade games so if I bet kids are too, that needs to be fixed or use different color cards... I think it would be better if it had enclosed half walls to allow younger kids to not escape but I was with mine the entire time. Enjoyed laser tag; bowling machines kept messing up though so dont take a game remotely seriously; putt-putt golf was okay. Overall it seemed a pretty good place and alternative to ChuckECheese just more confusing at times.

An absolute local favorite. Lots of games to choose from. No tokens. Reloadable cards are used here. Tickets are also digital. There is mini golf and laser tag as well. Very well rounded arcade.

Took our 3 yo, most machines were either broken or malfunctioning. The only thing that was working was the arcade. They didnt even have the decency to take off or put out of order signs so we ended up swiping card, losing money and when we went and told the man running it he ended up giving us enough points to buy 5 tootsie rolls. We used to take our older kids and they loved it so much but now its just a loud flashy factory of sadness.

So...it was pretty fun! All the minl-golf, laser tag and video games you can handle for three hours! So much audio and visual stimulation you wont believe it! I felt like it was a little pricey but the kids had fun so...I guess it was worth it!

They have game here. Some dont work but still have the slot open to charge the card for it so not optimal.

I had fun here my daughter did my dad was a little rude to the people which I apologize for but we had a good time despite getting our food late and only have that room for a short amount of time then getting kicked out.

Half of the games dont even work. :( Took my girls and a couple friends tonight, spent almost $100 and was pretty disappointed. Half the games dont work, bought unlimited play for an hour and ended up spent half of that time playing bumper cars and laser tag, which were both great. Bathrooms were dirty also. Probably wont be back.

My client goes everyday to play the same game, hes only there for about 30 minutes if that. They were doing a discount for him since he only stays for 30 minutes instead of the hour, now because corporate hasnt gotten back to the manager theyre no longer giving him the half off for the power hour play. I know its not the managers fault but seriously you could try harder.

I will not be taking my kids back here for a long time if ever. This place is very dirty and smells really bad. Several games do not work. When I ask about it they said they have no one to fix them. We spent to much money not to enjoy our time. Very disappointed.

Most of the interesting machines are busted in some way. All of the attractions except minigolf were down. Total run down bummer.

Game selection is spot on for all different ages of children! AC couldve been turned down, warmer temps make it difficult to enjoy all venues. Lots of consumers complained as well as staff. Loved the summer special-Great pricing for some good fun!!

My son LOVES this arcade!!! We are here at least a couple times a month. The employees here are super nice and very helpful.

My son and his girlfriend spent their first date here on the morning of Aug. 31st and they had a blast!! They did the date package and enjoyed their pizzas and chose the Lazer tag as their attraction, which they loved ! There was a good variety of games and they never seemed bored when we occasionally dropped by to see how they were doing. The staff was very nice and courteous and quick to get their pizzas and assist with Lazer tag. Definitely worth it and will be back!

Many games do not work or have the proper balls or equipment needed to play the games effectively. You will spend a few times waiting in line to get your tokens back on the games that do not work. My kids and I have given this place many chances and it seems to get worse not better. The staff is very friendly, it is not their fault that the games have issues. They are doing their best and doing a good job keeping the place clean and running as well as they can.Update: The kids and I went back two weeks later and many of the games were fixed and working. A few were unplugged and not working but our experience was much, much better than the times before! My son even won the Monster Jackpot on the Ball Drop game, winning over 2800 tickets. Again the staff is very friendly and keeps the place clean. We played mini golf and tried several games from every part of the arcade. Would we be back? We always do.

Its not bad but could be better. The best game in my opinion is the basketball game next to the mini bowling alley. That game works up a sweat

RECENTLY HAD MY SONS 11TH BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE, HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE! THE FACILITY WAS CLEAN, THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. THE HOST, STEVEN I BELIEVE WAS HIS NAME, HE WAS AWESOME! VERY INFORMATIVE WHEN WE GOT THERE, WAS POLITE, WAS RIGHT THERE WHEN WE NEEDED ANYTHING AND KEEPING UP WITH 12 ROWDY 10YR-11YR OLD BOYS CAN BE A TASK. THANK YOU AND GOOD JOB TILT!

Games were pretty lame, well the ones we could play anyway. And the family plan by the way, says unlimited game play for an hour but they fail to specify that you cant play any games that result in any type of prize or ticket. So it limited us to a very few amount of games. So not worth the money. Then we got a pizza, the place was dead empty and it took them 30 minutes to get our pizza. After we got our pizza I reminded the snack bar that we still needed 4 large drinks. They brought me 4 smalls!!

Arguably a wonderful arcade experience with new-ish gaming machines and certainly a fun stop for everyone in the Joplin area. Can say that I enjoyed playing a lot of the old arcade games that I used to play (Jurassic Park, Star Wars Arcade). Shame that some of them have sticky controls and damaged displays, however Id chalk that up to heavy use and abuse.

My grandson loves this place which is the only reason why I go here occasionally. I think it is hyper priced and a significantly poor value. All of these places are ripoffs, but I think Tilt is at the Apex. It would be easier to stomach this if they allowed a Time purchase instead of points only like Chuck-E-Cheese does.

We took our 2 boys to tilt for a fun family night,almost every game we tried to play wouldnt work! We would swipe our cards and then the game wouldnt even work! It took points off our card but then wouldnt let us play. We did the laser tag,and my sons gun wouldnt work and they didnt refund the points or anything! And games we could play didnt last longer than a minute,so wasnt really worth playing to begin with.

This is a great place for family fun

If your playing for tickets forget it, they dont give out much. $20 will last maybe half an hour depending on what and how much you play, and the prizes look like they all came from a dollar store, the few good items are made impossible to get on purpose. The bathrooms are disgusting!!! Still have good games though so I cant give any lower than 3 stars.

Need s more games for small children. Customer service was poor. None of the card purchase or reload machines worked, but i would much rather go to the counter where they try to upsell their products.

A very fun place to have some family fun.

Under staffed in the morning a bit the two kids ruining things were nice enough. Food: No mustard or relish for hot dogs, no jalapenos for nachos...the only condiment or anything to add flavor is ketchup lol. The big problem was the laser tag which the kids were dying to play was SWELTERING. So hot the kids could not tolerate out and this was on fairly cool morning. Also the equipment did not function well. We were told the mall controls the temp. The mini bowling thing did not function well, needs some maintenance. They have a special for summer 20 bucks unlimited everything so thats not bad. Its a little better than Chuck E Cheese....dont go there just for the laser tag.

This was not a good experience. Our first time here and 1/2 to 3/4 of the games didn’t work. Payed for 20$ in games and at least ten dollars was wasted on games that didn’t work. Went to the desk to explain and the staff argued and was very rude. Left my ten dollars left on the card with them and won’t be returning. No refund was offered and nothing could be done. Don’t go here unless you want to just look at broken down machines and waste money!

A good place to beat the weather, I wish they would care more about the broken games but overall its a fun arcade and the prices per game are not extremely expensive.

Went in last night, on a Tuesday night, to celebrate my 5 year olds birthday, they were extremely slow. I called ahead the weekend before asking if I brought over 10 people, paid for pizza, drinks and games, over $150 planned on spending, if we could bring in cupcakes for her dessert. I was told yes. We get there last night, I started setting everything up at a table. Regular workers walked around me for 10 minutes before a manager came out and told me we could not have our cupcakes if we didnt purchase a birthday package. I let him know we called ahead and asked, and he very rudely walked up to the register to point out a sign that says they do not allow outside cakes unless bday package is purchased. I told him I didnt see that yet, since I had yet to get to the register to start ordering. After all that, and we decide that we may just wait on the cupcakes and eat them in the entrance of the mall, outside of Tilt which is embarrassing, he tells us that the ovens are down and they cannot even make any pizza. So I asked him how he would charge me a birthday package if he couldnt even provide us with pizza, and why he would be so rude and treat us like that if he couldnt even provide the services we need. We went to Chuck E Cheese, where we spent the same amount of money we planned on spending in TILT, and everyone could eat and play, and we got to have our cupcakes for cheaper than Tilts birthday packages. Thanks FOR NOTHING! Never again, TILT, will you get my familys business, all of them, and all our friends. I guess you do not want to make children happy or make money after all.

Wish the days of putting a quarter in a machine would come back. They give you this stupid card to use which I swiped 3 times at one game to play, took my money. Staff looks at you like it your fault. Spent 20 dollars in total got to play 5 games what a rip off. Wont be going back.

Staff is friendly but a lot of games are broke or busted you definitely don’t get your money’s worth....One star maybe too much for this place..I’d recommend going to Springfield a lot better choices

The male manager there was amazing we had some problems with a few things and he didnt wait for us to come to him he was paying attention to the point where he came straight to us and helped us as he seen us struggling he took care of everything and made all of it better i will be back with my family again and again great customer service he was such a gentleman

Awful customer service. Was told if I paid $12 we would have unlimited gameplay on certain games. The important fact he forgot to mention was that it only lasts 1 hour. Very dissatisfied. I will never be back to this awful place again. Customers beware ask questions.

About a quarter of the games do not work and about half of the games that do work dont work correctly. Most of the 2 player games only work for one of the players and hopefully you chose the correct controller. Also all of the card dispensers were out of cards.

Always clean but amount of points ypu need to play the games is stupid high and alot of the machines seem to be out of order ALOT especially their card machines where you load or check points. The prizes are typical arcade prizes with typical over priced amounts to obtain said prize. Its a fun place to go but parties are ridiculously expensive even for just an hour.

They are in need of a major update. Many of the games are from the 90s. The games that are newer require many more points to play. We had issues with the functionality of the bowling, as well as a few of the other games.

Its and arcade, so the prices are crazy high, but that aside they have a good selection of games. For the most part all the games were functional. We had problems with one, but they were quick to fix it for us.

Too expensive, too many carnival style games and hardly anything for little kids like toddlers to do

Lots of games but very poorly staffed. I walked in to play some air hockey and had to have a tilt card with credits before I could play. The machine was out of cards to issue and it took 15 min to get someone to help. Then another 10 for him to fix it.
