Very clean and well-maintained store. Much of the merchandise is too pricey for my pocket. I assume mainly rich people shop here.

Michelle in the floral department was very rude. She is the floral designer and made sure to make it known that we were an inconvenience asking for a custom arrangement. She was disrespectful, was not any help, and made sure to loudly sigh and get visibly frustrated when we were just trying to get some help. I will be sure to let her supervisors know this as well.

I was very disappointed in my first visit here. I came into this establishment with my fiancé and her grandmother to create a custom saddle for her grandfather. Upon entry we noticed that the store looked very nice. We loved the decorations and were initially excited to look around. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in making sure we got to where we needed to be but that all changed when we ran into Michelle in the “custom” arrangements. I put quotations on that because at every single point she made it obvious we were inconveniencing her with our business. At one point my fiancé’s grandmother kept asking “what is the price?” Just to get a ballpark idea about what she would be spending And Michelle’s response was “I can’t really tell you that. What amount would you not want to exceed” to which her grandmother said “what about $20?” Michelle then proceeded to laugh and say “we can’t do anything below $40.” All Michelle had to do was tell us that it would atleast been $40 on the cheaper end. Michelle also kept telling my fiancé’s grandmother of what she couldn’t do with the saddle, which what she was wanting was the greenery without the flowers so that they could add their own, and couldn’t understand the basic concept we were attempting to achieve. All we wanted was greenery with no flowers. Not very hard to grasp, but that seemed impossible for Michelle. With every problem Michelle gave us the “custom” arrangements felt less and less than that. By the end of our visit we just took a trip to the local Hobby Lobby and got double the materials to make our own and paid a fraction of the price. The store itself is probably lovely but Michelle is the sole reason this place will never get a dime from me for any reason.

Good clean place with lots of variety of flowers, knick knacks to choose from. They have a really good selection of flowers, stems, floral arrangements and accessories

Love this store I used to think of thia store being on the expensive side but its totally not. It has great deals especially here around Christmas time there are great gift and decoration ideas. I also love the Orleans spray is might be 4.99 a bottle but its the best room spray ever very potent. Throws are 9.99 year round. This is defiantly the spot.

Trees and Trends has a amazing selection of Christmas trees, ornaments, collectable as well as fantastic floral designer in place. The designer creates several rooms for special combinations. A lot of fun things to choose from.
