I called on 10/5 at 5:15 for a last minute delivery for a 3rd wedding anniversary floral gift. I live in Pennsylvania and my husband is in Jonesboro. Within 60 minutes, the most lovely arrangement of 3 red roses and other lovely accent flowers was delivered to a local hotel. If I could give 6 stars ️ I would!Thank you Jan

Ordered flowers for a sister in law that passed away. I ordered them and requested to pick them up at 9am the next day. Was told by the young lady that it wouldnt be an issue. I went to the address listed on Google (I am from GA) and no one was there. Instead, a paper taped to the door said that they had moved locations. I called the number on the paper and the lady told me she had forgot that I was coming to get them at 9 and said to meet her at the address. Again, no issue. I get there, and the lady was finishing up the flowers. She had not even got the order done before I got there. The flowers looked subpar...you could tell that they had been thrown together. I requested a refund and the lady did refund me, however, the amount still has not got back on my card. As a business owner, I understand mistakes happen, but this was supposed to be a time to grieve instead of rushing around for flowers I didnt receive.

A day later and my roses are already dying got here late my other half already went to work I ordered this at 8 AM online and I got here at six the arrangement was poor looking I can get a better looking set of roses from the grocery store the only thing that looked halfway decent is the vase if I can put a picture on here I would small town or not I will not be getting flowers from this place you should take better care of your customers especially first timers very P0 customer

They made a BEAUTIFUL flower arrangement for my boss whose birthday it was and they were also so fast in getting it delivered. I placed the order around 11AM and needed it delivered that same day and it got to her by 3:00PM. Highly recommend for great service and beautiful arrangements.
