Had a lot of fun at the birthday party. Pizza and cheese sticks were fantastic... Only issue was the temperature in the room was horribly hot. I was dripping sweat out of my face mask. Felt like I couldnt breathe. Other than that our group jad a great time

Wonderful first time there for my daughter. Pizza was great and she had an awesome time. Covid precautions were fully enforced and the safety of children was top priority. We will visit again soon!

Our son loves going here. Its always a special treat. The pizza is great. Staff is always friendly. Cant wait until ALL the games are opened. Of course the ones that are closed for social distancing are the ones our son wanted to play. But it was still fun

Great but multiple games down. This limits what you are able to do because its by time instead of token. Value has decreased.

I realize that Im an adult, and not a little child, but this place is designed for the 2 to 6 year age group. The videos, arcade games, singalongs were definitely geared towards small children. Food options are limited to flat crust pizza (cheese, or pepperoni). More options for drinks, but the sweet tea tasted like crystal light with tooooo much sugar. The party coordinator, and the person wearing the Chuck-E-Cheese outfit were not that excited. More like employees at the end of the shift. I am glad that my great granddaughter Aria (2) had a good time with her big sister, and the neighborhood kids. I am not convinced that this party was worth $140, or more. Even the booth seats were uncomfortable; like too small. After being there for a little over an hour I was ready to go home, and so were most of the kids. The blue cake icing had some serious dye in it. I had to wash my hands twice to get it off. I would have rather put the party on in my backyard, or basement (den).

Love this place and so does our Family! Its where we can All cut loose and be kids and have so much fun.!! They have the best prices and the staff and the best food! We will be back soon!

I chose time on the play cards as opposed to tokens or whatever & I have other issues that my family has to attend to & the 30$ worth of time expires @ the end of business. I was not made aware of this until I needed to leave to resolve said issues. This is a poor business model after recovering from chapter 11 in a COVID world. Perhaps they shouldn’t have reopened because with customer service/care like this I foresee their doors re-closing sooner as opposed to later. This is the first weekend I’ve gotten to spend with my daughter & now I’m throwing away money I don’t have for a service that I wasn’t aware was limited to their time. If this is the new “normal” @ Chuck E. Cheese no thank you I’ll cross the street & let her jump @ Wallabies for 10$ unlimited. The rules & stipulations there are @ least laid out in front of me cut & dry.

Had a great time on a Saturday morning. All workers were friendly to the kids and helpful. Chuck E. Cheese himself made an appearance and danced with a large group of kids and threw out several handfuls of tickets.The manager was present and we thanked him for such a nice place to play games.

Great place for young children ages 4 to teens. Adults get some good food to eat while the kids play. You pay by time of play. We got a 1 hour card. Thats enough for under 6 kids. Stuffed crust pizza was excellent with the salad bar.

Clean and kept nicely. Games in working order and food is what you would expect for a kids place. Thankful its open for the kids to run off some steam.

Phase 4 exterior, phase 3/4 interior, I think it’s cool because there are some Chuck E. Cheese’s with phase 3 exteriors and phase 4 interiors, the interior is I think 80/90% phase 3. This store has a studio c cappa which was produced from 2004 to early/mid 2005. This store is actually the last store to open with a studio c cappa, in 2005. My local (Bowling Green Kentucky, opened in 2004, still has a cappa, and is the last phase 3 in Kentucky.)

Always fun and fresh cooked pizzas! Never reheated old pizza or left over pizzas lol. Kids always have a blast. Very clean, someone is always walking around cleaning the games or tables. Coupons online help with cutting cost to.

Had two birthday parties here and the kids all had a great time! They have a good system in place to keep things on a schedule. The food is pricey in my opinion but the overall experience was good

I dont recommend chuckecheese for kids because they are to cheesey. They did not offer their summer package. Half the equipment is closed down and to big for little kids. Tokens was better cause multiple people could play at the same time instead of people all sharing a time card. Also the food is a rip off. Got the mixed appetizers and a medium cheese pizza.. the pizza looks like a personal and the apatizer looked about the same. I expected to feed my family for $35 not have them still be hungry. So little over $60 of disappointment.

JC chuck e cheese is absolutely horrible. They dont even scan our hands.

What a fun perfect birthday party! My daughter and I attended a party for one of her friends from school and it was great. She had a blast and immediately asked for her party to be there too!

Went as part of a kindergarten field trip and was very impressed. The food was good, the store was clean and the employees were helpful. The Chuck E. Cheese was great at entertaining almost 100 children all at once, and very patient with giving them the hugs and high fives they all wanted. Fun place for kids of all ages and good food.

We just had our sons third birthday party here today and we absolutely LOVED it! All of the staff were happy and friendly. They communicated very well with us and really took care of everything which took a lot of stress off of me and let me enjoy my sons party with him. Our personal waitress was AMAZING and was absolutely fantastic with my son. The second photo is actually her dancing with my son because he was scared of Chucky at first. (She did ask before picking him up lol) They really went above and beyond. We will definitely be back.

My oldest daughter turned 2 years old. When I was younger I went to Chuckee Cheese, so I figured she would love it. My only concern was this location did not have what I traditionally was used to. There was no ball pit or play house like they had back when I was little. The various animatronics were lacking. I can say those were my only complaints. For a small childrens party for a little over 100$ I got 4 kid play passes with unlimited play. I got 3 large pizzas for the adults and the pizza that came for the kids. The servers were friendly and the hostess played with my child and even danced with her when they did the birthday song time. The only thing that I felt was a little uncomfortable for me was the upselling that they pushed a bit. Other than that my kid and family had a great time. I would absolutely do it again!

My boy loved it. On a school week was nice and relaxed setting and not busy, which is perfect since my youngest has autsim. However leaving wasnt very accommodating for him since he dose not like people touching or being to close, and the girl was adiment about scanning his hand, which he so clearly wasnt comfortable which. Hence the 4 stars.

I used to be a fan as a kid. My son loves the place still. But they could offer more then what they do. Or at least lower the prices a bit. Its becomes very rhetoric after you have been there just a few times. CHANGE THE PLACE UP EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE CHUCK E!! Lol

Clean and inviting. Not too crowded at 8 pm....which was great except a lot of the games (8) ran out of tickets during our turn or was out already and we didnt know. They changed a couple of them and gave us tickets owed but I guess decided not to fix the remaining machines. A lot of people didnt know either and played again losing money. Didnt eat... But cheap enough to keep a child entertained for an hour and a half!

I took grandkids and they had such a great time. But I spent over a hundred dollars and I think that is too expensive for most families. I would take them alot more often if prices werent so high and Im sure other young families cant afford the prices. Charge separate for playing cards that doesnt last but about 30 minutes. Our meal consists of 1 large 1 topping pizza 1 salad bar and 3 drinks and 3 playing cards.

Hadnt been there for years, but my grandchild absolutely loved it! Food was a little pricey, but it was good. I didnt realize that you didnt have to eat there to play the games. Next time, well consider eating somewhere else to save money, and coming back here for the games.

Really crowded, but I suppose that speaks of this establishment. We didnt get any food this trip, but we did take advantage of the all you can play passes for 45 minutes. Grandkids loved it.

The security of the blacklight stamps is a great idea when there is actually someone watching the door. We walked out without anyone checking our stamps after standing and waiting for several minutes.

Great place for kids to play eat and enjoy themselves takes a little bit to get your food tho. Plus they have measures to keep your kid safe.

We took our daughter about a week ago. The pizza was pretty decent. The salad bar was okay. Prices were high for 1 pizza, 1 salad bar, and 3 drinks. It was pretty clean though. We did the 30 minute cards. We all had fun. They did however make us quite a bit angry by clearing our table while we were playing games. I guess they dont have a way of knowing, but I would have loved to have finished the pizza and my drink.

We came in to have a little birthday party for my nephew, and I was blown away with the service we got. Unfortunately I didnt catch the mans name, but he was so kind, patient, and fun while helping us give my nephew a fun night and helped us with everything we needed. The pizza was pretty good too!

Although my kids did have alot of fun I was disappointed that the website for this particular store had said that there was an actual playplace here (or as they called it skytube)and there wasent any kind of play structures at all. It was alot smaller then expected and like I said no playstructures only games but my children are still young so the smaller environment was kind of nice and made things easier to manage.

My son often refers to Chuck E Cheese as his favorite place in the world. I dont think hes ever came here and not thoroughly enjoyed himself. We had his third birthday party here and they went above and beyond to accommodate our large family.We often come for the lunch buffet which is reasonably priced. The pizza is always great and fresh. I attribute this to the fact they only put out four pizzas at once which leads to a new one coming out every few minutes. You can also request a specially made pizza, and often the server will bring it by your table to give you the first few slices.The games can be pricey if your kid bounces from game to game quickly. You can save money by purchasing tokens in bulk. They also have a timed-play mode where you can play all you want for a certain amount of time. You can even pause your card to break to eat or dance with Chuck.The staff is what makes this place special. The managers, servers, the party hosts all go the extra mile to make sure you and your kids have a great experience.We will definitely keep coming back.

$75 for two pizzas and 4 small drinks and a salad bar with 100 play points thats with a military discount. Also couldnt get the play points to add to our account and the manager was no help. I could have gotten better pizza at little ceasars and took our daughter to do a dew differemt things for that price. Kind of a big disappointment considering it was our 1st time going and will also be our last.

Chuck E. Cheese is exactly what they say it is. Its great place to bring your kids. Personally though as a adult, the food is pretty bad. We had my daughters birthday party there and altogether she had a blast and didnt mind the unsatisfying pizza at all and couldnt get enough of the games they had to offer. So the final verdict is if you have young kids its definitely a fun place to go, Just plan to stop for some decent food after all the fun and games.

Tonight on 1/12/19 my family and I came in to celebrate my brothers sons 12th birthday on 1/12 and I had to go to work at the department of Justice and couldnt stay long. A employee named Carrie helped me and my family by helping with the mess they made and by getting us what we needed since it was so busy. We paid for a lot of pizza and Carrie made sure our night was perfect for the kids. She needs a raise.

When you buy the time to play games can you get 30 minutes once you play that first game the time starts and you have 30 minutes to play as many games as you want its not a minute per game or whatever for however long you play the game its actual time with you start so if you stop playing make sure you go to what are the pause machines impose your time unlike what Ive done from a little boy I only got to play 5 games for the 30-minute time card your best option is to buy game points because each game is 1 Point theres some thats2 tho
