Nice chill quiet vacation spot. We stayed here for a few days. If you like tranquility this is the place for you. If you like more of a busy area you would probably enjoy Newport better. This place is right before Newport. Our unit overlooked the bridge to Newport. Hence the name Newport overlook. The place was very clean something you really want during these times. The A/C was not working in our unit so they gave us a fan. This is the reason it did not get a 5 star.

Absolutely an amazing place to stay. Very clean, spacious, quiet, relaxing, good amenities, super close to the beach. Well worth it! The staff was helpful when needed. Maids did a quick and efficient job cleaning during the week.

Absolutely love Wyndham Club Newport Overlook. My parents have owned a unit here for 24 years and the view of the bridge and the bay has us coming back year after year! Jamestown is nice small little town with so much to do in the area. Highly recommend staying with Wyndham!

The view from our condo was beautiful. It was very relaxing to sit in the living room and look out at the water.It would have been nice to be able to sign into my Netflix account to watch shows. TV channels were very limited.

Quiet and cozy. Confusing to find though. Better to arrive when the sun is still up or when you dont need to use your car lights.

While these townhome-style duplexes are located off the beaten path, my family and I found them to be perfect for our short stay in Jamestown. There was ample room, great natural light, a water view (available from the higher-numbered units situated facing the bay), and stellar customer service.About a week or so before our stay, the hotel called me to give me information about my stay and to check if we needed any additional accommodations. On the day of arrival, we were able to check in early via text message, the front desk personnel were warm and friendly, and we were able to check out by dropping the keys in a box on the property rather than going back to the front desk in a separate building up the street.The only reason I couldnt give a full five stars was that the location was somewhat difficult to get to due to being, quite literally, underneath a bridge. It is also far from grocery and many dining options (though at least one great brunch spot is close by). However, on the plus side, it was completely quiet and relaxing. If Im ever back in Jamestown with a group, Ill consider this a go-to accommodation!

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, spacious and very quiet. The beds were so comfy and there was a separate TV in each bedroom and in the living room. You can see the bridge from the condos. The amenities were especially nice. There was a grill and everything you might need for cooking in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were clean and especially fun with red lights in the pool. Manny, the building caretaker was very pleasant and responsive.

We absolutely love this place. We had a unit right on the bay and the view was spectacular. The unit was clean and well maintained and the staff were incredible. We mentioned it was our 31st anniversary celebration and they had a special welcome ready for us when we arrived. The only maintenance item we noticed was the broken fence around what I think is the pool machinery, but Im sure theyll fix that soon. I highly recommend this place, primarily if you can get one of the bayside units.As a heads up, especially if arriving at night, the road leading to the resort is dark and a bit sketchy, but everythings better when you see the Wyndham entrance sign. Also, you check in at the Bay Voyage Inn before going to the resort, but its not far away..

Clean, quiet, great views. Just across the bridge from Newport. Jamestown is the sweetest. Small town America comes to mind.

My husband I stayed in one of the condos on the Overlook property. It was so quiet, and there are beautiful views as it is right on the ocean. The condo is very spacious. The kitchen was full equipped, and outdoor grill was a bonus to save $$ on eating out for all meals. Perfect location as it is a 5 minute ride to downtown Newport yet isolated enough for your own quiet paradise! I would definitely stay here again!!

The view from this end unit was gorgeous - very peaceful. The only issue we had with the property was that the televisions were very small and old. That being said, we only turned on the TV once while we were there.

Condo was clean but in an interesting location. off the beaten path but check in at the hotel was good. front desk agent was very pleasant and helpful. gave us great suggestion on breakfast/lunch local restaurant

We have an excellent experience in this hotel. The rate was reasonable. The location was closed to everything. Short drive to Newport. Kids asked to stay longer that tell you they enjoyed the visit.

This location is a timeshare, spent a few days but not a whole lot of time inside the townhouse Style rental. In order to get to Newport Rhode Island you have to pay a $4 toll each way to cross the Jamestown Bridge

Wonderful experience

I enjoy the scenery and open space, but dislike that the television in the second bedroom is severely outdated compared to the master bedroom and living room TVs. I also think the lack of outlets near the living room couch makes the bed option of it unusable in modern times

For the price this is the best deal in town. I reserved what was called a suite and was amazed when they put me a condo with two floors, full kitchen and three bedrooms. All for less than nearby hotels and anything available in Newport.

I would stay here again. Very clean and comfortable.
