Mike is the best! Very helpful and knows his stuff. It shows in all the fine work and detail he has done in that store.

Bought some feeders once before here. My long time fish were fine. Eventually went back for more of the same and completely wiped out all 3 big tanks of fish I have. Shorty after that day to the following days,, they were sick with what seemed to be ich. Im devastated. My fish cost so much and lived so happy until this. Learned the hard way.

Great experience. The gentlemen running the store were very knowledgeable and answered any questions no matter how silly they might have been. I would recommend anyone in the Jacksonville area to check them out. I will be back!! Prices are very reasonable.

Drove almost an hour to the store to buy some pipefish, gorgonians and sponges. Was planning to spend quite a large amount of money but I was rushed out by the rudest employee I have ever encountered. The store closes at 5 and We we’re there at 4:30. I Was looking at the fish in the store, waiting to be helped and the man came up to me and rudely asked “are you wanting to buy something” and I replied with I’m still looking. The man then turns and looks at me and says “well u better hurry because I’m trying to close.” I was very taken aback with how rude this was but I walked over to the pipefish tank and asked him to get one for me. He then replied very annoyed with “I’m not looking for a freaking pipe fish, we are closing. I’m not going to spend my time looking for a fish that could take hours.” I was so appalled that I started tearing up. I have never had an employee at a store speak to me that way. I then asked him to bag me a sponge up, I was going to just walk out and take my business elsewhere but I remember I just drove an hour to come to this store. I paid for my 10$ sponge and as I was checking out one of the other employees offered to get me a pipefish and the rude man (I think he was the manager) told him not that he’s not going to do that, that it’s 5:30 and they are way past closed. I left in tears. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I left the time was 4:59. I will not be returning, and would not recommend this place to anyone, simply because of the way that man feels it’s okay to treat his customers.

Its a smaller shop, however size aside the options are plenty. Good customer service, clean shop, good coral and plenty of options for those that have fresh or salt water.

They got a great selection of fresh and salt water fish. Tons of reef dwellers too. Plenty of equipment to support the hobby also. They always take the time to answer my questions and I feel they have helped steer me straight when my fish got sick.

Clean store and great customer service. Awesome selection and very reasonable prices. Everything I have purchased has been healthy and lively as can be. Fish and corals. You should definitely check them out.

The shop is extremely clean, the tanks are clear and the fish look healthy. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, gave great advice on tank care and maintenance. He helped me purchase exactly what I needed without overselling or overcharging. This is definitely my new go to Reef store for all of my saltwater needs.

Went to check out this location and its not EVEN OPEN!! Why list it on Google when not accepting business!! Good job GENIUS!After waiting for store to finally open. Reeflections is a good place to check out. So far the owner had the plants I have been searching everywhere for. I am saddened by the open business hours. I usually dont have time during the week to get to the store before closing.. I would love to see later store hours for week days. Most people are getting off work at 5.. maybe a later morning open time to benefit a later close time during the week. Weekend hours are great; but when I want to buy something I dont want to have to wait til the weekend to see if this store has what I am looking for.. In most cases I end up going to another store across town to get what I want or need at the moment.

Love this place, nice and clean and the owner is very nice and educated.

The manager was rude, had a cocky/egotistical attitude and poor customer service. I dont recommend shopping here, I went in for the first time to admire the place and look around to see what Id like to buy and this guy was just the rudest person I ever talked to. Insulted my intelligence, made dumb jokes, its like how people talk to you on reddit. Ill never shop there, dont see this business lasting anyways.

Love this place and Mike is friendly, helpful and you can tell he cares about the fish. Locations is easy to find, facility and tanks are clean and parking is plenty. We have purchased 3 blood parrots, catfish, and three yellow cichlids and all are thriving so well. I feel like Mike truly cares about making sure whether youre a die hard hobbyist or a newbie his advise and experience is worth the investment. All the fish are healthy looking and he has salt and freshwater, some tanks, decor, plenty of supplies and corals and plants. It is our new favorite fish and supply store. I took my grandson there and it was like he was going to a large aquarium tour. LOL!
