This gym might be a good place for some, but was not good for our daughter.This was arguably the best gym in Jax in prior years but at least two other gyms have surpassed it recently. It is also no longer the largest gym.Lisa B.s review nailed it well for those that had a negative experience or who are keenly aware of favoritism and negative coaching styles of many at this gym. There is clearly favoritism at this gym.In addition, there is frequent unexplainable, decision-making by the younger of the 2 owners that is often overly hurtful, mood-based, and illogical. We were blindly loyal before a series of manipulations of several athletes by her over the summer caused my daughter to lose all respect for that owner and lose trust in the gyms ability to make unbiased, smart decisions. Many of the kind, talented and hardest working athletes left the gym for similar reasons as our daughter. The common denominator is usually that owner.The very first night my daughter showed up at her new gym she saw or was greeted warmly by dozens of former Infinity that had disappeared from the gym in prior months. It was wonderful to see these great kids and how happy and welcoming they were after the initial PTSD Infinity is well known for.When spending as many hours a week as an athlete does at a cheer gym is it critical that trust and respect are maintained and trust must be mutual and EARNED. If you choose to send your athlete to this gym, please be very cautious and stay alert.

Follow your instincts, This is a great gym for some and for others a very different experience.

Amazing gym! My daughter is in her second season of allstar cheer at Infinity and to say the least, they are our family now. Super attentive, always responsive and without fail, love our daughter like shes their own. The new location at the beaches is next level. Coaches are beyond amazing and best in the country!!!! Aftan, CT and Cynthia are very professional but completely approachable and with out fail always put a smile on your face. The familys at the gym become some of your best friends and your children make life long friends. Cant give them enough stars!

I absolutely love Infinity Allstars! The coaches are the best and super patient. I am so glad I chose to come Infinity for my child to cheer. You will not be disappointed!

My daughter loves this gym. We currently do camp and classes and she loves every minute she is there. Her skill set has improved beyond our expectations!

CT used to run this gym and it was great. Over the past few years that we were there Aftan has taken over. Seeing this change has disappointed us and our childrens cheering experience. Coaches come and go every couple months with very inconsistent coaching. Theres one family there in particular that the gym favorites and gives special treatment to...Its honestly pathetic what a gym owner will do for free jaguar tickets. As well as putting their kids on level 5 teams when they have level 1 or 2 skills. This gym thinks that all the moms are oblivious to whats going on but in reality they all talk about it when they sit there for hours watching their kids practice. One of the biggest problems here is how much youre paying for little to no results and your son/daughter not being treated as an individual (being put in one position for their whole cheerleading career from the time they walk in the door). If you want your athlete to excel, deal with no favoritism, and have an approachable gym owner spend your money else where! 20 athletes left just this year to go to a new gym. Just another sign that this gym isnt as great as it used to be.

Amazing Cheer Gym and owner

My daughter is cheering and this is her 6th season at Infinity!! We absolutely LOVE this gym! They truly care about your child and the coaches give their all when coaching these teams! Being at this gym has taught my daughter so much, it’s much more than cheer! It’s about responsibility, teamwork, growth, and she’s so happy here! She loves the staff and her teammates like family! The owners go to great length to provide the best experience to your child! They are very involved in the gym and are there every single day! They take great pride in every aspect of the gym including providing a fun environment for your child! They offer Flip Flop Friday where you can drop your child off to enjoy lots of fun and pizza and they also offer camps during the breaks from school, all which are jam packed with lots of activities and fun!! I can tell you this much, we have made lifetime memories as a family and with all of our Infinity family and we look forward to many many more years of being a part of this amazing facility!!! Great place for cheerleading and tumbling

The BEST most supportive gym in Jax!! My daughter has improved so much not only in tumbling, but infinity has helped strengthen her weaknesses like flexibility, the staff is phenomenal and everyone is so welcoming. Being at this gym has also helped us come closer to the lord. We ️ Our infinity family!!

Absolute best gym around. My child has grown so much in so many ways over the last few months we have been there. Love the coaches, staff, parents and other athletes that go there. Its definitely ONE TEAM, ONE GOAL! Couldnt be happier!

Cynthia - what a rude customer representative to put in charge of your business! I enrolled my daughter in toddler gymnastics here because my cousin was teaching the class, paid the initial sign up charge and month with my american express. Less than 30 days later my cousin stopped working here so I removed her from the class and was told she would be removed from the system and I would not be charged anything additional. I recently checked my account statement and realized I have a $95 charge on the 2nd of every month from Infinity Allstars for the last 4 months ($380 total) - I called and spoke with Cynthia on the phone who told me that it would be around a week until I would hear back from them. When I asked her if she could please contact Tracy and have this issue resolved quicker as $380 is not a small amount to be charged for services that I didnt sign up for - she let me know not so kindly that Tracy would get to it when she gets to it.With that being said I guess I will now contact American Express and dispute the charges directly rather than wait for them to get to it when they get it. Coming from someone who manages a family business myself I can not imagine treating a customer like that. My daughter asked this morning to sign up for gymnastics, I was hoping to have a positive experience when I called and then enroll her to start again. Unfortunately after this experience with Cynthia I will most certainly be taking my business somewhere that will value the way they treat their customers.

My daughter began cheering at Infinity 4 years ago. We have been not only happy with the way the gym is ran, but couldnt be more thrilled with the skills she has learned. The coaches at Infinity are amazing. Im so proud to be a part of the Infinity Family.

Our family became a part of Infinity Allstars 3 years ago when we were debating on leaving our current All-star gym. We originally came for a trial practice back in the day when the gym was off Mayport Road. We as parents were very skeptical about the move to a new gym, especially with such a far commute each day! Well....that all changed the minute we walked in the doors at Infinity. Everyone including the staff, the parents and even the other athletes were so inviting, kind and helpful. We have never once looked back and questioned the move. I can not say enough how much my daughter has excelled since joining the Infinity family, and that is exactly what Infinity is....it is a BIG family. Not only has my daughter excelled athletically, but she has gained self confidence as well as self respect through the lessons learned from the amazing coaching staff at Infinity. It is such a great feeling to know that they really, truly care about your child. I can not thank you all enough for welcoming us with open arms 3 years ago! We look forward to many more amazing years as part of the Infinity family! Thanks!!

My daughter has been cheering and dancing with Infinity for the past 4 years and it has been the most wonderful experience we could have imagined. This is our first experience with allstar cheer and it has so much fun and really exciting. The Inifinity coaches are caring and use positive reinforcement to make the cheer experience one that the kids can learn and grow from. The Infinity management is professional and family-oriented and always put the development of the girls as wholesome athletes first. The quality of the teaching and coaching staff is superb, and the cheer and dance teams have a great time competing and developing top-notch tumbling skills. If you are interested in high quality cheer, dance or gymnastics, this is a great place for you. I recommend Infinity to everyone without reservation.

Our daughter LOVES Infinity and is at the gym all the time. This is our second year and we couldnt be happier. The coaches, staff and facility are all top notch. She has learned so much in a short perior of time. We hope to be there for many more years!!!

Infinity is producing true all star athletes that can truly compete against any team nationally. Coaching is thorough and consistent from tinies through seniors. Very well organized. Very nice and informative support staff who can answer any question. Practices are focused and time is used wisely. They work. Skills are perfected. Girls feel like a true team and have a lot of pride and self confidence in their team and their teams abilities. They work as one. It is really something to see. They offer day camps when kids are out of school, summer camps,.open gyms, and on Friday nights a dropoff where they can play or work on their stunting or tumbling. Come to an open gym, the program speaks for itself, I am happy I did.
