I went there in the summer. They had a really cool ropes/zip line course. 4 different levels plus the Orange one which brings you back. Kinda scary but very fun. The people working there are super friendly and helpful as well. My boyfriend also went down the coaster they have. And we got to play a round of putt putt golf. Such a great way to spend a day! Lots of fun. We will definitely be back.

Nice mid tier lodge. Great location and general facilities. Our room was totally clean and fine for our three night stay. I was able to get a really good deal for about $110 a night plus $40 resort fee. At that price, it is totally worth staying here. As previously mentioned by others, service is very hit or miss. For example, Jordan the front office manager refused to help me even if he was standing there and there was a line for check-out. Restaurant has great drinks but very slow service. They will also not answer the phone if their life depended on it. Pool and hot tub are great but require booking the night before. Great for safety, but a little cumbersome. Overall, we had a great stay at the Snow King, especially at the price point.

Location, location, location... right at the foot of the beautiful mountains. Nice updated rooms with plenty of places to plug things in. The hotel has a restaurant, pool and hot tub. It also offers a shuttle to the airport. My room had a comfortable bed with soft pillows and towels. My only complaint was the very poor shower water pressure. Overall a good stay. I will be back.

WARNING! BEWARE! Hidden Fees! Although our stay was comfortable and we felt like the hotel did a decent job with extra cleaning for covid, the front desk staff is very unscrupulous. I booked through Priceline and the price I paid contained a $30.00 hotel fee, which I accepted and paid up front - no problem. When we went to check out, the staff informed my husband and I that there would be an additional $40.00 resort fee (plus taxes - $42.92 total). I had paid for our one night stay in full a couple of months before this and it did not state that there would be an additional charge anywhere in the fine print (I checked). Also, they tried to charge me an ADDITIONAL $103.93 and I have no idea what it was for! I asked and there was no rational explanation and they immediately removed it (I went back in after checking out because I had gotten a notification on my phone from my credit card company). My husband and I only slept at this hotel - we never even left the room between check-in and check-out so there was no explanation for the extra charges. It is a shame that a place as nice as this engages deceptive business practices. (I also heard another customer inquiring about this hidden charge while I was in the lobby waiting - the particular clerk he was talking with explained it as a charge for the pool and hot tub....which makes no sense. But this proves it wasnt just us - theyre doing this to all guests.) IF YOU STAY AT THIS HOTEL, BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR EXTRA, UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!!!

This is a beautiful resort in an idyllic setting. Nested in the mountains, walking distance from downtown Jackson Hole, it is a gem.But if youre expecting anything resembling service? You will be sorely disappointed. We stayed 3 days in August 2020.Granted, the pandemic has changed everything, but you should still be able to reach someone at the resort from a room phone, right? Not likely. We were in room 754, which faces east, so morning sunrise was beautiful.However...The room is incomplete. The bathroom mirror is designed to be lighted around the perimeter. It does not light. The light in the shower also does not function. There are no shelves or niches in the shower, so shower gel, soap or washcloths have no resting places. You can only put them on the floor. The room is big. Its a good size with a cathedral ceiling. It looks beautiful. Nice art on the walls too.It has a 42 flat screen TV and small refrigerator. The view is spectacular. But the balcony is barely a balcony. If you put a chair out there, you couldnt get around it to sit down. Thats how shallow the balcony is.Getting your luggage upstairs is a joke. The rolling luggage carts have to be maneuvered up these very narrow, steep ramps cut into the edge of two levels of steps. The cards dont fit in the elevator without going in diagonally. You can fit one person in an elevator with a luggage cart. There is no phone button for housekeeping. So you call Front Desk. It always goes to a recording. No one ever answers. So you press 0 for operator. Same results. You can waste a lot of time trying to reach a human. On checkout, they nickel and dome you to death. We specifically chose this (not inexpensive) location because it is pet friendly. On checkout, they added $25 per day for our dog. Plus tax. No mention of this was ever made on booking or arrival. They also charged us $37 per day resort fee. There isnt even any housekeeping under pandemic conditions.Overall it is beautiful, but there is zero customer service. And it is no bargain. We left 2 messages for the manager and he never called back.

The hotel is located about 20 minute walk from the center of Jackson (free parking). Made this walk several times as it was a good way to walk off our dinner and not deal with parking. The rooms are fine. Large but dated. The bathroom is tiny.. with a glass shelf above the sink that is tilted so everything falls off. With covid: no cleaning of your rooms. No new towels or linen unless you ask the front desk for it. To use the pool or hot tub you have to reserve it. No other amenities...Asked the activities desk for some options for thing.. everything they recommended was closed for the season.. including their slide and coaster.Booked this because it was the cheapest highest rated hotel I could find. Maybe during the winter since it is ski up it is better.... it’s fine, but not great.

I booked the hotel with my CC benefits at around the rate of ~$183 a night plus the ~$31; a discount, we thought. We expected a service similar to locations like Vail. Instead, we got a much lower service. We checked in and requested a room with a view if possible. We were told they were all booked and they were all with a view, but instead we got a room with a view blocked by the trees facing the parking lot area. We couldnt see a thing, and it didnt have a balcony. We found what seemed like a blood/makeup stain on the bed covers. We let the hotel know and they moved us to a different room. Turns out, they did have a room with a view and simply lied about it; it was exactly of the same quality as our room so it wasnt an upgrade, just a change. They then called to say there might be luggage, but we know there wasnt and checked later to see if there was any, but there wasnt. The water pressure in the bathroom wasnt strong enough and both the shower and the sink wasnt capable of removing water fast enough. The TV wasnt a smart TV and didnt have Netflix or anything else on it. We also requested tooth paste, which they charged $3 for. The first time we see a hotel charging for tooth paste...These things arent important if it was a ~$60 hotel, which is what you should set your expectation to. Anything beyond that as a rate is a waste of money and youre setting yourself up to be disappointed. The restaurant was excellent. The only saving grace for this hotel.

Definitely not worth the $300+ a night... we stayed here for my new husband and I’s honeymoon and we were far from impressed. First, we arrived at the resort and were pleasantly greeted they congratulated us on our marriage and we were sent off to our room. The room was not at all what we expected. We were told over the phone we would have one of the top rooms with a great view of the mountains... we had a view of our truck in the parking lot. I went to the front desk to ask for a possible upgrade but they said they did not have any other possible rooms available. We decided to cancel the rest of our nights stays at Snow King, and just stayed one night. They offered us $70 off to stay the rest of our trip, but we politely declined. It was very disappointing driving all the way from central Texas to what was supposed to be a “resort”.The room was very sub-par but the hotel employees were very friendly and apologetic, we do realize they could only do so much. An extra star is for the nice staff.

The room was fine upon first appearance, however that was not the case. The longer we were there, the worse things got.The fireplace did not work, the shower was covered in mildew, the floor heaters in the bathroom did not work, the walk-in closet light did not work and there were no cup towels in the kitchen. The furniture was worn and old looking, the bed was hard as a rock and terribly uncomfortable. At least the towels and sheets were clean. Also, the food and the service in the hotel restaurant was terrible. We had a drink and ordered appetizers in Hayden’s Post upon arrival and did not finish them. The guacamole was sour, if you could even call it guacamole. It was basically just mashed up avocado with no other garnish, seasoning or otherwise. The twice baked potatoes were just a hollowed out baked potato with a glob of cheese sauce thrown on it. The service was slow or basically non-existent.

8/2020: Cleanliness: 0. We had urine on our toilet seat when we entered (see pictures) & handprints all over the window (see pictures), plus bathroom tab was broken. HVAC is really odd. Only hot or cold with no consistent measurement. NOT okay for any of this stuff, especially at $350 a night. This isn’t a motel, but it resembled what I’d assume we’d see in a $50 a night motel. Rooms are small, but newly decorated. Location is what rates the stars higher. Lots to do within resorts. Ample parking.

We were in Jackson on vacation for July 4th weekend. When planning the stay, we thought the summer activities offered at Snow King would be perfect for our 4 kids. It turned out to be even more fun than expected. Our older kids loved the advanced ropes course while the younger ones loved the ropes course for little kids. Both are challenging and leave the kids with a great sense of accomplishment once completed. All the kids enjoyed the sled course (like a luge run) and the roller coaster. The staff is excellent and we couldnt have had a better time.

Ambience at night with player piano. Hot tub and pool available by reservation. Fitness room 24/7. During snow season, I am sure this place rocks...At the foot of the lifts. Mini golfing. The resort itself was fine. Fun activities to do. However, there was a significant amount of black mold in our condo shower. We contacted the front desk multiple times and gave management the opportunity to remedy the situation, but our concerns were ignored. No follow up from management, except for our review on another site being removed because “the property has been remodeled.” This was the case in the hotel area but the condos are NOT remodeled. I sense management is trying to cover up for their lack of ability to adequately respond to guest concerns during this time.

For $220+ a night, this is a mixed bag. It could be a nice hotel but it just misses the mark over and over. Ask for a room away from the elevator—noise just echoes in the hallway and the front desk staff does nothing to keep noise down at late hours. The resort fee includes the bus into town...which is already free in Jackson, so that was a rip off. No soap dish for the sink and no place in the shower to put your toiletries, so they sit on the floor. AC/heat is difficult to figure out. Hayden’s Post menu is limited and basic. We did have free s’mores on our first night which is nice, but I won’t likely won’t be a return customer.

Positive: Nice rooms, everything seemed newly updated. Parking onsite was included, and fairly easy for us. We brought our dogs with us, and there were ample areas to walk our dogs around. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was pretty good. Overall the stay wasnt bad, just a lot of small annoying things that added up.Negatives: I booked a package deal that included breakfast and pet fees, and it seemed like the hotel staff were confused about what it was the whole time. I had to go back to the front desk twice to get it all figured out. The Included breakfast in the package deal didnt even include coffee. Our hotel keys randomly stopped working in the middle of the stay, and that took 20-30 minutes to get fixed while we were locked out of our room without any of our other valuables. Water pressure in the shower was surprisingly bad, and the WiFi maybe worked 20% of the time.

Corona paranoia .#2 was we wanted to stay additional day or 2 .place was pretty dead and when I asked for a good price they said I would have to pay highest rate of the days I stayed there .meaning if I paid 10 for one day 20 for another and 30 for 3rd night for average of 20 a night I was told I can stay for 30 a night . Paid top dollar and for what, no room service, no any service, broken toilet paper holder, poorly designed rooms (ie no place to hold a bar of soap or shampoo in the shower, bed platforms that are long for the room, poor bathroom lighting) to having to wait in endless lines every day to get refills of toiletries, clean sheets, towels, etc. And as far as calling the front desk....forget it. No one answers and no one follows up. The restaurant was ok but again, the service is slow. We never got a bill upon check out. They take $250 up front for incidentals and you have no idea how it was used because you can’t get an email copy. So word to the wise, ask for a hard copy at check out because you will never be able to reach a live voice on the phone to help you. This hotel should close it up until they are able to hire sufficient staff to at least respond to theirguests.

The property was conveniently located. The staff were nice. The breakfast was good. Dislikes- I had to wait an hour after check-in time to get into my room. The property is undergoing upgrades, so at times it was a little noisy. The elevator had a sulfur smell that was bad. The tv didnt work. The lamp between the beds didnt work. The bathroom exhaust fan didnt work and the lighted mirror didnt work. One of the staff came barging into my room unannounced. He apologized, and said he didnt think the room was occupied.

The room was kind of small and cramped, the beds were comfy. The hotel restaurant didn’t have that good of service, the food wasn’t that good either. The rooms were hot and the air conditioning was set at 73° and we couldn’t turn it lower. The WiFi was terrible, it was so slow and sooo annoying, McDonald’s WiFi is better. It was okay overall but not that great.

Location location location! Right at the base of the ski slope, and a short walk to the center of Jackson. The staff were very friendly. The food at Haydens Post was really good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. So why only three stars? There was a bit of an odor throughout parts of the hotel, kind of like when you walk over a manhole cover in a city with an open sewer. Also the shower didnt have anywhere to set soap or other toiletries; so you may want to bring a suction cup shelf, or do yoga before your visit, I however did neither.

Lost power in room in the middle of showering, electrician was not on duty and shows up about hour and half latter. Was kinda bad because outside was very cold and rainy day... place was ok, looks clean and service in restaurant was limited due to COVID-19 which is ok. From my opinion, little bit overpriced (200+ per night) if we come in winter season, I will understand but in June I think it’s overpriced. None of amenities was not in service, so just for stay and sleep is $$$$

This was during Corona which may have been part of the problem but the service was terrible throughout the hotel. The rooms were fine but are small and the walls are thin.
