Nice place to stay. The rooms are special and quiet. Very convenient to downtown Jackson hole and to the national parks. Not far from the airport. Be aware that the office is only open a couple of days a week with limited hours

We were told that the rooms would sleep 4. These units are incredibly small. This place is fine for a couple, no more. The water is hot, so showers are wonderful. There is no storage for anything but skis, jackets, and maybe boots against the wall. There is only a armoire for your clothes, no closets and 3 drawers. There is no storage in the kitchen cabinets. Every cabinet is filled with something. The good news, its close to everything. The couch is nice. Not enough blankets for the pullout bed. There is only a very thin blanket. Especially since the heater is set between 65 and 68. There is no air conditioning, but Im not sure you would ever need it.

Place was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Price was good.

Well first of all, I love Jackson Hole, Wy. So, that being said. We went to check in at 6 pm on tues, when we arrived, nobody was there. Finally got somebody on the phone who gave me a code to get keys out of lock box. 2 days later, my daughter calls me from Fl to tell me the lady in the office was about to put our stuff on the street because we failed to pay the 74.00 cleaning fee. Like I didnt fly to Wyoming to NOT pay a cleaning fee. The reason they did not have my card on file is because they hacked it previously. The lady who works in the office is NEVER in the office. Maybe they can use my 74.00 to buy new sheets and a blanket that dont have holes in it for room 13. Had it not been for the rude office lady, we would probably stay again, even tho the whole place is outdated. Good luck to anybody who stays there.

Great place to stay! Close to slopes and great around town activities. 5 adults stayed here comfortably. Very clean! If you are looking for a fancy place, this is not it, but we really enjoyed staying here for the price.

Rooms were nice Ice maker didnt work, so the manager suggested that I buy ice across the street. Really? The office is only open for 2 days a week. Not very convenient if you need anything.

Henrietta and Arnold were so good about getting us the necessary handicap room. We appreciate the personalized care that the staff takes to accommodate their guests.Jackson Pines is an excellent location to access (very short walk) Jackson Square where the majority of in the restaurants and shopping is centered in Jackson.

Great stay, staff were super helpful allowing us to leave our bags in the office as we were early for check in. Also helped us find a lost item in left in the room.

Great place, central to a lot of activities in Jackson.

UPDATE Feb 2019--Snow removal is lousy and theres nobody available in the office to talk to when your upstairs neighbors decide to jump up and down for an hour, scream I love you at midnight while they run up and down the wooden walkway, or play really bad pop music at top volume. I would no longer recommend this place. Also, nothing has been fixed in over a year.--No snow removal and no handrails for steps. The room itself isnt bad and it has nice under floor heating, but standard hotel mattresses and lumpy couch.

Great location for skiing the area, and walking around JH. Condo was clean, and the built in coat/ski rack was perfect for our winter sports needs. The amenities and space fit our family of 5 perfectly. Only dings were for older construction around 2 floor building noise (as in, we could here footsteps above us due to a 2nd level creaky floor, whenever they walked around), and although the in floor heating was awesome, it did make the condo a bit too warm. Would use the Pines again for our Winter-ski-cation without hesitation!

This is a cute little skiing town. Wow on the prices of souvenirs!!

Clean, updated condos. Nice outdoor area out back to hang out in.

This place was terrible they did not let us know it dosent even have A/C we booked for 2 nights and left the second absolutely awful!
