Great loop, decent elevation change and a nice little summit view. Be comfortable looking for blazes as some downed trees have just blurred the track
Difficult hike - a lot of ups and downs. Pretty well maintained. There is mud. Dog friendly. On a beautiful day we saw a total of 5 other people on the 8.5 mile loop.
Youll get a good workout and a bit of solitude. Youll also get insects galore, some mud (even if it hasnt been raining), and places where the trail could be marked better. Overall, one of the better hikes in the area.
One of my favorite loop trails in the Ithaca area 4, 6 or 9 mile loops depending on which paths you choose to take.
Great walk with a wide variety of scenery. Has a couple releaf points if the full trail gets to be to much. It was pretty muddy but I went in April.
Great trail, very well marked, little muddy
