This place is clean and not very busy at all. If you have a small child this is a great pool. I did laps in the lap pool.

Pool is really nice. Its not as crowded as the West Irving. Staff is willing to help out. Facility is well maintained. Its a spacious environment. Slides are fun to ride.

The pool area is an average sized one. There is a nice kids playing area near to it

Very well maintained facility. Staff are friendly. Life guards are so good here and are very attentive. There is ample parking space but please note this is next to the park and other recreational activities and parking is shared. Kids love it here as there are small games available for them.

Really dumb water park. My cousin was wearing a swimsuit and they said she couldn’t go. My other cousin was barely touching the water and the staff yelled at me and said he couldn’t go into the pool. HE WAS NOT EVEN IN THERE! Stupid people waste of money. They don’t tell the rules before taking the money and they throw all these rules after four times ya being there

My family goes to this pool every summer, starting Memorial Day weekend, all the way to Labor Day weekend. Its one of our favorite family traditions. The staff are great, they have life jackets on site for little swimmers and the snack stand is well stocked.

So much cleaner than the South Irving Aquatic Center. This one was maintained clean water was clear staff was courteous. You can tell this is not South Irving. And that is wrong

We love this aquatic center! My kids are both under 5 and love jumping around in the pools and riding on the slides. This location is not very crowded and overwhelming like Hurricane Harbor would be. We feel safe and watched after with there lifeguard staff. Also I have to mention for Irving residents the pricing couldnt get any better! A fun place for the family!

Love bringing my toddler here in the summer. The play areas are fun for everyone and we have a blast each time we visit. I especially appreciate how attentive the lifeguards are and you can immediately see how seriously they take their jobs.

Pool is excellent, guards are good but the ladies bathroom is atrocious. Dirty and the ladies shower is overflowing. The drain is stopped up.

Fun place, except all the rules. I mean I felt like we were yelled at constantly. Can only slide one way, kids have to stay next to the parents. I mean I can see my 8 yo playing on the slide, my 18 mo doesnt like getting splashed yet. So we just decided to leave. Id prefer the lake. And youre not allowed to bring a floaty in the pool or any toys. How can you have fun with all the rules.

I wish that they wouldve explained the rules, so many families were confused about what was happening and why.

Private birthday party for two 3 year-old kids...awesome venue! Plenty to do for everyone, clean, and FUN! Kids all loved ot, and we loved that there were plenty of shady spots!

People were so rude at this place,even before entering the pool. You have to show whether you wore swim suit to enter in to this place.

Me and my sister and my niece had so much fun they even make you get out for a good 10-20 minutes to rest get some water eat something before youre able to get back in we will definitely be back someday

Was really fun they do have only two slides and if an adult were to go there that would possibly the only fun thing to do if they did not have a child,most of the water park is for little kids.

Lifeguard staff constantly blowing whistles and shooting to enforce arbitrary and sometimes made-up rules. I was told dont swim under the slide, it could fall down and crush you and dont touch the ropes. Not fun, staff are very negative.They require kids to wear official life-saving vests that an employee Ally says are only sanitized maybe once a month. Calling into the city for sure.

Their policies are excessive (they actually checked for my swim suit under my swim shirt) and no outside food or drinks being two of them. The place was quite dirty and had a lot of damage to the play structures for the price (I can understand adults being $8, but my preschooler was also $8 since we arent residents). We also werent warned about a 15-minute out-of-the-pool break (for the lifeguards to just play by themselves) that happened immediately after we arrived; try explaining that wait to a 1-yr-old and a 4-yr-old. Poorly managed city pool, but great slides for little ones.

Cimarron family aquatic center has the rudest staff that have no respect for adults. A birthday party was hosted for a friends child and it was completely ruined by the staff including manager that escalated a simple situation to calling the police and wasting an officers time. The family had brought homemade sandwiches, which the mother had approved by one of the staff members there, yet the manager decided the sandwiches looked to good to be homemade (hence this is a young man who probably has no training in the food industry/culinary arts). The childs party was ruined, the manager insisted on kicking EVERYONE out not considering everyone paid their own enterance- very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Never again will I go to this place. This review is coming from a former 10 year Water Safety Instructor of the City of Dallas with management experience and human experience on respect.

This RUDE KIDS are annoying with their whistles, they are only RUDE kids, they are not even fit to be lifeguards, Nice place at first, but definitely this rude KIDS know how to ruin the moment. They dont let people enjoy the moment.

I absolutely love this aquatics center! Its always clean and the lifeguards are a bit on the friendly side.

A little more expensive than other recreation pool counterparts, but then the other places do not have big slides and lap pools. They also have a small spray area separate from the main pool for infants and toddlers.Lifeguards are stricter, too, and with good reason. Parents, be prepared to be in the water with your little ones or you wont be admitted at all. I learned that the hard way.They also have a 15-min break at some point in the day (when I went there it was around 2pm) where everyone must be out of the pool.

Kid peed on the pavement side of the pool. Manager was alerted and did not bother to clean or add cones. Gross!!! OK finally cleaned it (after multiple people walked bare footed over the peed pavement).

I used to come here but the child lifeguards are extremely rude and dont know what dangers to look for. All they do is blow their whistle and scream at people. I saw a woman who looked out of breath and she was leaning up against the wall in the pool. Instead of someone asking her if she was ok, they started blowing their whistles and screaming get off of the wall. Who are these people? Are they the ones that are supposed to be watching our children for signs of trouble? Cant see it. Will try one more time to enjoy your park.

Guys who work there are douce bags. We walked in and they asked us that they were closing because of the thunderstorm. They asked us to wait until they open and after waiting for 45 mins we asked them to give us a pass for next day as it was getting late and we had a baby who needed to eat. They said that we need to wait until 9:00 pm before they can close. All parents were waiting outside and asking for pass and everyone was refused. They didnt even let kids use the bathroom. They gave us an excuse that they were talking to their director if they could close. The people who work there are really inconsiderate.

This was my favorite place to bring my son. But it has become so strict..now he cant even get on the big water slide because he has to have a green bracelet (hes 7 yrs old and HE CAN SWIM). Wth? I know my son can swim, cant you take my word for it? I know I wouldnt let him go on the slides if he didnt know how to swim! They also told my sister ( 15 y/o) she needed one to swim in the lap lanes when they clearly saw her swiming perfectly fine. The lifeguard who told her that was just so rude. Done with this place, no wonder not that many people come here and they prefer the West Irving Aquatic center.
