Always fun to go the comedy shows here! Some of the shows are quite reasonably priced and still very funny. Get there early to sit in the first level for a better view.

What a fun night! Great for dates or just a friends night out. The audience participation was hilarious and engaging, making it feel much more exciting and intimate than just a show. It also made me appreciate the talent of the actors. Truly talented cast.

Great place Ive been there three times now and it is a great venue for the price you pay. Food is good drinks are.....well just drinks but not terribly expensive. You can eat at your table during the show if you like or just have a drink. Booth seating is for parties 4 and over the rest is tall top tables and bar stools.They are very organized there and the facility is very clean. The popular comedians sell out very fast I suggest you get their email flyer to keep up to date and book tickets fast.

Great location! Clean place, the staff from will call, to the server was awesome and polite. Great seats and sound system. Saw a great line up. Parking was easy.

First time drive in Comedy club?! It was ok.. it was definitely different than before Covid-19... The comics were ok. Rob Sneider was the headliner.. he was funny.. However I didnt go myself but I heard the concession stand did NOT have alcohol... So my friends and I went down and got some at Yard House...

Great venue, hilarious acts. Food and drinks not too bad. They have a 2 item minimum, but didnt seem to enforce that rule at all. Would definitely recommend checking out a show here. Got tickets for cheap on Goldstar.

Came here for a comedy show. It was $15 per ticket at the door. Customers are required to buy at least 2 drinks. I ordered the Darker the berry - fresh blackberries, vodka, lime juice, sage simple syrup, ginger beer. It was fruity and refreshing. I was not a big fan of alcohol, and the alcohol taste was not strong! Love it!The comedy show I watched had 6 comedians, and my favorite is John Huy Nguyen! I will start following him in social media!

Great service! Our waiter was extremely nice, when they ran out of micheladas he was nice enough to offer the last ones on the house and he gave us 2 souvenir glass cups as well. Had a great night, Felipe Esparza was the main comedian and he was funny as hell, so were the guys who opened for him.

We saw Anjelah Johnson here on Valentines Day/night. She put on a great performance, very very funny.Get there early/make dinner reservations & youll get better seating. Like any other Improv, they squish as many people in here as they possibly can. You must be comfortable sitting/eating/drinking/watching the show with complete strangers. In order to sit in a booth you must have a party of 4 - better seating/better view/more comfortable/not squished.

The new(ish) Irvine Improv is really nice. The comedians are always fun. Staff is pretty cool too. Go out and have some fun my friends!

One of my favorite places for date night. Drinks and dessert are always great, especially the buffalo cauliflower, lava cake and churros. Service could be a bit quicker but the comedians are always on point. Tonight we saw Bobby Lee at a sold out show and he was a riot!

They customer service is always great and the acts are always hilarious! Also the food is really good and not outrageously priced. Plus they rotate the menu items. Perfect date night our night out with friends! Not a bad seat in the house either!

Much larger than the previous Irvine improv, which I see as a big win. The stage is wider and deeper with a nice screen adorning the rear wall. The audio system sounds fantastic and the servers there are super attentive and accommodating. Food was good, bit the beer listing could be better.

Ive seen Chris Delia here and it was a great time. It was first come first serve for seats but I was still able to find something near the middle. I would like to see reserved seating soon.

This comedy club is really nice inside! The girls working the ticket counters were fast and friendly. The acoustics were perfect, you could hear each comedian well. There are a variety of seat types. In the front, theres family-style tables. Up a few steps behind that, Theres a wall with bar seats all facing the stage. Behind them there are more tables, and behind that half-circle booths. :) GET THERE EARLY TO GET A GOOD SEAT!! I got there 45 min before start time and the place was already half full! It also will give you time to enjoy their foods! Youre required to order 2 items (drinks or food) so I got the spinach dip, and the edamame humus & baba ganoush (with veggies instead of pita chips). It felt like the food arrived as quickly as the order came out of my mouth! So Fast!! And Good!! I was expecting something cheap (even though the price isnt $13 & $14 respectfully) but it was all really good quality food! You could tell it was made from scratch. And my server Alex (? - Ill edit this after if thats not his name) was amazing!!! He was super attentive and beyond welcoming!! I went to the show solo, and he made sure I didnt feel weird about that. Haha Idk if you can request servers, or server sections, but if you can...request Alex.

Great place to see some of the best comics in the business. We have also had company events here, great spot. Also, they must have switched chefs here, because the food got a lot better. A lot!

Great location to go see a comedy act. Food is good and drinks are good. Not overly priced, but like all comedy clubs tight quarters. The layout is nice and a booth on the lower level is great, 4 is a bit tight but good seats. The parking is a problem since the structure is on the opposite side of the shopping area from the club. I recommend using the valet parking more convenient to the club, it is across the street and about 1/2 a block up from the club.

It was amazing. My girlfriend and i went to see the comedian Corey Holcomb. He was amazingly funny. Drinks were well and food was pretty good also.. I like it.. Cool laid back place.

Went to see Gabriel Iglesias Sunday. Service was prompt and courteous. Little bit distracting when they are checking in on tables during the performance. Definitely worth getting there early to get a seat closer to the stage. Back tables gave us a good view if the stage still but had to be careful to avoid a few seats that had views blocked by the pillars.

This place is huge and that was my first big takeaway! the staff is very nice and work quickly. we breezed through the line and were inside the venue within minutes of arriving. the waiters really got our drinks out quickly and did it all with a smile! the show was awesome and hilarious. the stage design itself felt great and really close to the audience. i would definitely come back and see another show soon.

I came with a group of friends for a birthday celebration and we all loved it! Had a great time here with lots of laughs. You wanna get here early for good seating. The wait staff was polite and attentive. The Desserts are not that great but everything else entertainment wise was awesome. If you need a good laugh your looking in the right direction, I would highly recommend this place.

Came here for a work comedy night and had a great time! We had reserved tables with a great view in front of the stage. All the food we had was also surprisingly good (hummus & pita, spinach & artichoke dip, margherita pizza, and chicken tacos). Waiters were attentive and kept the drinks coming. The comedian of the night Ian Bagg was pretty funny too. Overall great experience, hope to be back soon.

Excellent venue in Irvine. Staff here are great. Typical bar food menu, and youre right up front with the comedians if you got sat at the front section. Id def come back again

I attend Comedy pretty often, Irvine is definitely a favorite. Great shows and Food is really good compared to competitors (comedy venues) I dont agree with the price for french fries but I guess we must pay the price for location etc.. Ps. Buffalo cauliflower is on point.

Great show was a blast . Was first time we went will definitely do more. Maz Jobrani and Tehran were hilarious food and drink and dessert was great too.same as waiters.

We went for Craig Robinsons show! He was amazing. The place was great with lots of seating, food and drink options.Ticket checking line/wait wasnt too long. The nearest parking is a block away. No complaints.

South OC crowds are the best in comedy. Never a bad night at this place. People are there to have fun. 1/2 the crowd isnt stressing out about the two items minimum like every club north of the 55.

Ive always loved Irvine but never experienced the improv It was absolute fun! Waiters are friendly, coo and of course complimented my LBC shirt onion rings are good be sure to try the fried object the comedians awesome! Definitely going back for some more laughs and better freaking pics! Cheers

This place gets a fantastic circuit of comedians-and even the openers are hilarious. Great food, streaky staff, highly recommend VIP.

Taylor Williamson was funny. So were the warm ups, but unfortunately I cant remember their names.

Me and my husband loves to laugh. And so its really nice not to have to drive all the way to Los Angeles to go to a good comedy club. The best comedians simply come here. Its a nice place and weve never had a bad experience. Comedian says it has ranged from good to funny and if there were some mediocre comedians the Final Act made up for it. But usually the comedians are worth the time. A great place.

Had a great time. The food was better than it was in the past and Brad Williams is freaking hilarious.

Love the people at our table the food was very good the drinks were on point the comedy just was dry it was one good comic out of six or seven thats not good odds but everything else was on point

This place is so fun great admisphere good food service is excellent and funny place to enjoy your evening. Had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich its spicy but good with fries. The Margaritas were very good as well.

In giving it 4 stars because the atmosphere was popn. The serve drinks and who doesnt like dinner and a show. But the food wasnt all that great. I had the sliders and they were plain and dry.

Great venue! Fantastic environment for a show and no technical glitches at all. Got lucky with some great seats, too.

It was raining and they let us in early so we wouldnt have to stand in the rain. Thank you!!! Waiters were very nice and fat to get us out drinks. Bobby slayton was awesome and loved every minute of the show. People go to comedy shows to escape the political correctness. Her is truly the Pitbull of comedy. I wouldnt have traveled to Irvine if Bobby want doing his act. Ive seen many shows of his and they are all different. He created the show from his audience. Be forewarned that if you sit in front, you will be made fun of but he will cover your drinks as a thank you for being an unwilling participant.

Expensive but delicious menu, mediocre beer selection. With the nature of the business, the show will be slightly interrupted by wait staff taking & delivering orders, but they do their best to minimize the damage. Its a big place with an amazing soundsystem. It still has the brick wall background, but its missing the iconic IMPROV letters. Come see a show here.

Great layout and excellent food, but can you please turn down the air conditioner?? I was there last Saturday to see Carlos Mencia and it was freezing in there. I heard at least a dozen couple complain about it throughout the night, and a few people from our table left early because of how cold it got.

Do not trust prices on their menu! I paid $ 46 for a $ 41 bottle of wine!!Foods were cold and 30 min after we asked for forks they brought it to us,There is no seat or table Number on the tickets it means if you want a good table, you need to be there two hours earlier,But the show was great and I am still interested to go to the next shows.

I loved it! Service there was fast! We got seated, they took our order, and food and drinks were ready within 10 minutes! All this was as we arrived at the Improv!

Great place! Always have someone great on stage and the service is outstanding. Its especially hard since theyre working in the environment they are, and they make it look easy. The food is delicious and reasonably priced.

This place is awesome! The food and drinks are not overly priced and are served by the nicest of servers. If you want a good seat, come early. The line can get long pretty quick. if youre not familiar with the location, Park in the number 200 parking structure. Itll be right across the street.

Great comedy club, but tables are a bit cramped. If youre in a wheelchair ask to be seated first and the staff are very accommodating. Food is tasty and not as expensive as you might imagine, and the servings are good.

Well managed and great entertainment for us locals. Service is excellent.

Horrible wait time, 500 plus people standing in line for over an hour. 9:15 doors are supposed to open... waited for over an hour to get seated and gave up, asked for a refund. If thought out by management...you could have had that many people who could have been buying drinks and food by simply communicating the wait time. Poor management, disappointing evening at the Irvine Improv.

Our server was very kind! My boyfriend has had throat issues and asked for hot tea if they had it. They certainly dont sell it but he went and found a green tea bag, cut up lemons, and a side of honey with hot water in a cute mug. Truly outstanding service!And Maria Bamford was phenomenal!

Staff is always efficient. Drinks and food are great. They host a wide range of comedians so you can always find something. Just always had a great experience.

This comedy club is large and the food you get and the drinks are all great. My only problem with it is that theyve put way too many tables in there. I understands they want to fit more people in and make more money, but it gets really ridiculous when the waiter cant even reach us sitting in the middle of a long table with a million people around us! They really have to think of a solution for this problem.

Easy seating and the service was fast and a decent value.

Its a comedy club and the comedians did their job very well. We were there for a company function. First off, we were short on tables. The servers were very unorganized. We got two drink tickets, but they just kept serving dtinks (good for us, but not for the company). We ordered food but never received it, and i am sure they charged the company for it. We would order a drink, they semed to forget, then would show up with two of them.it took mumerous reminders to get anything. All in all, fun evening, but too disorganized for any company functions, and though i did not pay the bill, i am sure many charges occured for food not received.

Laughed hard . . . The kind of laugh you do out loud and your eyes water. Came to see Jeremy Piven. He was very funny! A true professional! We were pleasantly surprised by the opening act Tehran. He was hilarious!!! He has an hour long show on May 21st. I highly recommend it . . . Skip work and sleep, laugh instead.I would have given 5 stars, but the venue is just ok. Drinks are weak, yet expensive. Most seats have a good view of the show, but very close to the person next to you. Glad we had nice people. . . Made new friends.

Superb Theatre!!! Every seat in this place is a good seat!! They even gave my wife a complimentary birthday cake with candles when they found out it was her birthday!!!

The Spectrum is spectacular. Nice restaurants, and great shops. But disappointed in Irvine Improv for starting there show, more than an hour late.

A fun time accompanied by surprisingly good food. It was shocking to me how they could serve so many people all at virtually the same time.

This was the first time we have been to Irvine Improv Comedy Club. The venue was small but that added to the show. everyone was very friendly and helpful. No issues with any of the staff. We had premium seating so we got to sit up close to the stage. We would go back to see a show again.

Great venue, great show. Spend the extra money up front for the Premium Booth...so worth it and after dinner and drinks it doesnt really cost anything more than sitting in a random table!

The comedian Carlos Mencia was so funny and we loved our seats and food.

Never too crowded and theres good sound and view of the stage no matter where youre seated. The food is good and they can make vegetarian burgers if you ask even though theyre not on the menu (if that changes there are other options too). Great service from a friendly staff. Its surrounded by so many stores and restaurants in the Spectrum so if you go to a late show you can walk around, go to dinner, or shop. Easiest way to find parking is to go straight to the structure next to the Edwards theater, once youre down by the shops walk to your right and its nearby, next to Umami Burger and Tender Greens.

We went on a girls night out and the show was great until the last comedian got angry at some drunk girls in the crowd and threw a fit and quit!!! geeze you would think considering the tickets are free with a 2 drink minimum that they could deal with a few drunks better!! But the first 4 comedians were funny!!! they are worth seeing. The last guy who threw a tantrum wasnt as funny as the first guys and the tantrum on top of his not so hilarious act. I would go again the service was excellent and hopefully the same guy wont be there.
