I signed up my son for basketball every Sunday afternoon at Concordia university’s gym in Irvine. Even though coach Steven is a perfect and caring coach, the management is terrible. They even don’t send us an email if there is no basketball class for any reason, but they absolutely deduct the fee from our account. We went the week after Easter ( two weeks ago) and there was no class because the gym was busy due to some games. Again, we went today and there was no class because of renewing the gym as the security told us and we were not informed in neither weeks but we paid for these classes that we did not attend. Sooo unprofessional!
