Fun crafts store, smaller than most other Michaels, but still had a lot of stuff

I walked in to a great sale going on- I was in the right place at the right time.I was looking for building materials.

They always have good sales going on. Very clean and its easy to locate items. Employees are nice

I love going to this Michaels as its close to home and there are often great deals! I always find the cashiers friendly and the staff willing to help.I have to admit that Im really disappointed by the Framing Department/Aaron Brothers, though. The first employee was very helpful in explaining our options. We came in with the poster the second time and the employee and manager didnt know how to do a matte lamination. They said they would speak to the first employee and get it completed.It was due to be completed on the next Monday. I stopped by in the early afternoon and I knew there was a possibility it wouldnt be ready, and it wasnt. I was told wed get a phone call. By 7 pm, we called in to see if it was ready and we were put on hold so long the call transferred back to the queue. We got tired of waiting so we decided to go in person. It was not ready.We finally got a phone call on Tuesday night that it was ready and I picked it up the next morning.When we put it up, we realized it had some pretty obvious dents in the foam. We decided to leave it as is because we didnt want to deal with chasing them again.Disappointed in this service.

Came out here for a special halloween release and it went very smooth amd will be attending one again wjen they have one.

Store like all others staff can. Be helpful if your a middle aged women that scrapbooks beads or sews. But a male aged 25-45 bombarded with questions about your project while being looked at like your in the wrong store and next time send the wife. Cricuts are amazing staff needs better training as I noticed they push any other way to create. I may have judged them back but overall men check out Hobby lobby except Sundays they are closed.

I waited several hours for my curbside pickup email. It was coming close to closing time so I called and the staff was pretty rude about it. I had to push them to check to see if it was ready and when they came back saying it wasnt ready, I just had them cancel the order. They literally just had to put a few items in a bag.

Needed art supplies and Michaels has what I needed.

Esoteric kid goods, well sort of as its not kids in the traditional sense, think friendly toys for big kids who never want to grow up

Staff is helpful but the store is pretty organized so not so hard to find what you need. Parking is easy too.

A comfortable place for general stationery and other school items, play items for children.Plenty of free parking. The staff is courteous.

Michaels is pretty good for art supplies. It also has occasionally good sales. Quality is ok. Michaels does have a good collection of frames and cooking equipment by Wilton. They have yarn and jewelry supplies and lots of kids art supplies.

Favorite place to go for craft materials. Good selection. Good prices.

Josh is a great staff there. Everybodys there kind and nice. But Josh did an exceptional and great job for me(and of course I believe he does for other customers, too). This holiday season is the most busiest day and time for them and for us too. He never frustrated and showed his emotion even though he has a lot of requests and pressure from customers and a long line for cashiers, but served his customers with a sincere and kind attitude. Thanks to him and also other staff, I got great deals for Christmas deco and the tree I want.p.s Alexis and the man with a black shirt(he looks like a manager at the Micahels) are also kind and patient. And I hope the headquarter of Micahels can give them more staff(at least 1-2 ppl more) or more budget for hiring, especially this season. They are working so hard w/ short staff!!!

Decent Michaels that opened recently. Plaza has a lot of one stop shopping for the OC crowd: trader Joes and home goods are on either side.

Had just what we needed. Checkout was fast, and we used the 40% coupons from the website/app. I had no cell phone or internet service once inside the store, so I had to log onto the stores wifi. It didnt take long. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes.

All ways have but go when prices are real good

This store is really small compared to other Michaels in the area. Half thebtime it doesnt have what Im looking for, but the staff are friendly and helpful especially with coupons. When I call, they relay product information to me in a timely manner.

Good variety of craft material s and the location is convenient to the freeway.

I love any craft store, I can spend hours in there, usually friendly staff but met a couple in this location that werent very helpful.

This Michael store didnt have lot of items that other does and staff also seems to be lesser. But it is nicely arranged and still one of best one when it comes to small budget.

Great store but they were out of a few things that was advertised on their website.

Found what I was looking for and I always find ideas for more things Id like to make!

They had everything I was looking for with a courteous and friendly staff to help me answer my questions.

I love Michaels anyway, but I called ahead to see if they had certain markers in stock. Brianna the operations manager answered the phone and found the markers and took a picture of them so she could remember and tell me everything they had, told me the cost, offered to put them on hold for me, and told me where they were in the store. She really went above and beyond! Thank you!

Difficult to find things you need.

I gave it 3 stars bc Ive never encountered an issue in buying things with coupons. Well today the employee told me I could only use 1 coupon a day. What? Nope never heard that before or had an issue. Whatyagonnado? I just wont go to this one anymore.
