We visited the park yesterday for the first time and wasn’t disappointed. From the moment we arrived we had a very pleasant experience. The staff are all helpful and the site itself is very clean. You can see how much they care about all the animals and it’s lovely to see the enclosures are all very spacious which you don’t see often when visiting zoos etc. My 5 year old daughter loved getting to cuddle a penguin as did I. The eagles of paradise display was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed learning about each species. We will definitely be returning in the future and 100% recommend to anyone looking for a lovely day out whether it be as a family, couple or group visit.
Nice clean & close to everything. This park has several benches looking at the new arena for the Rams & Chargers. Those same benches have grills shadowed by the trees above & walking trails around the park that transitions into jogging trails that are padded for reduced shin stress. The recreation center is open frequently for activities & entertainment as well.
*COVID related review*Recently, I went here for a brisk walk with baby in stroller. Its a nice quiet track with very few people utilizing the space. Most people wore masks while walking, runners not so much, and the kids play area is limited to slides.Parking lot is small yet there was ample parking. There are plenty of open spaces in the grassy area shaded with trees.Rating is a 3 because this was my first time visiting since quarantine rules were relaxed.
This park is great a hidden gem. Excellent views of the new Sofi Rams Stadium, existing path has rubber like surface great for walking or light jog. Good number of benches and areas for family gathering
The City of Inglewood has Darby Park right next to the new stadium. Its user friendly. I like the padded track. Hopefully it keeps its hometown feel.
Good place to walk your pet, the soft/padded walking surface is comfortable. The park provides areas for various activities; skateboarding, exercising, tennis, baseball, Bar-B-Q/ picnic area, ..something for all ages. Grounds are well maintained.
Darby Park was relaxing. Not to crowded. Sitting area near the trees. Nice picnic location.
Good park to exercise, play handball and other sports as well
I go walking at this park. Too see other being active and enjoying themselves make me smile and motived to continue to go.
Everybody wearing thete mask there is social distance in place not crowed well kept
A great place for walking they have a nice walking path friendly nice people its a place for families that was my first time there and I absolutely loved it cant wait to go back my new Walking place!!!
Love going there, I take my boys for Baseball practice. No problem, it friendly park to visit with Fams, and friends. Or with your pet as well. Many come to walk, jogging, run, on the walking path. Very nice doing exercise, seeing the new beautiful view of the L.A.Rams/& Chargers new stadium. They need to upgrade the basketball courts, and the swimming pool.
They have fixed the track with the bounce back rubber padding atmosphere is great
Clean / neat..safe.. yes bring the kids after covid 19 is over...
Nice little park with many options to enjoy the outdoors. A great 1mile padded track to get your running or walking done. A killer view of the massive stadium being built, city landscape, sunset and continued flow of airplanes going to LAX. Bath rooms on two areas of the park.Depending on luck, there might be an unstable person around, but is usually safe.
A good place for children to play. It is clean and has a wide place to run to.
Its a decent quiet place to enjoy any type of outdoor gatherings
Beautiful park but too many people to feel safe during #covid
Light leg workout around the cushioned track and in the skate park area.
Its okay you get people selling drugs through there. But nice park otherwise
Quiet, people out BBQing, skateboarding, walking dogs and walking the track.
Nice park to take a walk while surviving COVID-19
Very clean, quiet, plenty of area for walking and a nice amount of grass area
Nice quiet well stocked park, well kept grounds,no trash and immaculate bathrooms. Lovely experience
Good turf to walk on. Typically has machines for abs and legs, but closed due to COVID-19.
This is a decent park, thats about to transform into a busy one once the Rams stadium is done. I love it for jogging and walking with my family. I urg e people to enjoy it while its still light in user-ship
Nice park hidden behind the new stadiums. Great place for a picnic.
Ive lived here my whole life, I will never get bored here. Theres always something to do, whether its nightclubs, kayaking, surfing, bars, parasailing, sky diving.
Pizza is always good, and a great price.
Peaceful morning walk here are the best
Nice park with lots of different activities to explore.
Great place if youre a walker. Park is clean.
I love this park because is has so much areas to explore me and my brother go the Darby park every Saturday to play basketball
I been going to Darby Park since, I was a youngster so back in the park was ugly. But now a beautiful Park. Everything became changed, now Darby Park is beautiful one again. 3 fantastic baseball field, you could run, walk, jog, weather on your own, or someone one else, or with your pet, and much more around this park. Now the best is walking into the Darby Park, a great view of the new Los Angeles Rams & Chargers new Stadium coming soon. A safe park to come with Familys and Friends. Come through and check it out. CITY OF CHAMPIONS Go Lakers & Go 49ers
Good place to go walking. Restrooms are not the best and stall door didnt work. Playground is nice for kids (they have a few to choose from). Swings are nice but need some work since they squeak a lot.
It was great being at the park. I hadnt been in a while. New features have been added.
Beautiful park and, the staff there on Saturdays like today. They were very helpful.
A great place to exercise and social distance
Nice park, to visit and work out
I grew up in Inglewood, played my first little league baseball game at this park, back in 67 I saw the trail that we used to use to come in from the back side...
This park really has been changing before my eyes in terms of quality and safety. This was the main spot for a lot of meetings / gatherings / celebrations and this is still true today. Im surprised the city of Inglewood is actually investing in its public spaces. Giving individuals and their families a safe place to have a good time is an important factor to help uplift the community. I hope Inglewood continues this trend.
The park was nice and an excellent place to exercise
So this park is one of me and my childrens favorite parks I grew up across the street from this park me and my siblings have some good memories here, plus who luvs the long track they have here to run, chase your kids, and walk your dog just fun not to mention THE WORK OUT EQUIPMENT THEY HAVE IS just all the way around AWESOME FOLKS CHECK IT OUT ONE DAY HAVE A BLESSED DAY PPL THE MOST HIGH GOD IS FIRST NEVER LAST
Its a very clean and scenic park. Nice playground and walk path.
I like the track I use to run 3 mile 2 days out of the week.
This park was super cool. It has a huge area containing not only a playground but a place where adults and teens can workout. Although the parking lots are pretty small so its a little difficult sometimes to find a parking spot.
Its quiet and peaceful
It’s a nice park but to many people smoking weed in the parking lot.
They dont let you play soccer on a open grass field which doesnt make no sense...its supposed to be a park
Excellent walking track!
Great park to walk, play and relax. You can play tennis, softball and soccer. There are places to relax and read, also picnic with family & friends. Its well maintained and the staff does a great job of continuing to make this patk a viable part of the Inglewood community.
They did the tennis courts really nice. They should put the green curtain though in the back of each Court. Very nice park though
Very nice place for playing sports (skateboard, basket, tennis, baseball, running) or for relaxing on the meadows or having a barbecue (the BBQs with the charcoal grates are on the place, you just have to bring your own cooking grate).*inside there is a structure for multiple activities and among these there is a fitness gym
Cool place to Walk.
Good place to workout outside
Fun place to exercise! Fun place to play.
Pretty clean and well-kept. The track is in great shape and has a wonderful view of the forum and rams stadium.
Love Darby park.... Nice place to converse, with your trees!

Great place to take a walk
Beautiful and track was fantastic
Its a clean park. The parking lot could have used a bit of help but overall its a great place to get a jog in.
Nice park not good to fly drones
Parking lot was closed but u can park on the street and walk in the park.....
Great views of the stadium under construction.
Great atmosphere!!
Clean, Airy and no one bothering you...very peaceful!
This is a good value alternative to some of the pricey hotels in the area - we liked the kitchen facilities so we could cook our own food - there is a weekday breakfast in the foyer which we didnt try so cant comment- fantastic pool area which we used every day (Royal Plaza on Scotts take Note!!) - very friendly staff - gymnasium and washer/dryer facilities available - within walking distance of Orchard Road area and Botanical Gardens - we would stay here again for sure- Recommended
A peaceful, beautiful green space to walk on a padded track. Abundance of trees. Offers yoga, etc. Staff did not have ice pack when child fell on playground. Otherwise I wouldrate five stars.
Nice place to play with your kids, tennis court, swings, etc.. and open field tu run with your pets, too. Enjoy it!
Jogging in this park for the past 30 years...many upgrades..many friends..a place of solace!!
Great place to work with amazing people and environment.
Cute and quaint little park nestled in Inglewood. Very unassuming, but a hidden delight.

The view is awesome. Normally workpout at this park. No one bugs you and everyone just minds their business.
Great park grew up in the neighborhood bring my kids here....
Small green space located next to the Marting Luther King Jr community center. The park is kept very clean and landscaped, it has a few picnic tables and bbq grills.
This is a More than meets the eye kind of park. It has ample greenery space and a decent walking trail. My son plays on the Jr. Lakers team there and all of the coaches and team assistants are nice, want the kids to develop a love for the sport and develop discipline on the way. My son will be playing for them again this season and Im looking forward to it.
Nice big space, great for family and dogs. Playground for children.
Clean. Quiet. A nice place to get away.
I love this park, one of my favorite
Darby Park is one of my childhood parks and it continues to age gracefully over time. I truely love this park
Love this park peaceful and clean. And no dogs off leash thank god
Stumbled upon this park while out roaming the city. Enjoyed the scenery a well as the shaded areas in the park.
