When you began to ask for cover in the best night club in Indy on Saturdays yet turn out to be whack. Common Rocklobster I have been loyal to this place for almost 10 years yet you want to be greedy on Saturdays? Common you know bripple is a college town neighborhood not a greedy place.

They charged $18 for a double of jameson. They make you buy a bottle of water instead of just giving you water. This wasnt even an event or anything, just ridiculous prices. Theyll charge you extra for using a CC and when you ask theyll say its on the signs. I was DD and fully sober, I can guarantee you there were no signs in sight. Predatory on the drunk IMHO. stay clear.DJ was just okay, probably best thing about the place, but not worth the service and drinks.

I would seriously give NO stars, if it were available. Security wasnt smart enough to discern my wife only had 1 beer all night. They wouldnt let her in after friends spent money to get in to meet up with her there. I (the husband) spent money there to get inside and get drinks. The security officer had no absolute reason why he wouldnt allow my wife inside other than personal reasons, I wish the officer would provide legitimate reasons but he couldnt. Not professional at all

I like clubs that arent only focused on the dance floor. This place has several other areas away from the dance floor and multiple bars placed throughout. The drinks are priced the same as every other club. It is great visit in the summer when the outdoor back patio is open.

Rude bouncers & staff. Music is always the same just as the overpriced drinks.. sigh

My friends and I always make it to Rock Lobster whenever we make it out to Broadripple. Its usually our first and last stop. The servers are very attentive and polite. Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes to receive my drinks no matter how busy the place it.By design, Rock Lobsters atmosphere is great. Its a very large building that has about 4 different rooms. There is a place to dance, quiet enough spaces to hold a conversation and another great outdoor area. The bouncers are very friendly and never give off any bad vibes. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that like to get crazy and have a good time with a large group of friends.HOWEVER, the bathrooms are quite possibly the most disgusting I have ever seen in a public place. Quite honestly, Ive lived in dorms that have 10x more sanitary bathrooms. Im not talking about filth that accumulates throughout a busy Friday or Saturday night, Im talking about filth on top of old filth. I would avoid the bathrooms at all cost!

This place is great for drunken dancing. It is dark, really loud, and has a smoke machine. The elevated dance floor is tiny, and great for dancing with strangers!Honestly, some of my best memories of dancing in Broad Ripple are here, late at night. Wait to come here after midnight, and once you have already had a couple of drinks.

Love this place. Great for every young crowd, be it single or couples. For singles there many others looking for the being mingle. For couples its a really good platform to show off your moves.

Good bar in the heart of downtown Indy.

Place was a lot bigger than I thought. There seemed to be a bar in about every other room I went into. The music was decent and the dance floor was packed.

Dirty bathrooms, expensive drinks, so so music. So many nicer places within walking distance. Not worth the time or money.

If you ask for a water you have to buy bottled water. This bar is wack. The bartender was annoyed when I even asked about water. Literally every bar just gives you water lol

Bars arent really my thing, and that I must say. That being said, this one was so crowded and so noisy. If a club like atmosphere is your thing, Id say it accomplishes that. There are multiple rooms and multiple bars, so chances are you wont have to wait long for booze. Thats a plus.

Last night I been in rock lobster club,there is a security guard it is about 3 years that I know him he work there, he is aggressive guy I am not gonna go any more in that club I I’ll tell my friends to don’t go to this club anymore,

Ive been here a couple times, but the door guy is definitely racist/ very judgemental. How can I come to your bar last summer with the same pair of pants but now this summer theyre unnacceptable

Decent spot to find a ratchet at 2am but thats the only good thing about this place.The DJ plays the same boring mix of 5 year old EDM.Definitely not a safe spot for girls, you will be groped and harassed by disgusting kromaggs and then yelled at when you decline their offers.Most of the staff is cool except for the bouncer at the front and the manager. They are both jerks to patrons for no reason.The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting.Oh and dont ask for water thinking its free. They will charge you for it.

The bouncer outside was horrifically rude, so bad I almost left before even going in. The fact you have to buy water after drinking when they obviously have tap water is ridiculous.

Terrible bar. When we were here they were refusing to give out tap water, instead gave out bottled and threatened that there would be a charge for having more than one. What kind of bar wont give out tap water for free? When we asked the manager why we couldnt just have tap water he got weirdly belligerent and aggressive with us and refused to give us a real answer - very unprofessional behavior. Go to one of the many other bars in Broad Ripple instead.

Just a bar. Meat market. Dance and get regular drinks w your friends.

Avoid at all costs. Worst series of bars in the entire Midwest. I would be emberassed to own these establishments.
