After researching several restorers of oil paintings and speaking with Guy Davies I took a 1955 oil painting to his studio in Indianapolis. Guy was upfront about the damage and what could be done and what to expect with the appearance.. Also had to replace the frame and several choices were given..The finished repair is amazing..i will attempt to add before and after pictures later...
