Nice little mom & pop business. Employees were very friendly even when they struggled to keep up on a busy night.Movie picture was very sharp considering the old screen. Sound through radio station 93.1 FM was clear and announcements articulate.Building restrooms were closed but multiple Porta Pottys were available.Popcorn was really good. They offered both fountain drinks and cans. Variety of grill items, snacks, candy, even cotton candy!

They did a great job with sound and everything for the Garth Brooks Concert!

I love taking my family to the drive-in movies. We get to spend quality time together and watch some great movies at a reasonable price. I am glad to see the drive in reopening. Hopefully it will remain open for next spring / summer season. We would love to go again.

The staff was very friendly. The food was great. It was a nostalgic night. The smells, the fun, the movie. We had a great time showing our kids what our childhood was like!

The Motor Vu Drive-In is such a fun environment they have amazing staff that are always on top of things. Me and my family really enjoy going there:) the food is always amazing and we always have a good time. The staff goes out of there way to make that happen good job everyone :)

To put it gently... if I had the choice to eat their food and try the venue or eat 15 pounds of Haribot sugar free gummy bears, Id go with the gummy bears. Went to the David Archuleta concert tonight with VIP passes.The concert itself: 10/10The food and venue: 0/10The VIP tickets came with premium parking. Which we didnt get. They also came with free venue food, which (surprise) we didnt get even after waiting for 2 1/2 hours. We specifically checked for the food twice, and when we went after the concert to check again, they didnt have the food and turned off the grills so they couldnt fulfill it. Literally the most reliable thing from Motor Vu was their ability to take our money. Oh and the toilets were reliable... I guess.They oversold the VIP passes, were WAY undermanned for the services, and were complaining about how their customers are SO needy. Never going there again.Oh one last thing. Major thank you for the free dead mosquito in my Mountain Dew I ordered. Free protein?

Went to see David Archuleta in concert live. It was truly wonderful! Parking was fast, the screen was huge and the quality of a video was amazing. The sound was great too. The food they served was simply delicious!

Fun for the whole family. Great experience for having to practice social distancing right now. Using the radio for sound is a good idea. Overall great activity..... Except when the Owners try to tell you to move your car because they were about to reserve the spot your parked in. There was nothing to indicate it was a taken spot but a minuet after I parked I was approached twice and asked passively aggressively to move forward because they were ABOUT to reserve that spot for friends. And the second time they tried saying they were the owners. The look on my face must have made them stop talking but how rude.

Went to see David Archuleta live concert. It was absolutely great! Parking was extremely fast, MotorVu employees were efficient and professional. The sound was amazing, the food was top notch - over all an amazing experience.I hope they stay open and bring more concerts and fun events to our town!

Attended a company free employee thank you event. Two movies. Screen is in great condition, audio has been updated. Carhops for delivery from concession stand. Overall nice experience.

Hosted an event here and it went great! The staff were all very kind and helpful. They worked hard to ensure the event went the way we wanted.

We had some problems at a recent event. The management contacted us withing a few days and made it right. The concert was entertaining with good sound quality.

This was an awesome days adventure right here in town! Live concert, projected music from other performances by the same artist, Alex Boye, and a few members of his touring peeps. Then fireworks and two classic movies. The concessions included spun cotton candy. All-in-All, an Amazing day!

Motor-Vu will be reopening Friday (5/15/20). Andy, Jeremy along with other volunteers and helpers have done great in restoring the place. Its great been able to see a movie at the drive-in and for those who havent experienced yet I would encourage you try it out.

Fun place for older movies. Brings back a lot of memories.

Loved the experience but finding hiw to park with all the poles n no arrows or signs for us first timers was a bit nerve racking.

Glad this place is reopened. Took my kid for the first time and it was just as fun as I remember from my childhood.

I used to come here often with my family when I was little. They played a family movie first and then another that was for older audiences. I would always fall asleep before the second movie. I saw my first Marvel movie here and my first Transformers movie. I was so sad when it closed down. The only thing I didnt enjoy was the long line to the bathroom, but that is to be expected of the womens room. They had typical theater foods for sale. I loved talking with the people parked around us and running around on the grass in front of the screen before the movie started with the other kids there.

Super fun.Stupidly over priced food court, but thats movie theaters for you.

We went to the motor vu to see a covid19 concert with Metallica and 3 days grace...AWSOME!!!!

David archuleta concert was SICK. Staff was super overwhelmed but did the best they could. Great place to see movies and have events.

Such a fun date! We loaded up the truck bed and were there until 2am! We will be back to make more memories!

Grew up going to this drive in, raised my own children going to this drive in. Now I take the puppies and I enjoy it as much as when I was a child.

Great safe place to spend the evening with your family

Disappointed with the reckless behavior related to Covid 19 at the Garth Brooks show. Social distancing not enforced; cars within a foot or less of one another, no hand sanitizer in the porta potties. Yes you could order food online and the employees wore masks but the thousand others did not.

No asking the person in front of you to be quiet or take off that hat or what the hell is that smell.?

All I can say is VIP doesnt mean much when going to a special event or concert. Was not worth the extra money!!!!

Nothing was organized and their seating assignments were a lie. I purchased a ticket that was supposed to be closer to the screen but they put me in the back. Terrible customer service,

Two movies, half the cost, how can you say no?!Its nice not being bothered by strangers and enjoying a new movie for a better deal. Not to mention being out side if you wanted is just a cool experience. Great for kids! :) I enjoy it even more as an adult I think!!

Great Drive In.

My family loves the drive in which is why it stinks so bad to see the slow death of them happen in Idaho Falls. I dont know any details other than those I see as a consumer. The drive in seems to have just rolled over and decided to die Nothing has changed in the concessions or quality ( which I am not all that concerned with) but the days its offered have shrunk and the same movies have been showing for like 6 weeks Rather than going every weekend weve slowly changed our habits and still check the hard to locate info on wether any new movies are showing. Truly hope things change and this stays around. If you havent seen Batman vs Superman I still recommend going..... Hope to change this review soon!

I was excited to take my grand-daughters ages 5, 7, 9 and 11 to see Monster University. We got in line early as it was posted that the drive-in would open at 8:30pm. No one came until 9:00pm. Then after parking, we waited until almost 11:00pm for the movie to begin. By then the 5 year old was dosing off and the 7 year old did not make it to the end of the movie.Next, there was at least 45 min. wait until the second movie began. We did not get out of the movie until 3:00am. That was a total of 7 hours that we spent at the drive in.Not only did my young grand-daughters not get to see the movie, by the time we got home it was so late that we all had a hard time recovering the next day.I have never had an experience like that at a Drive In. Usually, the movie begins at dusk (making it hard to see the previews, but who cares about them) and easily the second feature is over by 1:00 or 1:30.

First movie was good. Second movie, Star Trek was so DARK you couldnt see anything. Totally unwatchable. Manager didnt care and this movie had been playing for 8 days with this issue and no notice or warning. Will never go back

Seems like every year the owners put in less effort for the upkeep on the property. Ya you get to watch 2 movies but they are usually there for 3+ weeks and then when a newoman one does come up the one that has been there for 3 weeks is the 2nd feature. The property has really went down hill since the father died. If I had the money it would be a good investment. The concessions at the end of the year get tapered off ...we went last night and they dont have any large tubs for popcorn. So we had to buy 2 small.

I have gone to this drive-in ever since i was a kid, and i have always loved it. the movies are always good, and the space is good. although id recommend bringing your own snacks if you dotn want to drop $30 for concessions... lol

Good value. $7 per person. Kids under 10 are $1.

This place needs to be updated. Its not very engaging and it is too close to the road (Yellowstone Hwy).

Average. Movie hard to see at times, but good family experience
