Got in just before 5, she processed us in but in such a hurry to leave gave us no information or password, expensive for what we got

Terrible terrible management. I called a month in advance to reserve a site and when I show up...they magically are clueless of who I am or ever talking with me. Seriously people???? Apparently whoever is in charge of keeping records and making reservations needs some training!! Beware!!! Very disappointing

It’s actually clean and well run for a mobile park. The people seem pretty nice there. The roads are very confusing and I couldn’t see the numbers at night but overall pretty nice place. They even have a place for fifth wheel trailers and campers and all the hook ups and amenities

Grew up here. It was quiet and peaceful, nicely sectioned and laid out. Convenient mailbox cubby-cover. All-round nice place.

Paradise between the interstate and the off ramp! You would never guess that a little piece of heaven is nestled snug among the last few trees in St.Louis.

The best part about Sunnyside acres is the staff. They have made improvements since i first started living there...to the services and property. So that it is prob the nicest RV and mobile home park in the region

Decent place to live except for the management there dont know how to mind their own business. Petty things they harass u over n when it comes down to actually needing them to do their job they pretty much pick n choose what they want to handle properly.

I have lived here for nearly 20 years. This is a quiet community with well maintained utilities. The staff are the best.Not too far from all the major parks and shopping centers. I highly recommend that you check it out.

We stayed over the weekend in our travel trailer and had a great experience! The lady was very nice and answered all our questions, the visitors were all friendly and the area was nice. We will be back!

To start the park was great when Terri was managing it, Since April Waid has taken over.. there has been some major issues. Peoples back doors being broken into... she says its not her problem and there is nothing she can do. THE PARK IS UNSAFE! There are currently two registered sex offenders living inside the park, yet they say it is safe for all ages..They say the streets are well lit but most of the street lights are dim at best and the parking areas are extremely dark ....peoples car tires being tampered with.. people being threatened for no reason.. accusations of drug use and drug dealing... walk around the park and smell marijuana smoke all over the place then they decided to actually follow some of the rules .. after the boats being in the park for over a year but only some of the people allowed to keep them.. if your disabled they go after you for asking that sidewalks be repaired because the water pools so badly it is dangerous for me. The manager listens and believes what her teenage son says after him and my son had a falling out and are no longer friends and he made up some pretty big lies.. Mind this is not exactly the most reliable kid...hes on his second round of probation.. he has mental health issues but his word is golden to her...even when its lies. She made some physical threats towards me... and even filed a false police report. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS BEEN DONE EITHER April herself told me they did it to another lady that use to live on the street behind me... lawsuit has already been started...

Went to visit a friend That place has gone down hill since I lived there one year ago. Trailers all creepy yards not done or even look nice trash every where

Okay area to buy from. Some buildings are in better condition than others. Often homes stay in the family. For a while here. They do not rent at last check. But they sell. No, there is no handycap parking or atractions it is just a community of housing.

April the manager is great. We stayed 3 months and had zero problems. Nice safe friendly place.

The staff was very friendly. Site was well maintained. Was quiet although rv sites are next to a busy street. Enjoyed our stay even though we were there just one night.

You better have a clean record before you decide to apply here. Although I could provide references from city council members, law enforcement officials, and numerous small business owners and my the park manager denied my application on a very affordable place. Our government claims that the system is used for rehabilitation, but its not very rehabilitating when you cant get approved for a decent job, or one of the only homes / apartments you are able to afford. People need to quit judging people by their past and look at the present situation and their moral and ethical character. Prior to my application I was upfront and open about my history, but Sunnyside Acres was still happy to take my money for the application fee rather than just tell me dont apply because we wont approve you. When asked why I wasnt approved They said we arent obligated to talk about that with you. When asked if I could speak directly with the park manager I received a lot of attitude and a refusal.

A calm and very peaceful place. Everyones friendly, no loud music or anything. Would definitely come to visit again!:)

Easy to park the rv

The RV sites are on the edge of the full time mobile home park, close to a very busy road and RR tracks, it was noisy. Sites are VERY close together. Small pad outside the RV with a picnic table and grill. We hardly had room for our daughter and kids to have a BBQ, thus the low rating on the appeal grade.The clubhouse was nice with laundry facilities and the staff was very nice.It was not relaxing, we will not stay there again.

Ever since the new manager April Waid has taken over, her and her two relatives have been harassing the majority of the park and even making a threat about retaliation against anyone who crosses her wrong and that she warned their assWorst trailer park in Idaho since shes taken over. A lawsuit will come very soon
