Its been the same for years. I grew up in this trailer park. Not much has changed. Only difference I think is the play area in the middle. Toys are nicerThe big rocket that is outside Blast Off used to be in pinewood estates. That would have been amazing to see it back where it was.(Pros and cons) :Pros there are usually several different trailers for sale in trailer park at anytime. There is no shortage of kids running around so would be easy to make friendsCons usually several different trailers for sale in trailer park at anytime. No shortage of kids running around riding bikes. They do not watch for cars. They play in the street and dont move when cars come. They are similar to HOA. ( Home owners association) if you want told what you can and cant have on your property then this is the place. Also you have to ask permission to do anything to your property. For example if you want to put up a car port you have to get permission. If you want to build a shed you have to get permission. If you dont comply with the rules and lets say you put up a carport you will be asked to take it down. If you dont take it down youll end up with a ticket
Hoping to get into a nice Manufacture Home
Fairly clean trailer park. Most of the residents are friendly, and the park (actual kids play area) is quite large. They constantly raise the lot rent, and dont communicate lease changes at all.
Awesome for mom
Its the best trailer trash this side of the tracks, just kidding. There arent any news vans parked waiting for next tornado to take the place out. Thats definatly a winner in my book.
It looks nice and thats why we moved in. We like that they had rules so it appeared to be a structured community. But since we moved in weve had major rule breaking problems with our neighbors including them littering on our lawn, honking horns and blaring music late at night, and their pets going potty on our lawn. Weve had these problems for 3 years now and the management lady hasnt done anything to enforce the rules theyve set. Today my husband called to ask simple questions and she told him this is America if you dont like it leave then hung up. Very professional. Theyre strict on lawns looking nice but nothing else. This neighborhood is not as nice to live in as it appears. Maybe its just the new management, but appearance is all that seems to matter.
As a child the playground was great. I think it could use some updating these days though. The large grassy areas provide a lot of real estate for families to spend time.Ive seen a lot of trailer parks/manufactured home parks and most of them are really not great places to live. This really is a very nice community.
Great place to jump a speed bump!
I live here and this is by far the nicest, well kept, family friendly community
I love it so much
Topical mobile home park but also a nicer one than most
What a delightful family park. Wide streets, green lawns, very large play area, RV sites, free RV storage area. Homes for sale were like new and they offer up to $4000 to help you move your own home in. A resident I talked to said the park staff keep the roadways well plowed in the winter. Water, sewer, and garbage is included and because they have their own wells, you could fill up your pool in the summer. Were coming back for the catered BBQ in July and may stay.
Cleanested park in town for mobile homes.
Decent clean place. Well kept yards
I wouldnt advise any body to move in here the new owners are out of California and the lot rent is over 420.00 a month
Always been pleasant to drive through
Just moved here from Ohio. This is an awesome community! The office staff is nice and helpful and the maintenance guys are great. We have great neighbors. The playground is being remodeled (they care about kids) yay! Thank you Pinewood!
Fantastic-looking Park feels like a safe community
I love the fact that I dont have to worry about my grandchildren coming over. I am confident they are safe.
We stayed there in an Airbnb, it was nice.
L.thought place was something it really wasnt. Lived here for 17 years with no problems, then day pandemic and guarantining started i got a notice that my lease was not going to be renewed. So i ended up losing my home, i didnt have the money to buy, sell, or move my trailer, plus there was nothing within 50 miles around to move it to, pinewood showed there true colors and they should be ashamed of themselves - and i wouldnt recommend or refer anyone to them, also i dont believe anyone should have to live with sand in their water over 15 years, and its constant and on going but hey, what do i know ...im now homeless and living in a tent. And i never missed paying rent once in 17 years and was never even late with my rent. Thanks Pinewood-- for noyhing!!
False advertising!!!!!! there no stuff in the house:[
Very nice quiet community. Slow down for KIDS!!
Security in this neighborhood is not great. Many things get stolen right of you porch, some individuals are allowed to have large dogs while others are told they can not.
Heh
Looks nice
Clean housing and plenty of services available
Speed bumps
Friendly administration, close to stores
Never been there
Ok
Its very clean and relaxed, but the lot, I think, is outrageously expensive...$300/mo its kinda pointless to own your own trailer
Clean place. Friend lives there
Home safe
Alway clean
Met a nice lady here
Highest. Speed bumps. Ever.
