Honestly one of the best larger movie theaters in the DFW area. I like that they always have the latest movies a friendly staff and great concessions.Its great that is adjacent to North East Mall so if you have to wait for your movie to start or want to do some shopping after you movie you can do so.I really like this theater.

Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable seating and a good inside temperature.Sean was nice enough to help me get my seating fixed after I made a mistake online -- he was friendly and quick to assist me. Very grateful for his efforts.

Been a long time since Ive been there. Still a good place to catch a movie. Good selection of snacks and food to choose from.

This theater is attached to North East Mall In Hurst. Give yourself and extra 30 min for parking depending on what time your movie starts. Very clean and cool. The snack bar is like a cafeteria style so they get you through the process really quickly. The soda machine is an all in one coke with all of the flavors to choose from (super cool). Popcorn was fresh and not leftover from the day before. Best part are the seats. Reclining, heated electric with all the room you need to stretch out. Even stretched out people can easily move in front of you while others are finding their seats. Stadium seating so not very many bad locations to choose from. If you havent been to this location you really need to give it a try. You wont be disappointed. I highly recommend this location. Keep up the good work.....we will definitely be back.

Very comfortable seating and spacious theater. I love not eating the person next to me eat it someone behind me kicking my seat. Ticket price was not an extreme price even for a night show. I will be back.

I enjoy going to this movie theater. It is well organized for checking in and getting your movie ticket. It seems to always be clean. And, if you join the Cinemark mode using the app on your phone you get points toward goodies. And, on your birthday you get free popcorn! Now Im just looking forward to hopefully seeing more adult type movies I will be interested in seeing instead of so many animated movies that they feature during the summer months.

As far as movie theaters go, these guys have a good system. Everything flows smoothly

My favorite movie theater in Ft Worth. Been going here for a long time. Popcorn is consistently good. Big recliner seats are very comfortable. Nearby restaurants are good before or after the movie. Lots of parking available too.

Theater is clean and the workers were happy and helpful. There bathrooms are clean and the whole experience was great.

Great theater, great seats, reserved seats, love the XD features, good value per ticket pricing. They cant help it, but parking at this mall is always a pain.

My last 2 visits have been disappointing. The first incident the movie screen was black with audio playing and I had to walk all the way down stairs as the escalator was broken to tell the manager and by the time the screen came back on I had missed all the trailers.The second incident was last week when I purchased some coffee and the top came off as I walked to the theater. I came back and there was no one in the customer service counter so I asked the gentlemen who collects the tickets to help me. He radioed a manager whos first words to come out of his mouth was the lid fits. I then told him no and he told me again it did. I walked with him to the concession counter where he gave me another lid and it didnt fit he then took my coffee and tried to force the lid on. The other lady with him seemed to be aware of the lid issue. When I commented this was a liability issue they ignored me. I commented to give me a regular soda cup and they gave it to me. I free concession would of been nice for a possible tragic outcome and horrible customer service that took over 15 minutes of my time after spending over 20 in the concession line.

Little bit dated inside, but staff is friendly and movies are current with good selection. Pop corn is excellent!

I like it. Went to see Rise of Skywalker here and the experience was what it should be. The screening rooms were soundproofed from each other, so we werent hearing the movies on either side of us. The chairs were big and spacious, with large armrests and cupholders between. And the sound was great. My only complaint is kind of a minor, but annoying one. If youre gonna have a theater with assigned seating by row and seat number, make the row numbers more visible. I couldnt find any numbers or identifiers on the outside of the row, at least from the side I came in on, except on the seat of the chairs themselves

2nd time coming here, great seats, nothing to complain about besides the food prices, but thats to be expected.

I love this place. But I never come here after 6pm bc of all the talkers.

Sat in the back row of a larger theater, unfortunately, they was a large railing in front of all the upper rows which partially blocked the bottom of the screen. Furthermore, many of the seats were cracked and peeling. Disappointed, Ive always had good experiences at rave before.

I enjoy this movie theater from the reclined seats and the extra popcorn offer they give when you buy 1 tub of popcorn. I always enjoy my movie when I go to this theater. My go to movie spot.

First time in a theater with reclining seats, alcohol, and a better selection of foods. Get your tickets early for best seats and get there 10 minutes early for food. Best movie theater Ive ever been in.

Nice inside. But difficult to find the entrance. Got late for the show just because we couldnt find the enterance.

Great theater! Comfy reclining seats and a barrier between rows so youre not staring at the back of someones head while you watch a movie.

Loved watching the new Spiderman movie here. I never visited a cinema with reclining chairs and I must say. I really enjoyed myself. I hope Alexandria, Louisiana can catch up with the rest of the world.

Very clean and the staff was efficient. I was in and watching my movie in no time. The snacks and drinks were very expensive. They do have options for food but with their cost I didnt even look at them.

Had a great experience this weekend. Our tickets didn’t print out correctly and we were worried someone would get our seats, but they took care of it. The manager took care of it promptly and gave us our tickets for free. Great customer service. Will definitely be coming back to this movie theater.

Saw Frozen 2. Very nice theater, with luxury loungers. Only 2 things kept this from being a 5 rating. The Nuvee pre-show had sound but no picture. I let the ticket taker know and someone got it fixed before the previews. Still, one wonders how that happens. The 2nd issue is that I couldnt recline in the back row without losing the bottom part of the screen.

This is the coolest theater around. From the comfy seating, massive 3 story theater, uncrowded seating arrangements & customer service...this place is on point.I complained on an entire row of kids who where obviously without parents for what seemed like the first time. (I was the first of a few complaints on them) From loudly running in, having races up the stairs, yelling, cussing (unnecessary f bombs & a plentiful amount of g-d’s), having a rap battles etc.. It was going to be difficult for me to sit through that. I’ll just leave it at that.After complaining to the sweet girls at the refreshment stand, they jumped in immediately to help. Based the kids reactions to them, I just decided to move to different seats. A few minutes later a young male manager came to assist. He was so nice, extremely apologetic, warned them & promised me he would keep an eye out. He actually did. A few times throughout the movie, I noticed him making appearances.The movie was great. It didn’t ruin our night (moving to different seats had to have helped with that outcome). We were about to get up to leave & were approached by a young female employee who handed me gift cards to make up for the rude & disrespectful kids we had to deal with. I was shocked. It was totally unexpected & kind. I wish other places would step up & follow these standards. I highly recommend this place!!!

No issues, movie was a dud but theater was fine.

Calm and quiet environment pop corn was good and the movie was good to kinda empty in the lobby but the theater was packed.

Always go back time and and again with my family as we really enjoy ourselves at this theater.HIGHLY RECOMENDED

Theater is showing its age. The seats are comfortable, but restrooms have an issue with running water at some of the faucets. I did see some staff trying to keep the theater picked up at the end of the showing, but to be competitive, this place needs a re-do.

Not a bad movie theater overall but some aspects are more dated when compared to other Cinemark theaters not too far from this one. The theater itself had a very faint musty smell in it, the concession stand sold only one type of popcorn and I felt like the ventilation system wasnt strong enough. Im comparing this visit to a visit of another Cinemark theater a few weeks back where there were multiple popcorn options like cheddar cheese and kettle corn in addition to the normal butter and the theater was so cold my boys actually needed sweatshirts. Again not an overall bad experience but could be improved considering different movie theaters arent that far away.

The rave is a ton of fun to hang out at. Would recommend for family fun.

Staff was friendly. The seats were very worn out in the theater I was in and the recliner was not working. The bathrooms were disgusting and it didnt help the walls were painted in a piss yellow. The movie and sound was nice and clear. Probably wont be going to this theater again if I can help it.
