Was excited to get out and see a movie again. Theater was extremely warm, asked to see if they could cool it down. Probably only about 77-78 degrees but felt very stagnant and warm. Watched tenet so it was a long movie with out them ever turning it down. Guessing based on limited revenue they cant afford to run air yet.

I felt very comfortable seeing a movie here. They seem like they have a good system in place to maintain a safe environment. Im excited to start watching movies here again.

Its always hot in this theater, the seats are all torn and the cup holders are filthy. This place has definitely gone downhill. You would think they would fix things over the break while they were closed for COVID.

This is a gorgeous, well-kept movie theater. My husband and I were looking for a theater to view Bad Boys. This location showed up as a convenient option and we decided to give it a try.Parking was plentiful and painless. We entered the building and found the establishment to clean and welcoming. It was well lit and inviting. After scanning our tickets, we were lured to the concession stand where we purchased fresh popcorn and an icee. The servers were super fast and courteous. The location of each theater was clearly marked with various ways to reach your destination including an escalator or elevator.I would strongly recommend viewing a movie at this theater. Its great!

This Cinemark is still my favorite theater. This was my third time to go to a movie here since this theater reopened. Cinemark seems to be taking proper precautions during this pandemic and I really enjoyed myself. This theater is in need of a few cosmetic repairs but nothing to detract from your viewing pleasure.

As we entered our theater, it was clear that nobody had bothered to disinfect. There was popcorn all over our seats. We couldnt help but heckle and laugh at the notice before the film regarding how diligently Cinemark cleans every theater before each screening. What a joke!

I hardly review or complain but my experience was very poor. I went to see Raiders of the Lost Ark and the film was out of focus for the majority of the movie. The theater was uncomfortably hot and made me sweat as much as Indiana Jones! It was a great disappointment for me to see one of my favorite movies on the big screen only for the experience to be so poor.

Really great to be able to go back to the movies. Not crowded at all.

Paid for tickets online, arrive to the theater and the doors were locked, no one was working I think. Called and there was no answer. Waste of time. Submitted a refund and said that my 5$ Is convenient fee that will not be refunded.

Love this place, the only thing I would change is the reserve seat seating, when your actually their staff or management block out seats to make it seem like it has been taken. When your in the theater and only 50 people are their that pretty much says it all. I purchased 2 tickets and the seats that I wanted where already taken, 15 mins in to the movie no one was seating next to me or through out the remainder of the movie...

I like to go here during the day for the $5 matinee discount. Hard to beat that, and the reclining seats are comfortable.I dont order tickets online because there are extra fees, but if you go during the day the theaters never fill up anyway so I wouldnt recommend ordering online in advance. Its not necessary. We saw Frozen 2 on a Saturday the weekend of release and there were plenty of seats available.Its clean. Seats comfortable. Cheap tickets. Good deal.

I love this place. Much cheaper than other places I go too, and Im also a paid member! Great seating. Good food, especially the yummy cinnabon treats. I would give it a 5 star, but theres a HUGE issue with teenagers coming in and movie hopping. The last three times I went, huge groups of teens have come in from the mall and hopped around into the theaters I paid to watch a movie in. Not only did they hop, but they yelled, took videos, and were disruptive every time. I hope this doesnt continue, but I know limited things can be done by staff. Maybe team members could be a bit more attentive and make sure no large groups go in an hour after the movie starts without checking if theyre supposed to be there or not? Its a great place, this is just my only pet peeve.

Love the theater and the staff. But some of the seats aren’t kid friendly. It’s hard for my youngest daughter to see over the railing, and she doesn’t fit in the booster seats. Other than that we love this movie theater.

The theater itself is okay. Some of the seats are quite tattered, still functional none the less. But, seriously!! This place HAS to do something about the concession lines. I’ve never gone in the evening and stood in line less than 24 minutes. Luckily I get there early enough that this has only impacted the previews, still I’ve never seen anything like it! I’ve been to similar theaters that draw the same crowds and never have to wait as long as I do here.

Nice theater, reserved seating available, bathrooms were clean, theater was clean, service for going to a Friday night show at 525 was quick. The only thing is that I wish the seats would recline a little further back. Other than that, I would go to this theater again.

The place is clean and the movie was fine. However, it took almost 45 minutes for the concession line to move 10 feet, causing me to miss a substantial part of the movie. Alcohol is only served from one register, and the person working that register got pretty much every order wrong - even those which he asked the customer to repeat - causing exponential delays. Before I got to the theater I was already not having a good time. I won’t be returning

Quite a few small bugs (looked like gnats or fruit flies) in the theater I was in on the 3rd floor. I think it was theater 14? Anyways, something was blocking the projector during the commercials but I think it moved away before the movie. The seats recline but they arent heated like Cinemark alliance. Id also like to add that every seat is a good seat because of all of the space you have. The only thing blocking the screen was the wall in front of us but if I wasnt slouching Id be able to see the full screen. No other issues besides the little bugs flying around, which disappeared 20 minutes into the movie anyways.

Going to the movies is a really good idea if you want to spend time with people and enjoy yourself. The mall is also a great place with many different stores and things to do and the food court also gives you time to get food before or after the movie for a good time to hangout.

Comfortable seating, excellent choice at concession stands with fast courteous service; plus all the top featured films.

Definitely the place I always go with friends. The seats are amazing, have never had to say anything about lighting going down properly, and the sound system is pretty good. Only downside is that concessions seem to be higher priced just because its tacked on to the best mall in the area.

Had a good time at the Northeast Mall and the Rave theater. The seats were very nice. It was a little warm in the theater but that could be because it was over 100 degrees outside that day. The early shows are very affordable but the fee you have to pay online to reserve seats is a bit high.

Not only are the seat relaxing the staff is very helpful and caring when I lost my phone at the location. Plus the prices are unbeatable before 5pm even during the weekends!

I go mainly for the popcorn. If the movie is bad...the popcorn is awesome!

Awesome reclining seats, that you get to select (even purchase early online). Maybe half the seats per theater than the standard, which means plenty of arm room and no one kicking your seat. Each row is its own floor so your view is never blocked by the row ahead. Price is a little more expensive, but worth it if you like personal space!

Its good place for shopping. This mall have a cinemark which used to be rave motion. There is all kinds of shopping spot. Hollister, american eagles and others. They dont have h and m but they will have it soon i guess. This place is very best for shopping. There are lots of stall in between the mall too. Tmobile is located inside the mall. There is macy, dillards, Nordstrom. This place is near from fort worth and this place is very worth it for shopping. I usually go 2 to 3 times in a month.

I come here 3 times a month. I drive past a lot of other movie theaters on my hour drive to it. It is consistently good in all respects. Food and drinks are good especially the popcorn! Theater type seats are comfortable and since Im coming from afar I like buying my reserved seats online and using the Movie Club discounts on tickets and concessions. This is an all around winner. Also check out restaurant options nearby!!

This is a 3 level theater with really nice stadium seating and reclining seats. Very clean and not run down. Plenty of kiosks to redeem on line purchases to help navigate around the longer ticket lines. Very friendly staff and clean bathrooms. This theater is next to northeast mall so parking can be difficult. Give yourself at least 20-30 more minutes to get parked and get snacks for the movie. Overall, great experience and we will definitely be back.

Love this mall, its safe and clean for the most part. The food court has lots of samples which is perfect for a little snack. It needs a makeover in the kid play area, mainly because it gets used a ton.

Always have a good experience at this theater. Comfortable seats, theaters arent too cold, good sound. The prices are reasonable as well. I always come during the week before 5pm when tickets are only $5.

One of my favorite movie theaters to go to. Its always clean, the seats are great! Its a comfortable environment awesome sound within the theatre. To me this even beats AMC and eat in movie theaters.

Great place to watch a movie if you dont have rude little kids and rude grown kids acting fools. So thats everywhere if you can get over that the seats for me are unmatched at this point. And movie food is movie food its good. Nice employees.

If anyone is looking for a great place to go to catch a movie, I have to tell you.... this is the best place to go.Have you ever told someone to put butter on your popcorn and they only put it on the top? Everytime I have asked, they have layered it. Not a huge reason why i gave them 5 stars, just a perk.The staff there is friendly, the establishment as a whole is clean, and the atmosphere is fantastic. There is always an officer or two by the doors which is a huge plus.Walking inside the theater, you are automatically blown away. They have lounging chairs that are so comfortable and clean. The only bad thing is that it makes you want to fall asleep! They are a good distance from each other so youre not right on top of the couple sitting next to you so that is a huge bonus! Almost all theaters are super cramped.I have never been to a different theater since finding this one.

Variety of seating options, clean rest rooms and screening rooms. Refreshments are way overpriced like every other theater. However, of the last 6 times I have been there, 3 times there were picture or sound issues. Two of which were unable to see the entire movie. Upon leaving they practically throw a card at you for a free movie and tell you sorry without even making eye contact.Makes for a very unpleasant and frustrating movie experience. Hardly worth the effort.

I enjoy the Northeast Mall, they have Nordstroms there and thats the closest location Im near currently. Everyone is friendly considering its a mall and people are typically doing there on thing. I also enjoy the RAVE movie theater so much I purchased a membership, the prices are grand.

I like this theater but the Rave at Ridgmar has better seats. The Cinemark Alliance has the heated reclining seats so we generally go there, but this Rave is a decent option, just a bit dated compared to the other theaters nearby.

This theater provides everything a relevant theater should acquire. That being said..- Fully Automatic Recliners- Clean environment- Very good Customer ServiceI had no idea that it would be up to these expectations but it was everything i wanted it to be.

If you happen to be in this area, this theater is seldom packed. You can usually find really good seats for any movie in a comfortable theater. I think the location kind of keeps it away from the main traffic in the city. The theater is clean and relatively quiet and they do have a few more interesting choices besides just popcorn and soft drinks.

The theater has the comfortable reclining seats which is a great perk! The concessions include boozy slushies, but be prepared to wait as there is only one line.Tickets can be purchased online and picked up or in person via the kiosks or ticket counter.My only complaint is the heavily marketed Cinemark rewards program. There are two membership options but the fee-based version is only available to purchase online or through their app. Both are point accrued programs, but none of the cashiers (tickets or concessions) ask if you have a membership. Thus, the responsibility to actually accrue points is left to you.

As much as I dont like them all I do love this movie theater it is always clean theres tons of room to lounge back in your chair and recline. I will say as you guys all know the cost of the concession stands are outrageous we spent over 60 bucks just on a couple things to eat there. but at the same time the movie experience was enjoyable and I love the chairs and legroom

The Rave Cinema has some stupid rule about not allowing movie props in the theater. I had brought my prop to several showings of Marvel movies, and for some reason, this time, they said it was POLICY that they were not allowed. Let me tell you something...Fans of various movies like to be a part of the experience, and show their creations while being a part of the community. This policy should be modified to allow fans do do so, perhaps pending inspection.Heres the kicker-the management didnt even have the intestinal fortitude to do it themselves, they cowered in the corner...watching, while they had an officer do it. They didnt even stand next to the officer while he delivered the message. They could have delivered the message themselves with the officer standing near by. Thats what a leader does, and reflects personal ownership in the business.Part of being a leader and manager is being a company man/woman, by taking ownership in the business. These guys were jokes.We bought 16 tickets that day. We wont be back.Sure, you could say, His business doesnt matter, we will make up for it somewhere else, and if you do...then that speaks volumes to your character, lack of concern for your customers, and the reflects poorly on how you run your business.

Great movie theater! Good service, and the movie experience is top-notch!

Movie was fine but we bought our tickets online and when we got there someone was in our seats. After a while we figured out that the theater had sold them tickets for a different day but the theater messed up their tickets. They got it resolved but we noticed a little later that two other groups had the same issues. One of the ladies said it happens all the time. Just watch out when you buy your tickets there at the theater. Make sure they give you proper dates, times, and seats that arent already sold.

Comfortable recliner seats, however the womens bathrooms were pretty gross, the mens bathroom was flooding, and the wallpaper is peeling off the walls throughout. They also forgot to turn the lights off in the theatre for the first 10 minutes of our film. Weve been coming here for years, but it seems to be going down hill.

Pretty clean, tickets were super easy to print out. Also it wasnt ice cold in there for once. Seats need to be replaced tho..the seats are all ripped.

Great theater, nice seats, very clean and comfortable. I love the reserved seating and the space between rows. However, we saw an XD movie, and I saw no difference between that and a regular screening other than an extra$3 per ticket. The restrooms were also very clean and smelled fresh, despite the volume of people using it. This is our theater of choice.

We live close to the alliance one but still take the drive out here. We always have better luck with the seats.

Great place to beat the heat in the summer. Very cool inside and easy to relax with the reclining seats. The bathrooms arent the cleanest but its a very large theater so it isnt the worst in the world. Always better to buy tickets online so you can get there later and avoid the commercials.

Cute little mall. Not too much there but its still has shops like fossil and thinkgeek.

My favorite theater has the cheapest matinee in town! before 6 Monday through Friday you pay $5.14. Plus this is a luxury recliner theater where each row is so separated that you dont see the row in front of.

Outdated place. Escalator didnt work and the seats were old, hard, uncomfortable and damaged. The Rave at Ridgmar Mall is way better.

Best movie theater that I have been to. You reserve your comfy recliner for the showing and wont be bothered by the closeness of the rows.

Highly overpriced! Went to see IT Chapter 2 in the XD theater and every 10 mins. the speaker behind me would make a popping noise. It got very annoying after about the fourth time. Its hard to enjoy your movie when they have cracking speakers right behind you. Its Really annoying when you pay too much for your ticket and way too much for snacks then cant enjoy your movie experience. I tried calling to complain but no one will answer the phone.

Very nice theater with luxury reclining seats. I would just like to see 2 changes: make online reservations free with online ticket purchase, and heated seats.

This movie theatre is huge! With many showings of every movie that’s out! The one thing I do dislike is that the seats are sectioned off Instead of having duo seats for couples! But other than that this theatre is amazing and comfortable!

A nice place to catch a movie with the family

This is the absolute best theatre to come to! I love the staff and the managers. There is a guy there with fabulous hair. I think he said his name was Ivan. But that dude. He is the best at his job. There are so many amazing people that work there. I just hate when the theatres too hot in some of them. Or some of the chairs dont work. Or when they say they have certain movies but they are not in the appropriate language I pay for.. But overall. Very fantastic! ️️

When u use the machine to buy a ticket on a Sunday for Sunday and the ticket comes out for Wednesday it sucks. Especially since they have assigned seating. Nice seats though.

I’m pretty sure most of the staff knows my husband and I are regulars lol, we go almost every week. The staff is always sweet and welcoming and super friendly. The theatre is huge. Some of the seats need a bit of maintenance but other than that I really love the walls between each section you can really hear everyone eating their popcorn which is really nice sometimes! Lol.

Just wondering why the movie volume is always set at a level that would be ideal for the deaf. My wife and I always wear ear plugs to reduce the sound to an acceptable level. Oh yeah, we are both over 75 years old and have lost some hearing over the years, we would like to keep what we have. Is there any chance that the volume can be reduced? Is there anyone actually at the theater that has control of it?

I had a complaint about one of the worker at the concession stand. I called and called to try to speak to a manager never succeeded. They had 1 person taking tickets in a popular movie. The concession stand was short handed and we understand and just waited. Then finally got to the counter and she leave going to the back to get alot of stuff for other register and filled everyone order before us then came back and we started ordering and she walked off to go speak to someone she knew and i was gone tell her how rude she was but my boyfriend asked me not to and go ahead and go to the movies because it probably done started. You know the previews are long we i went in the movie already had started

Everything is nice except for the restroom!! At least first floor women’s room. Most of the stall’s locks do not line up, and it has been this way for a while now. It’s a struggle to actually find a stall where the door will stay closed.

They could really lower the price but its cool

Just walked out of “Uncut Gems”. It’s no Gem. Sandler is terrible. Plot is thin. The language is so bad that it detracts from the plot. ... and the plot is so weak it can’t afford that.

Great theater! Went to digital cinema viewing with luxury lounges. Super comfy reclining seats with foot rests. Very spacious. Tickets $9.50 for adults after 6pm.. $5.75 for kids 1 and up.

Great place to hang out. Next X-Men movies X-Men scene good food good beer.

This place is a Petri dish!! It’s filthy!! I watched management standing, giving the evil eye to a co-worker for 20 minutes!! I’m not sure what is going on at this place, but it was decent in the past. Now, the employees are holding hands and dancing and laughing instead of doing their job. Suggestion to management: DESIGNATE TASKS TO STAFF AS WELL AS HOW OFTEN TO DO TASKS. Seriously ridiculous

Went to see an evening film. Staff are friendly and competent. Theaters, or at least the one I was in, are clean. Chairs are very comfortable.

They have awesome reserve seating with plush reclining seats. You can purchase tickets online or at kiosks. They dont have meals, but do have beer and other alcohol for sale. This is my go-theater and they have matinee pricing all day Tuesday!!

I like this mall but i really love the theater here. The recliners of spoiled me.

Went here to see a 3-D movie at 1:05. At 1:40 an employee came into the theater and said we cant play the movie because this isnt a 3-D theater. So many incompetent decisions had to occur for this to happen. Terrible experience, will go out of my way to ensure I never come to this theater again.

Went to a 1:05PM showing of the limited release of They Shall Not Grow Old which was supposed to be a WWI documentary. After about 30 minutes post start time, an employee came in and said they would not be able to show the movie because the screen was not equipped to show 3D movies. How does that happen? While they refunded my ticket price and gave a free pass to a future movie, I am unable to see the movie that I wanted to see as that was the only day it was showing. Complete incompetence!

This is a great theater. It’s nicely located next to a mall too.

Seats are pretty private and recline. This is great but dont go on an empty stomach....the food selection is limited to pizza and fried foods. There are not any healthier selections. However, I cant complain about the matinee prices...only $4.75 a ticket.

Its a completely remodeled updated theater. New fully reclining seats. Buy tickets from kiosks without lines. They now sell beer! And food... food is an afterthought for me, but I like a beer or 2 with a good movie. They run discounts on certain days. I dont have any cons to list so Im giving them 5 stars.
